    @JioCare Then what’s the benefit for raise the issue as still it’s not completed ? Fake promise make fake services.. PathicService by Jio fiber. They collect their charges still I’m waiting for getting service..

    @reliancejio u have got the most pathetic customer service be it jio fiber jio sim or jiomart.... you retain customers money make interest on it and provide absolutely o value to customer.. Its high time..

    @aayu596 I know they will never respond to existing customers & focusing on adding new connections. That's the reason they have lost many users to Jio. On the other hand @JioCare provides good service comparatively. You can opt for Jio's service over them.
