@JioCare Your customer care records the calls. You may check it. I was informed scheduled time is supposed to be within 24hrs. For the complaint made on 16th it's been 5 days. For payment you don't even give a minute extra but for resolving issues you need weeks @TRAI

Hi @JioCare I had submitted a port request on Sunday and although the port request appears to have completed but I don't see any signal when I insert the SIM slot 1 and hence cannot tele verify. Please help.

@JioCare Internet down since 3 weeks. Toll free number operator will not escalate the issue to senior. Jio app troubleshooting doesn't give resolution. No one raising Service Request, so no local technician can visit. Mumbai Appellate resolution running away from my problem
