    @JioCare @reliancejio Such bad services and customer care. been waiting for 25 days for my installation. They came in just one day for money but not for installation. Worst Service! I recommend not opt for jio fiber.

    Jio fiber line is not working in this area since yesterday morning. Customer Care is scheduling and rescheduling the service without any outcome. Dehradun jio fiber service not even picking the call to address the problem.(Service request no. SR000014U5IH).@JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @JioChat @reliancejio since yesterday I am facing network problem. Several times I have tried to contact u but couldn’t. Plz resolve it. We are not able to use Internet nor any call properly. Have a look into it.

    @ViCustomerCare everything was going hood expect speed issue with @JioCare , but since the night of port to vi on Monday , vi app shows weekend rollover 800 mb approx and not show daily data usage , neither *199 menu, now message of data left, i am not happy
