@JioCare also, I was told by my assigned engineer that there's no internet in my entire locality. But my neighbours jio connection is working. I am sure it's a very small issue which can be fixed but you guys are not sending over anyone. Is this the support you provide?

@JioCare we are facing a network problem in Udaipur City, State - Rajasthan, Location Area - Subhash Nagar pincode 313001, Problem - Jio Tower Batteries dead so Tower not working. Pls solve this issue asap. This was affecting our office work.
