Not sure why @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is charging for Its Services as there is actually no Coverage (0 Network bars) from past two weeks over here. I think it's the right time to port out accounts accross family, friends and society to @JioCare @reliancejio or @VodafoneIN

@JioCare Hi, I had recharged my prepaid jio no. on 17Dec that hasn't reflected yet. Also, your customer care no 18008899999 didn't respond to my multiple calls which is utterly frustrating. No reply to DMs as well so last resort is to tweet this publically. Please do better.

2/2 I have the audio recording as well as texts from JIO for the 36+ hour outage. Shambolic customer care. I will be going to consumer court for the same for all the inconvenience you guys have caused me. @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice
