    @JioCare I'm pretty sure, I haven't switched on my hotspot also. Even I have disabled my apps auto update as well. I'm seeing this issue form long days. This is not the first time.

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio , Please help as your representative took away my devices . This is a serious matter. I submitted request to close my Jio connection and gave back my wifi and setup devices but my devices not submitted yet to jio office

    @JioCare I had two Jio AirFiber connections installed on 22nd May and 24th May. Today is 3rd July, and I still haven't received my refund. This is the worst service I've ever experienced from Jio. Extremely disappointed with the delay and the lack of proper customer support.

    @JioCare I want to speak with someone at jio and the customer line is not letting me talk to anyone. Give a call on my phone which I have shared via DM. @jagograhakjago @nch1915 I will be filing a formal case if this is not resolved on priority

    @reliancejio @JioCare got I call from jio customer care person. he told me my number will suspend if I don't get recharge done. the person was very rude, is this how this works.
