@reliancejio @JioCare this is fake and fraud company i have complaining about my problem since last month but customer care does not solve my problem and not giving me any type of resolution . the customer support has talk to me very rudely .and he did not understand my problem.

@JioCare my home WiFi just won't work it's been gone for an hour. Not able to talk to anyone the WhatsApp line and phone line are useless. please respond as to when I can get my service back.

Infact when we complain about the poor connectivity, they always give the same excuse that the network is slow due to multiple customers using the internet at the same time. If it is so, they why do we pay individually? One such incidence has happened to me with @reliancejio
