    @JioCare using jio sim network whatsapp YouTube working well, but browsing any web site network not working. Also jio application customer care portal not get open. Im fasing this issue from last 4 - 5 day. Jio center and Customer Care executive not understanding problem

    @JioCare facing network issue for the last 7-8 days, can't even send a whatsApp msg, it's taking 1-2 mints for a single msg .... Will think of porting my number to another network if the issue not resolved soon

    @reliancejio In Andhra Pradesh Jio 4g prepaid 4g is dead slow since 10 days and when spoken with Jio care they replied problem is due to more users could u pls check and tell us when the problem can be solved so that we can plan any alternative ways I'f it takes longer time
