@JioCare @reliancejio sorry to say but I am a jio Retailer also I am not using Jio Internet because of poor internet Connection, and also our villagers also not using this so kindly look here and solve this so we can afford Sasta and speed network thank you.

@JioCare I dnt think any propper support process you have, this issue already escalated and still there is no action and there is no compensation for user on this loss of service and lack of support from @JioCare

@JioCare I paid the amount on 23.12.2020 and even after nearly 4 months the refund is not paid. I have provided bank statement, bank account details and whatever has been asked by you, still no refund. Are you trying to recover from the customer for the falling reliance shares?
