Meanwhile, I’m left without internet due to damage caused during the pole restoration. Poor coordination and service. Resolve this urgently.

My complaint was closed without fixing the issue and I had to reopen it myself. This is gross negligence and unacceptable customer service. Resolve it immediately. @TRAI
