    @JioCare I have complained that 3 days back..we can't normal call to anyone...each time I got a notification that server z unreachable...but till now it's not solved & I also complain to network engineer..but till now it's not solved.. it's district headquarter..but it's shameles

    @VodaIdea_NEWS Hello, do you have coverege here in Rayagada, not getting the network since 24hrs whereas @reliancejio in the same phone working absolutely fine in this area, your customer care is not replying through twitter, can you please help.

    I wanted to have mofi from @airtelindia but there was no dongle in Rayagada. I was asked to wait for 1 or 2 months. So I got the mofi from @reliancejio which is very slow. Caught between a rock & a hard place. This is no choice! @JioCare

    @JioCare @Priyanuj_Sarmah Looks like @reliancejio is experiencing #DiminishingReturns. I have also felt the slowness of the network. Many around me agree.

    @JioCare Why they many time rescheduled connection installation. Yesterday they rescheduled and today again reschedule. If you can't provide me service then tell me frequently and refund my money.

    @JioCare Hi I am really disheartened with the customer care service provided by Jio Fiber net. Basically the engineer visit our home and says there is a problem in network and customer care says there is no issue. All my issue is with speed of internet which is hindering my work.

    @reliancejio @JioCare What a pathetic service. Even after multiple calls and attempts the service is still not better. Local area manager says that even they are facing network issue. You claim to be the leading service provider in India and cant even fix the network.
