  @JioCare your system of addressing customer grievances is horrible. The customer care will fool the customer by telling lies and mail has an auto reply. How on earth does the customer approach you? Pathetic!

  Very 😭 with @JioCare. I rchg ₹1551 for IR before travelling to the UK, but still no Jio network, no OTPs no roaming service. Tried every troubleshooting step, but nothing works. Total waste of money. If you’re travelling abroad, THINK 2 before relying on this service. #Jio

  @reliancejio @JioCare Hello Jio, I requested a new JioFiber connection and received an SMS with the contact details of your representative. I even called the person mentioned, but unfortunately, he showed no interest in speaking with me or assisting with my request. Is this the standard level of customer service from Jio, or is this only in Kochi? Very disappointing for someone trying to become a new Jio customer. Attaching the SMS for your reference. Dear Customer, Our representative Abhimanyu Ms (Mob- 9961xxx656) will contact you for an appointment. Please share OTP 30XX76 with the representative only AFTER Booking Reference Number or Order Registration Number (ORN) is generated. Thank You, Team JioFiber

  Hello @JioCare @reliancejio, There is no Jio network and no internet service in Vill- Khoja Nagla distt- Muzaffarnagar(UP). We are unable to make calls receive OTP use mobile data. There is only one small Jio tower in village, which is not sufficient to provide proper coverage
