    @JioCare though jio is providing network at remotest parts of india why in big cities 4g works like 2g.

    @JioCare Because of poor response & service , Jio will loose customers. They have put it in hold & given a false communication that I have requested to put hold. How your service team interpreting the things. Jio from Reliance which stands for Trust but your service people are Liar

    @JioCare Pls can you explain what do you understand about my concern. All these stories are being manufactured after taking payment and making tall promises. All other service providers are readily making installations. Moreover, absolute zero response from Jio Udaipur team

    i have opted 300mbps plan in my jio fiber connection but since from then getting only approx. 90mbps speed. why help me out @JioCare @fiber_jio @reliancejio

    @reliancejio We have been experiencing issues with jio fiber The red light keeps blinking and we have tried reaching the customer care but they are a bunch of irresponsible people who keep on pushing the dates and we haven't received support from any ends
