    @reliancejio Worst Company ever for WIFI I tried to register my complaint but simply switch to AI and cut the call ! Not even they pick call heavily frustrated by this behaviour. They are simply just Plundering people's pocket ! Shame

    @JioCare @Vineetvikram06 The replies are always polite: “We’re here to help” and “We’ll look into it.” But based on my experience and the many people I’ve spoken to, I haven’t seen an actual resolution. My advice: Think twice before applying for a Jio Fiber connection. #JioFiber #CustomerService

    Hello @JioCare, I’m facing a persistent network signal issue at my location. The signal strength is very poor, causing frequent call drops, slow internet speeds, and difficulty using mobile data. Kindly look into this issue and help resolve it as soon as possible.

    @reliancejio @JioCare My wife's jio sim card deactivated and she is no more. I want jio to re issue this sim card with my name but I don't have documents showing our blood relation. however the photos and videos of our marriage are available. please help🙏
