Despite repeated calls/emails, the issue persists without a satisfactory response. I have requested a technician visit, but the service has been delayed or ignored.

It’s is seems your talking to Bots not humans & having zero ethics . In last 36 hrs called up 3ice and stayed on call for 20 mins each and at the end no solution.
