@reliancejio Hi Team Jio, I am in Delhi NCR and I have Jio 5G compatible handset and active data plan in the proper Jio 5G covered Area but still I am not able to use #Jio5G where I am easily able to use #Airtel5G. It means jio is doing partiality with the users. it's a very bad move.

@reliancejio @JioCare New conctn installed last week. Facing issue with 2.4Ghz connection. Called 50 times to Jiocare team since yesterday and no service provided as of now. Ticket marked closed w/o resolving.pathetic service. SR00001FE5VG
