They disconnected and took their equipment within a week. The customer care will speak all sushi words

  @reliancejio @JioCare Recharged for 2GB/day 4G + Unlimited 5G, but whenever 5G drops, speed drops to absolute ZERO instead of falling back to 4G. Paying for both but getting neither! Please resolve this. A 2G network speed was better than your 4G speed.

  @JioCare @TRAI ,@JioCare , TRIE must step in such case where user get harrashed by operator , if user failed to recharge his connection for second than it's get disconnected ,but service provider failed to fullfill commitment than save themself by giving excuse of standard TAT,

  @JioCare My jio air fiber payment which has been done is not reflecting in your server hence you have disconnected my internet. Which is pathetic as a service provider. The bill was generated yesterday, the payment is done this morning and yet you guys are in such a hurry to disconnect it
