    @reliancejio What kind of network is this? There is no proper internet connectivity in any area, even though the 5G signal is showing full bars. This 5G network is worse than 2G. You are charging so much and advertising it as ‘unlimited,’ which makes no sense. I think this

    @JioCare Why is your installation engineer calling me to install the connection . When explicitly asked you people to cancel the connection. Why is the person asking me to convert the connection to a new connection and the asking me to cancel ? What is happening ?

    Despite my repeated requests to @JioCare and @reliancejio team regarding pending approval for my PAN card at JioPos lite app and unable to withdraw or recharge from the app I found no help from your team. Incase you still don't solve I will port to Airtel.
