The problem is only near my home and in my lane, where the signal is so poor that even talking on a call is difficult. Please don’t give generic excuse.

Now I’m neither getting the connection nor a refund, and the person has stopped responding to calls/msgs. Please investigate this urgently and help resolve the issue. I have payment proof.
