Not sure why @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is charging for Its Services as there is actually no Coverage (0 Network bars) from past two weeks over here. I think it's the right time to port out accounts accross family, friends and society to @JioCare @reliancejio or @VodafoneIN

@reliancejio is it necessary to provide internet service if you cannot solve the complaint of 23 oct 3pm. In a month net not work for 10 days and I pay for 30 days. No respone from your complaint person. And I am eligible to pay the money for this period???

@JioCare I have raised the service request as my network cable was cut, when I visited to the customer care center, they are telling we will not fix the issue as the local vendors are not allowed to fix and told me to cancel the connection. Now I am switching back to @airtelindia
