    @JioCare I have been waiting since 28th April. How long do you expect me to wait?? And why is your process soo slow?? I have called you multiple times since May 5th but why im still getting such vague response everytime?? Aren't you serious about resolving customer's issue??

    Hello! Anyone else facing problems with @JioCare . I have raised multiple service request. My internet is down since 24th April. From Jio home app I raised servicerequest.Nobody turns up or if by some miracle anybody comes,they check nearby lines.say power is low.Shall check 1/2

    @rahuls1032 @JioCare Atleast Airtel is much better than them I have Airtel connection also at my other home For solving issue they are fast

    @reliancejio @Jiocare installation pending for more than 2 weeks even after payment completed. No response from customer care or service team despite multiple calls. Very disappointing service experience from Jio. Very disappointing and irresponsible service from Jio.

    @reliancejio @JioCare significant internet connectivity issues & voice drop from the last couple of days at Purunakatak PIN 762013 Causing considerable inconvenience to me and other residents in the locality It appears that the issue lies with the network performance in our area.
