    @JioCare You can not close any complaint without resolution. If you close it without customer feedback then it is ur complete failure. Showing @reliancejio as best 4G network is a marketing tactic to fool customers. @TRAI

    @paulckott @JioCare @reliancejio paul, the answer would (due to many users in your area that is why you are getting this speed ) sorry for the inconvenience, i have been sending them mails tweets but no use still getting the worst internet speed of 990 kbps, jio is really bad they have shown there true colors

    @reliancejio Paid for JioFiber on Wednesday , order # NO0000G84ECO, no one contacting for installation, sales team dodging calls... No help from customer care who only say to wait, Do you not know what 24 hours means? Why promise what you can't deliver?!?!

    @rawat_as @JioCare the connectivity of jio is very bad. in the name of 4g they are giving 2g wow, in the name of 5g they will give 3g.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I did registration 3 times in last 6 months for jio FTTH but I didn’t get this in my area when I can get it ? If you are not interested then will choose for another service provider Please reply as soon as possible #RelianceJio #JioFiber
