@VodaIdea_NEWS Hello, do you have coverege here in Rayagada, not getting the network since 24hrs whereas @reliancejio in the same phone working absolutely fine in this area, your customer care is not replying through twitter, can you please help.

@JioCare I have complained that 3 days back..we can't normal call to anyone...each time I got a notification that server z unreachable...but till now it's not solved & I also complain to network engineer..but till now it's not solved.. it's district headquarter..but it's shameles

I wanted to have mofi from @airtelindia but there was no dongle in Rayagada. I was asked to wait for 1 or 2 months. So I got the mofi from @reliancejio which is very slow. Caught between a rock & a hard place. This is no choice! @JioCare

@JioCare Plz permanently close my jio fiber connection, have mailed you the reasons and dm you the details, As "you have no question asked" policy and you said i will get my refund back of INR 1500 if cancel within 30days. so please collect your device and refund my money ASAP.

Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days.

@KundanSingh_11 @reliancejio @JioCare Jio does it intentionally so that we don't use our phones too much. It's not healthy for our eyes. So, don't cry over it. If you want an irresponsible network that gives high-speed all the time and doesn't care about your eyes, then shift to Airtel.
