    @reliancejio @JioCare Receiving bills of INR 1400 and 2400 against a post-paid connection of INR 199. Customer care over chat promises to call back but never does do. Could you please look into this? @TRAI It may be worth looking into the fine prints of this.

    I HAVE RETURN MY JIO FIBER CONNECTION BEFORE 30 DAYS ON 6TH OF SEPTEMBER AND TODAY IS 15TH OF OCTOBER BUT I DON'T GET MY REFUND YET. WHENEVER I CALL THEM THEY ALWAYS TELL ME SIR WE HAVE INITIATE YOUR MONEY YOU WILL GET IT BY 3 OR 4 DAYS. PLEASE HELP ME OUT. @reliancejio @JioCare
