    @JioCare one of my sim has no connection while others at same location are working fine. Logged a ticket SR000017X77Z, responSe is that it will take 60 days to fix this. Should I wait for 60 days for jio to fix the issue or buy an airtel connection please let me know.

    @JioCare I called and email your support team to get the refund of advanced deposit of my postpaid account. I was using jio earlier and moved out due to poor service. Atleast can you initiate refund to the original payment method. FYI I haven't received any SMS 2 + bank details

    @rishi2cool10 @JioCare The most jio network is the broken company. Without the compellet for three to four months, there is nothing on the network. The Geo company is worthless.

    Jio network is becoming bad to worst everyday, call drop & voice clarity on Jio network is common on JIO network, almost everywhere. @JioCare First killed their competitors with cheap tarrif plans, now they are planing to kill customers with their cheap services @AshwiniVaishnaw

    Hi @JioCare .. I have the 399+ tax post paid plan and I pay extra 600₹ for Netflix making my bill amount a total of 1,070₹. Since they brought down their 799₹ 4 screen plan to 649₹; will my bill also decrease?
