    @JioCare @reliancejio I recently changed my number from Vodafone to Jio, facing network issues in Jio, went to near by store (Thudiyalur, CBE) to check for details but they are not providing proper response, ask me to call someone else to know the issue, worst store experience.

    @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice What is going on? I was a JioFibre customer from the past 2 years. At the time of booking, I gave Rs2500 as security deposit, which the executive told me is totally refundable. Now, when I disconnected my services, after 14-15 days, I got rs1500 only.

    @reliancejio @JioCare guys, the internet speed at my place is down for years now, I took the jioFiber thinking it would be great, but alas, do you think @airtelindia would provide me with a better internet connectivity? PIN-712123, Hooghly. And, no I don't have alternative no.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Thanks 🙏 for the services you provided but now i have to port my no. To another service provider only just because of your continuous badgering for recharge 3 days in advance of my pack expiry on every call that to in hindi & eng is too much to tolerate!!

    @JioCare @JioCare Providing connection is very easy for any service provider but giving service to maintain the connection is what counts and @JioFibre failed to do so.After around 7-8 days of no service, finally shifted to another service provider.#disappointing

    @JioCare Yes definately. I did huge mistake recently switched Vi to @airtelindia . Now i have to wait for 90 Days with Worst Operator like @Airtel_Presence #SayNoToAirtel
