    @ViCustomerCare I had recharged with Rs 299 pack on 22nd Jun 2022 and from yesterday my account shows there is no active data pack and not able to connect to data. And you need 4-5 days to resolve? Really pathetic service. @JioCare has better coverage and service in our area.

    Avoid @reliancejio in Pune. Jio Fiber person stops attending calls after taking the payment on the basis of false commitments. Installation pending since yesterday. Customer support is saying that there is no way to reach out to any appellate authority.

    @JioCare @TRAI No solution provided on my previous tweet. Jio chargd me Rs. 1499/- for my Amazon prime membership renewal and not activated d same. 5 days passed already.Just sent a msg that you will get response by 7th July.Why should I wait 4 so long aftr makng d paymnt on 1st

    Quitting from #jiofiber, worst service i have ever seen, sorry to say but #jiofiber lost 1 customer, switching to #Airtel_Network. Even there is no customer complaint/suggestion register at Jio Customer Service Center @JioCare @reliancejio u lost 2 yrs old customer.
