    @JioCare Again a joke.. here is the response. This is an update on Service Request number SR000018OFMV for Network connectivity. Regret to inform you that the location for which you had raised a concern may face intermittent issues.

    @reliancejio Poor connection giving me hard time receiving calls. Got 2 jio numbers and a fiber connection, but no realtime support from call center. Already did 2 complaints in last 1 month, but no resolution. Do you care about after-sale service vs. customer acquisition ?

    @JioCare I am having an issue with the internet from past couple of months - the wire is being cut again and again. Your people are not responsible enough to spare time and rectify the issue properly they are again and again wasting my time

    @MahaCyber1 I posted a query for @JioCare on twitter with my number visible by MISTAKE. And later I received a call from the following number +91 73843 30588, which said it was from Jio head office and asked me to install 'Team Viewer Quick Support' Application.
