    @reliancejio @JioCare Hi,im faceing a major call drops since last 4-5 days very frequently and also 4GLTE very slow 1 network bar when use flight mode than 3-4 bar means full range and within 30 mints aagain same problem.and 5G almost zero coverage 75-100% but speed slow (iph 13)

    @JioCare this is not the first time am using this nw or MyJio/maybe u DID NOT understand the issue/what is the USE of Jio APP when it is giving FAKE info/Not Allowing complaint?DM has no value as u CONTRADICT ur own app findings/get rid of the APP if you want me to answer THOSE Qs/or fix

    Dear @JioCare, my JioFiber broadband service is disrupted again even after the previous complaint was attended. The same issue has recurred, causing major inconvenience. Kindly escalate this on priority and provide a permanent resolution. Service Request ID: SR00002M9NJ6.

    @JioCare SR raised at 5:30PM, tech scheduled 7-8PM. When I call your engineer say not my area nobody works after 5PM & cancel. But for a NEW installation, your team works till 10PM?! Need this internet issue fixed ASAP. SRO0002MBRJ8.

    @JioCare - it was unfortunate that Jio 5g/LTE is blocking google chat/meet call. big impact to my business. @Airtel_Presence can able to handle google chat/meet calls. what's the problem with Jio 5g blocking google chat calls.? @reliancejio

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio, I need urgent help with my broken internet connection. It's been over a month with zero resolution. ๐Ÿ”ด My Jio internet completely stops working every time there's a power cut in my area โ€” and power cuts are frequent here, so I lose internet constantly. ๐Ÿ”ด I've raised multiple complaints with Jio customer care, but there's been NO improvement at all. ๐Ÿ”ด First I was told it'll be fixed by 2 July, then pushed to 5 July, and now I'm being told it'll take 3 MONTHS?! That means the recharge I just did is basically useless if I can't even use the service. ๐Ÿ”ด We have 4 Jio users in our house โ€” none of our connections work properly, and one of them has NO network at all. What's the point of paying for a 5G plan when I can't even use basic internet? Please fix this on priority. This is unacceptable for a paying customer. #JioDown #JioNetworkIssue #ReplyJio
