    Two of my friends want to port from #jio to @airtelindia and @VodafoneIdeaIN but jio network is not allowing sms to 1900 (msg not sent). Costmer care of @JioCare not responding. Numbers are 7888681735 and 6284151253. according to #TRAI any operator can not stop the sms.

    @JioCare very poor network in the area of Raysan, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. Raysan is a popular town where Narendra Modi's mother Heera dadi is staying. I was staying just 100 meter from Heera dadi house. Bakwas network.

    @JioCare I have slow data speed & call drop issue due to poor indoor coverage. I have raised the issue 1/2 year ago & it was resolved but now even I am unable to talk properly.Your advisor is saying it's due to peak hour. Is this a kind of joke. I know your ans kindly DM us.

    @reliancejio I submitted my transfer request for Wifi connection. The transfer is in the same apartment. But, customer care is closing the request by giving silly reasons first with document issue then your area isn’t serviceable. How is that possible within the same apartment.

    @JioCare As per discussions with executives so far on this issue, it is confirm that there is network coverage issue at Gimavi village. Request you to provide estimated timeline to fix this issue. Also do let me know if anything required from our end.
