@JioCare @JioCare There is a serious network issue in our area. During WhatsApp calls, even photos don’t load and calling quality is very poor. Despite paying for full recharge, the service is not satisfactory. Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest.

@JioCare My jio fiber number +91-4431705733 is not working from the morning 10AM. While try to customer care , I had informed that there was outrage & it will restored at 2PM. But my connection was not restored yet. Now restoration time extended to 10PM. Kindly look on this issue

@JioCare I already replied and mentioned the same we haven't got the network and we stopped recharge,some jio care person came and said that there is some issue with the airfiber installed on the rooftop had water went inside the setup,due to poor installation the airfiber gor trouble,
