    @JioCare @editor_RD_News @JioCare: Instead of individual names of the support executives, can you JioCare messages have the message end with "Jio Care" instead of individual names to make it more neutral. It helps support associates as well!

    @sundarpichai @reliancejio The worst customer service I received is from jio. I did recharge of 555. The amount got cut from bank but recharge didn't go through. It has been 8 days and every day the customer service says wait for 48 hours. Clear thieves and fraudsters. People should get jailed for this

    @JioCare shut up you guys. you just copy paste the statement everyday and make customer suffer with your bust up service. Go to Hell Jio. I would never prefer any kind of JIO service and make sure my entire circle and society shut off Jio. Its my promise to JIO.

    @reliancejio @GoogleIndia I do understand its for beginners but whats the use when it starts to hang in installing 2-3 applications and moreover they have given removable battery which is very old concept. And beginners have so good choices in mi, vivo, oppoo,samsung,etc

    @JioCare Still I haven't received any call and with this I understand that JIO is stealing the deposited money from customer. I request all Citizens do not use any JIO service as they won't collect The device and return your money.
