    @tanyachawla31 @reliancejio Stay away from Jio at all costs. Once they take your money, it will be you only who will get exhausted. I have faced this during my connection cancellation as well. Raise a consumer forum complaint

    @JioCare @jio_fiber @reliancejio Kindly help me with the cancellation of this request... As I don't have a single update even the direct messages are not working ... It's really pathetic to have to keep waiting for you guys to respond back... And the customer care number I think is a joke

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio is a complete fraud, if you talk to customer care then nothing happens and?The internet never works; if you complain on X, they just ask you to send a private message, but no solution is ever found.

    @tanyachawla31 @reliancejio This also happened with me then I lodged complaint to consumer affairs helpline. After that I received my money back.

    @tanyachawla31 @reliancejio Something similar happened to me, but with Airtel's fiber... Got refund after 3-4 months of hassle with their customer service

    Dear Jio Team and Management, @reliancejio @JioCare It is extremely disappointing and frustrating that for the past two months, our internet service has not been working properly. The connection is so poor that we are sometimes unable to even browse basic web pages.
