    @reliancejio @JioCare Heart-wrenching agony of a Postpaid customer. For the last three months, the average network speed in Kaimri (Hisar) area is less than 100 kb. Complaints have not been taken care of since December 19. Your credibility is at stake. Expecting quick action.

    Jio forgot to take care of there service. For last 2 years they are saying that there is some problem but it will ok in 3-4 days. But they never forgot to call you when your plan expires 2 days before. They have no shame. @reliancejio

    @JioCare Why are you launching 5G if you are unable to run 4 G network in pune . Your customer care is blatantly syaing due to more customers you are facing issue in using internet. If you are unable to serve the customers so let me konw so i can port @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @JioCare @reliancejio hello reckless & worst cstmr cares ! When i lost my Jiofiber registered no. then tried so hard for 1 month by calling & mailling to change it but left with no response. so under compulsion i choose to close the connection & request to pick up the setup box.

    @reliancejio The jio fiber service is extremely "PATHETIC", internet is not working since mrng, have raised complaints several times but not resolved yet. The officials and engineers are not ready to listen to anything.

    Disappointed with @reliancejio's lack of action towards resolving network issues and service unavailability in my area for over a year now. But what's more ironical is their daily reminders to recharge my account, showing their interest only in getting paid rather than solving it
