    @JioCare @reliancejio team, in this month got 400 GB, during recharge it says benefit up to 600 GB in jiofi silver plan? ID-1203533508 ,also speed issue is a mejor concern still I have. Today again recharged for 101 to get 20 more GB but while checked I shoud get 200 GB more?

    This is my 2nd tweet and it's very unfortunate for me to again write the same thing.I don't know why they are named as @JioCare when they don't care at all.I have no hope now and will switch to other service provider. @reliancejio . Advice:Improve your service before bringing 5G.

    @JioCare I have purchased a jio phone 2 days ago 11 aug from your reliance digital store bharatpur (raj.) Then i opened and use some time so mic is not working properly. I visited your jio center they agree to create D.O. but they replace with old model phone why i take old model

    I think jio has decided to send a fix message to those who complain about the services just by simply repeating the same message in response to the complaint against its 4G speed..DM your no..altenate no..any 2 websites facing the issue..Making fool.@rsprasad @JioCare @DoT_India
