    @JioCare They wil work on optical solution, not always think about money please... The people who work in corporate really need sable optical fiber solution which I believe only jio have as I'm experienced. Can you please actually prioritise this issue , need to say we are working, do it

    3rd time hardware issue with POE showing no red light. Faulty items. No internet. Can you escalate this to your top management? Seems like a cheap hardware procurement problem @JioCare

    @JioCare @JioCare already gtpl fiber has same issue that's why I have shifted to JioFiber.Gtpl fiber already use Jio's network that's why same problem with Jio only. Dns issue must be resolve otherwise I will discontinue your services

    @JioCare Am trying to get an additional STB for my connection but not able to contact customer care. Your IVR doesn’t even have an option to speak to customer care, and when I request a call back they don’t speak my preferred language.

    @reliancejio I want to discontinue my service with @airtelindia. For one hour, they have put me on music. Can you visit me? I am done with @airtelindia. I also have a lease line from Airtel which I will discontinue now. Visit me to help me shift the account.
