Improve the network or take away ur dabba . And I called the customer support and waited for more than 6 minutes each time but no response .

Ashutosh Jha (@ashukrjha29) reported@JioCare Extremely disappointed. My Jio Fiber installation (Order No. NO0001EIJF3S) was scheduled for 09/07/2026, yet after 2 days no contact or information. As a loyal Jio customer, I expected better. Please resolve this immediately. 2 schedule appointments and no one showed up.

Even if escalation team doesn't require bank statement I need my remaining 750, no. 2 rating refurbished device was replaced by their service person for nothing my initial device had no issue at all. Pls put that as argument to get remaining Rs. 750
