Hi @JioCare we are not able to solve simple.coverage issue, jio wifi 2.4 g signal not able to maintain strength for 5 meter even? Customer service not helpful, 3 engineer visit already happened. anyone who can help or I have to switch again to another vendor ? @reliancejio

@JioCare It has been more than 7 month no internet service is there, all people port their sim , my 666 recharge is wasted 2 times, very bad network coverage no response from anyone since last year. Worst experience total Rs.1332 wasted.

@JioCare The issue has been fixed now, but I'm talking about the last 5 days without internet when I had already paid for the whole month upfront in advance. 5 days without internet is not at all acceptable!
