    @JioCare @JioCare There is a serious network issue in our area. During WhatsApp calls, even photos don’t load and calling quality is very poor. Despite paying for full recharge, the service is not satisfactory. Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest.

    @JioCare Multiple device I only do office work. I do not have multiple network band on my router. Thats how the technician set this up. He informed that it has 2.4 and 5 Ghz intrigated in single network. Now could you please arrange a technician so that he can visit and check the issue?

    @BagrechaSid We also had sudden issues today. Usually also not so great connectivity 😑 Majburi that no other network around. They must improve services across the board. @JioCare

    @reliancejio Just make post on social media!!! Do people know your dark side??? It's been one month since I booked a connection, till now nobody is responding!!! Jio is not at all serious!!! Chi!!! Now it feels like in village jio airfiber service is just a scam!!!

    @JioCare Thanks for the response, I’ll wait for my refund and will promise that we will not going to bother you guys again, and slowly move away from the JIO ecosystem, will transfer our mobile numbers(my family) to some other service provider.
