    @reliancejio I got a jio fibre connection 20 days ago. Now my internet is not working properly. I tried many times to contact you and your customer care executive but no one picked my phone and my problem isn't resolve yet. Shame on you. @JioCare

    @JioCare So if no refund will be provided no extension will be provided why we are doing so much delay in fixing the services, when we recharge we recharge for a month but service disruption happens than we will not exten or refund?

    @reliancejio @JioCare Complaint SR000037TT4R was raised, but I have received no call or update regarding the action taken. Kindly explain the current status and why I was not informed.
