    Not sure why @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is charging for Its Services as there is actually no Coverage (0 Network bars) from past two weeks over here. I think it's the right time to port out accounts accross family, friends and society to @JioCare @reliancejio or @VodafoneIN

    @JioCare My number is suspended from morning. I am unable to make calls. I had already raised a complaint at 7.11 am today and called multiple times to the customer care service. still my services are not started. My bill payment is also done.Worst experience. Kindly check this.

    @JioCare Trying to reinstall jio fibre at my new house in same city for that customer service ask for new address proof and not reinstalled , now all kind of documentation is done as asked by customer care is completed but still reinstallation they are not doing since 01/05/22

    @JioCare I need a jio broadband connection but whenever I apply for the connection the customer care staff reject request and giving me excuse that connection is not avlable in my area, It's nearly 2 years whn I applied first time so I want to know when will I get the connection

    @JioCare very pathetic service !!!! I had taken a Jio Fiber connection for 3+2 offer plans, still my additional 2 months plan is not added yet and the new bill created for 206/- i don't know for what i have to pay this amount..

    This is to anyone who is reading this. Don't, I repeat, DON'T ACTIVATE SERVICES FOR JIOFIBRE. THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY WILL END UP LOOTING YOU. TRUST ME, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SWITCH ELSEWHERE. @JioCare

    Whenever there is loadsheding in my area, @airtelindia turns off network connection. This happens with everyone here. We can not call and can not use internet at this time. Fed up with airtel. We are thinking of a mass port out to @reliancejio.
