Complaint SR0000345F7F registered on 21 Apr still unresolved despite repeated calls and follow-ups.

Stop redirecting to tracking and resolve this. The technician already confirmed router replacement, collected OTP, and never returned.

Today is 9th April — no delivery, NO refund, and zero accountability. You’ve taken my money and failed to provide the service.
