  @JioCare @JioCare Why is your team incapable of scrolling up? You have my entire complaint history (Ref MR0001NQTYEC) in the DMs, yet you stall by asking one question at a time. Stop these cheap cat-and-mouse tricks. Read the chat, ask everything at once, and actually send an engineer.

  Hello @JioCare, I recharged my JioFiber connection yesterday, but my WiFi is still not working. When I first contacted customer support, I was told the service would be activated by 12 PM. It still didn't work. This morning, I called again, and I received completely different responses. One executive said the plan had changed, another assured me the issue would be resolved within two hours, while someone else told me I would have to recharge again. After waiting for two hours, I called back to check the status of my complaint. To my surprise, the executive informed me that no complaint had been registered from my number. This has been one of the worst customer support experiences I've had. There is no accountability, no coordination between agents, and customers are left wasting their time while receiving contradictory information. Waste of time. Waste of money. Extremely disappointing service.
