    @JioCare using jio sim network whatsapp YouTube working well, but browsing any web site network not working. Also jio application customer care portal not get open. Im fasing this issue from last 4 - 5 day. Jio center and Customer Care executive not understanding problem

    @JioCare Everything has been discussed in DM already. I'm using @ViCustomerCare second card and no issue with it. Only issues with your servicec due to faulty SIM card. Replace it free of cost.

    @JioCare, you have lost a loyal customer. A whole damn working week without internet is simply unacceptable, and the fact that your engineers are demanding money for their incompetence is absolutely despicable. I refuse to continue paying for such terrible service. Shame on you

    @JioCare As per your customer care, your plan of Rs. 999 doesn’t have Amazon prime video included in it? During procurement of the plan, it was included. If I will have to procure it separately, why it was mentioned as a part of the plan? #JioCheatingCustomers
