    @Abhishe90001270 @JioCare I am facing the same issue. They keep giving repeated assurances and claiming that the matter has been escalated, but no actual work is being done. My JioFiber relocation is still pending, no engineer has contacted or visited me. Customers need resolutions, not repeated promises

    @reliancejio In my locality we feel worse ever network while we have taken yearly plan. We all repent our decision to go with yearly plan of GIO.

    @reliancejio I got a new jio fibre connection. But I am unable to update the ssid and password after following all the steps. Also even connected devices are shown incorrectly. Kindly fix the issue
