@JioCare My further request is not to promise false to customers, if you can not fulfill. You have to check the ground level reality @reliancejio @RelianceDigital how customers are being irritated by your support staffs.

@JioCare Please align some one who can answer my questions. Don't want any call centre personnel to address this issue. They simply are clueless. Most of the things they cannot see and rest they cannot disclose, called them 2 times in last 1 hour or so, talked to Varsh, Hansal and Jatin

@JioCare Dear sir Don't fool the people promising new connection in 4 days. Trusting jio professional service provider I requested new connection but waiting it for more than 10 days & further four days they said in Vadodara big city. Hope you don't fool people by false promise

@reliancejio @JioCare The best network is now worst at Upper Bazar of Lohardaga District of Jharkhand. Since last one week we are not able to make a call and after 2 rings automatically the call disconnects. Please resolve the voice call issue and network related issues.

@JioCare Nothing happened ...i just want refund and nothing else...service engineer came ,they were in hurry , they didn't check my locality well for jio connection box,simply came to my hone said no box nearby and went away.i cant wait for more.
