  @JioCare @JioCare took money. Made me do kyc. Stored my private data. Didn't send sim for three days. Now port code has expired. And Jio will ask me to send sms for port code. I'll have to recharge that sim. I'll say **** off to Jio. Now refund my money. And take your sim.

  I've never experienced service as poor as @JioCare. My JioFiber cable snapped on the 25th. I raised a service request the same day and made multiple calls, but no engineer has visited and there's been no response. Unacceptable. Cancelling my JioFiber subscription ASAP.

  Dear @JioCare @JioFiber, I raised a service disruption complaint yesterday (Request ID: SR00002MY1BM), but it's still showing "Assigning an engineer." I had a service slot booked for 11:00 AM–12:00 PM today, yet no engineer has been assigned or contacted me.

  @reliancejio Due to this persistent issue, we have had to recommend that many customers use or switch to @airtelindia, simply because Jio doesn’t work inside our store. Please arrange an urgent RF/Network site survey and provide an indoor coverage solution (IBS/Small Cell/JioConnect). (3/3)

  @pankajjha_13 @JioCare That's so frustrating. A week without internet is way too long. Hope they finally get someone out to fix that wire soon.
