    @JioCare having the worst jio experience. Frequently interruption in the network and the jio team is of no help. Santosh a technician at jio just picks the call and cuts it as its of no importance to him . Bad service experience ever #ashamed #worst

    @reliancejio @JioCare stay away from Jio Fibre,have huge customer base but failed in service. been assured by jio to resolve jio Fibre issue by deputing technician, it is week N they keep on canceling appointment.better switch to @airtelindia who have better reliable Network.

    @JioCare No need because it is a wastage of time. The final answer will be we are planning a network installation site in your location which i am getting grom last 5 years. Send your network team at given location and try to improve it. Its a smart city of Nagaland

    @reliancejio @exploreIMC One of the worst customer care service providers. I called jio care to raise my complaint the person knowingly disconnected my call after hearing the issue.

    @JioCare I have called the engineer in the morning he said he is coming in 1 hr but he didn’t come. I called him again at 5:34 but he didn’t answer it. Please ask your executive not to say that we can call them if there are any issue
