  @reliancejio wifi is not working since 1/6/25 and the complaint has already been lodged. Number is SR000037B2E. Problem has not been resolved yet and no satisfactory response is given.

  @JioCare It’s been more than 7 days and my JioFiber issue is still unresolved. The assigned technician keeps saying it cannot be done right now and asked me to tweet instead. My time and money are being wasted while I continue to pay for a service that is not working properly.

  @JioCare Myjio app is not helpful as it automatically reschedule the appointment without my consent i need in-person assistant and immediate fix in an hour or closed my connection i will be more happy

  @JioCare @reliancejio Total loss of network in [DAHEWAN Pin Code - 388550 ] every time there is a power cut. Signal vanishes instantly, showing zero battery backup at local towers And when power arrives then network arrives after 1 hour thats frustrating 😡
