    @JioCare, please optimize the 4G network speed and improve indoor signal coverage in my area. Internet speeds are very slow and connectivity is unstable in indoors. Kindly look into this issue and improve the network quality as soon as possible.

    Worst experience with @JioCare Applied for Jio Fiber on 19th April and made the payment. On 20th April, your installation guy came and clearly said there is no network coverage in my area and promised a refund within 5–10 days. It’s been more than 15 days now and still no refund

    @JioCare @reliancejio you guys keep raising service requests with no use..for single refund 10+ service request are raised and none of them provide any resolution.. I just asked for escalation metrix but that is also not shared yet..@JioCare is not at all helpful.

    Dear @JioCare, Your MyJio app is genuinely one of the most frustrating support experiences I’ve dealt with. I spent ages trying to figure out how to book a simple engineer visit for a physical fibre installation issue. And there is literally no clear way to do it.

    Customer care said the engineer said technical difficulties and customer care executive said she don’t know when I’ll get the slot to relocate. Good thing is I have requested for cancellation. It’s been a long ride, good bye @JioCare your teams incompetency made me cancel.

    @JioCare @reliancejio every time I face issue I get this sms this is so annoying Dear Customer, Your service request no SR0000351XOV has been put on hold due to technical reasons. We are eager to serve you and will get back with a revised appointment time soon. Not sure why ?

    Jio 5G is available in our area, but there is no proper network. The tower is just 4 km away. 4G is very slow and calls are not clear. @JioCare @ITI_UNION @reliancejio
