@JioCare reliancejio we have taken Jio Fiber plan . Got the connection one week back. It is not working , unable to find customer care number. I have downloaded My Jio app ..now there seems to be wrong feeding of data by yr exe. The OTP is not received. My number 8797787803

@JioCare The last executive we spoke to was rude and kept repeating the same thing. They too don't know what has to be done and cut the call rudely without any resolution.

@JioCare I've promptly made my bill payment on the day of Bill generation itself. Yet you've suspended my account. And when I call customer care, the resolution ETA given is 48h. Why did you suspend my account in the first place?

@JioCare Still not resolved. Really bad service @JioCare The support executives tell the same thing everyday not understanding the issue at all. Engineers? They came two times, but failed to repair. And every time they say the same thing.
