    @JioCare Hey, last night I've placed a request to upgrade to eSim. I've received the eSim number and I even confirmed the upgradation request by sending 1 to 183. But I've never received an automated confirmation call. My eSim isn't active yet. Can you please help??

    @reliancejio Never expecte this type of service in jio such a disgusting, I have recharge RS 2030 feb16 2021 but it's not update in jio system,and no one resolve my problem.
