  @ashuvemulapalli I faced an issue with @reliancejio +91-4035048820 | Postpaid @JIOAIRFIBERIN Plus internet connection. I paid an amount of ₹800. However, my problem still remains unresolved. Despite raising multiple complaints, the Jio staff in Ramanthapur did not respond.

  Today I try to call the @JioCare abut the connectivity of my 5G in my location but In the IVR call the AI couldn't connect me with the jio customer care and the call has been ended !!! kaya hi kr rha h @JioCare aapne aapko ittna ai advance bna diya h 😩

  @jiocare Very inconsistent network which is giving speed of 0 to 200 kbps, alternating every other minute from 0 to 5 to 10 to 60 to 200 and then back to 5 and so on. One arrow is there at a time. Lte to lte plus to 5g switching every other second. Is this your service? @TRAI

  @JioCare Hi Jio, Anybody can update us how more long time is require to cancel my connection. Your engineers are not able to fix the problems THEY HAVE ASKED TO GO DOR CANCELLATION. Even though it is still open. My TV is taking rest from last 15 days due to JIO. Waiting for resolution

  @JioCare Update: 29+ hrs since SR raised, zero repair attempt. Just “technical delay” excuses until 9 PM tonight. Finally got a named engineer + slot — but for tomorrow 3–4 PM. Total time to resolution: ~47 hrs. Nearly 2x TRAI’s 24-hr fault-repair benchmark. @JioCare @TRAI
