    Still the issue is not resolved .Since I have taken Reliance Jio service it is my job to call the technician and it is his will he will pick or not .Randomly disconnects the phone and this has become standard rude behaviour of jio employees.@JioCare @reliancejio @BokaroDigital

    @reliancejio Your Service is totally wroth i try to Esim but Viratnagar Ahmedabad gujrat Store executive was not proper guide and did half process now my sim neither used esim or Regular i m stcuk in middle no one support if you are not provide solution than stop your Company

    @JioCare struggling to use Vowifi after change of JIO ONT. Used to work with the earlier Jio ONT but doesn't work with the replaced newer version

    @reliancejio @JioCare - Since yesterday you guys are not able to give me a resolution. One team says you will resolve the Internet issue while other team says you cannot and I have to cancel my connection. Don’t you guys talk among yourself as a company ? Worst experience.

    @JioCare Very bad service of jio. The customer service is also not connected .I have many time call jio care but not give response. Be careful who take jio sim.

    @JioCare @reliancejio u people are making fool of customer..today is the 12th day and still my issue is not resolved seriously regretting my decision of buying this..whoever is seeing my comment I request you to never buy this jio fibre.thy r having worst customer service..go for airtel
