  @JioCare you have setup a different standard of customer service altogether. My new connection was installed last week but it's not working and today I have been told to raise a cancellation request as you folks do not service my area at the moment. Order Number NO0000M0MWFI.

  @JioCare That is ok.. just wanted to know the delay of your service , the area not a village, it is a developed area, very near to a large IT park in India, and even more people requesting for it. I was getting same reply for more than 3 years

  @JioCare Also the jio join app needs to improve. Many bugs have in this app. The main problem is the compatibility issue and connecting problem with the jio fiber
