@JioCare using jio sim network whatsapp YouTube working well, but browsing any web site network not working. Also jio application customer care portal not get open. Im fasing this issue from last 4 - 5 day. Jio center and Customer Care executive not understanding problem

Wasted money on @JioCare @reliancejio i am using jio fibre in mohali. I request jio for relocation because we changed the house. But service engineers are not coming because we are old customers. If you are a new user then you get your connection in a day.😞 @iamatulkansal

@JioCare Totally third class person non-knowledgeable customer support executive set here by @reliancejio. Yesterday I taken another company Fiber Connection. Today jio executive come in my house address to provide Jio Fiber connection. They informed twitter executive don't know anything.
