  @JioCare Yesturday also installation not done. I took half day as your engineer ask to come, but whole day gone he didn't come. Today is the last day I will wait for installation, else refund my money. I have other service providers as well like airtel fiber and others @reliancejio @TRAI

  @JioCare Hello @JioCare i think you should update yourself from the previous comments of this post. My connection is not working from 15th august and i have already raised a complaint for this. You are asking to pay the bill without providing service.

  @JioCare 🚨 Fraud alert. be cautious with Jio! If you’re in a non-metro city, think twice before paying an advance for Jio services. In my experience, they may take the payment upfront, fail to provide the service due to infrastructure issues, and then refuse to refund the unused amount
