    @JioCare We are at Monday end !! Why was I charged before service was provided ?? Rather if you cannot stand by the commitment at least return the money back. You can’t hold the money back without promised service

    Dear Jio and Mr. Ambani, you charge for the landline service along with Jio AirFiber but do not actually provide the landline service. Why are you taking customers for a ride? Please provide a prompt response regarding this issue. @TRAI @JioCare

    @JioCare Ma'am, the first schedule was given for today for which I raised the ticket yesterday around 2 pm but today it was rescheduled to tomorrow, not sure of the reason, I am not staying in a big metro city wherein they can't come and fix one wire issue for more than 48 hrs.

    @JioCare Hi JIO Care i am not able to download Invoice history of my Phone . When i am login in Jio Portal an selecting Historical Invoice then only 2025 year is coming 2026 is not coming in dropdown please look this issue
