@JioCare Jio customer care tells its customers, the slow (.83/.75MBPS) is due to high usage by other customers under same tower. Recommended to use internet during no peak hours(?). #PortJiotoAirtel so I did recently because of JIOs high tech customer care advisory

@reliancejio @JioCare Here, Students are facing deep troubles due to the extremely poor internet connection provided by Jio at Ravenshaw University, Cuttack. Please look into this matter asap and solve it. This is the need of the hour. I am complaining this for the 3rd time !

@JioCare JioFiber sucks. Pathetic service. No 2.4 GHz band showing whenever there is a power outage. Red colour light keeps on blinking for hours. #jiofibersucks #pathetic
