    @JioCare @reliancejio i have installed jio fiber on 17aug and within 24 hours no internet issue started reflecting. I lodged 3 complaints in last 12 days but till date no engineer no call came to resolve it and marked it resolved in your systems. Now when i call customer care..

    @JioCare Network issue in my area Both data and Call not works well Call not connects It’s hardly within 2 km in area where Jio tower belongs Regarding this I have complained various number of times but no solution has been done yet Please help me in regarding this.

    @JioCare Ya the issue is same. But u ppl r not here to help customer. U ppl r just proving the same answer all the time, we r looking into this. Check how many days over but u still not provided the resolution abut the #fraudcall made by 1 of #JIOemployee.
