He said that I had ordered a Jio SIM, but I denied it. Then he said that if I wanted to cancel the order, I should tell him the code I had received.

I have been on and off Vodafone user since 2008 but it was never my primary number as the customer care was very poor up until few years ago. But now I can see that they have totally revamped their customer service and it’s way better than @JioCare or @Airtel_Presence . I raised an issue yesterday night and they started working on it immediately. By today evening, my concern was resolved. Less than 24 hours!!! Airtel customer care used to be best in class but now it’s just formality. Jio never learned a thing or two about customer support. But Vi has came a long way and right now best in class.👍🏻

STB and remote replaced (SR00002L9TI6,SR00002LOLRI), but issue persists. New complaint: SR000038NWYH. Please escalate and provide latest white STB instead of repeated refurbished swaps.
