    @reliancejio, I have recharged with 599 plan for daily data and 612 for additional data. 599 works daily, but not able to use additional data. Tried reaching out your customer care but didn’t get through. Kindly suggest me on it.

    @Airtel_Presence Hi @Airtel_Presence I have done a bit of troubleshooting from my end as well.Why not insert @reliancejio sim in the same handset and see how it works?You know what, it did wonders to the network.

    @reliancejio Team, BITS educational site is not working with both jio mobile data and jio fiber. The same site is opening in airtel and other operators. Can someone please look into it
