    @JioCare is the worst customer support service. There's no accountability or desired response on why service requests get delayed for days when they promise to resolve the issue in 24 hours. All they do is reschedule the complaint everytime you call

    @reliancejio @JioCare worst fiber service in Dehradun. My internet is down since 28 Sep afternoon and my service request no SR000016WEW9 is still pending despite repeated calls at Jiocare and with local service engineer (1)

    @JioCare i have no expectations from your side, because you don't accept problems in your network. i am expecting that you provide me speed like as airtel, but required at least google open. on your 3rd class data speed i am not able to open the google.

    @JioCare It's day 3. Service has completely collapsed and no support has been provided yet for rectifying the issue other than sending standard messages. If this is the situation in delhi what will be the status of the services in other part of the country.@reliancejio @JioCare
