    Still no response from @reliancejio and @JioCare regarding my issue. Silence from customer support is disappointing and reflects poorly on customer service. If there’s no update soon, I’ll be forced to move to @airtelindia Air Fiber.

    @JioCare @JioHotstar Amazing service! Bill paid, subscription active in MyJio, but JioHotstar wants me to pay again. Jio blames Hotstar, Hotstar blames Jio, and the customer gets nothing. Can't watch matches or movies despite paying. Brilliant.

    It's really disappointing." It's midnight now, and my Jio network is completely down. Even in the quiet atmosphere of the night, Jio's signal is so disturbed that I am not able to use the internet at all. This problem is not only with me, but also with many other users. My work is being completely disrupted due to the breakdown of this network of Jio. Hopefully Jio will fix it soon, otherwise people will face serious problems.     @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio this is probably 12 internet issue i have raised this year. Lost around 20+ days of internet this year. Zero action has been taken in spite of multiple feedback.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Urgent need of Jio 5G tower & JioFiber at Village Gaindatola, Block Chhuriya, Dist Rajnandgaon (CG). It's a commercial hub for 40+ villages. 100+ homes currently facing worst speed on BSNL & waiting to switch to Jio. Please help! #Jio5G #JioFiber

    Shame on you @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia even after upgrading to postpaid such worst connection after complainjng you solve it by yourself and report solved no response nothing porting to @JioCare is better i think so and why the hell you arecharging if you cant provide basic

    Paid ₹1200 for JioFiber relocation 25 days ago. Connection was uninstalled, but never installed at the new location! Pathetic service. Fed up with the delay, I have now switched to Airtel Fiber. refund my ₹1200 immediately! @JioCare @jio

    Do you even care @JioCare You have Discontinued my number. It's been 5 days, no resolution is done yet, same old script and automated response. Kindly reactivate my number. Atleast give me a standard procedure what should I do next. Or what you should do next
