    @JioCare A executive from Jio fiber visited home nad said that your router is not working and needs to be changed. He said if you pay for 3 month i will change it right now or else it will happen after 15 days. What kind of policy is this. Can u please help.

    @JioCare Started this thread on 6 May & had no resolution still. There have been 3-4 diffrnt complaints since with no support from customer support as usual. Not only Jio’s service is bad, it’s customer service doesn’t support too. Switching to #airtel back. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare what is the problem with jio will they refund my money or not its being going to complete 6 months from the date i had disconected my jio fiber .this is the way jio treat there customers such a worst company i had ever seen .
