    @JioCare such useless network.. kuch nehi chal raha he... network bar bar cut ho raha he. One of the best city in odisha but jio network is zero performance... kuch tho karo @reliancejio @reliancejio

    @VodaIdea_NEWS Hello, do you have coverege here in Rayagada, not getting the network since 24hrs whereas @reliancejio in the same phone working absolutely fine in this area, your customer care is not replying through twitter, can you please help.

    @JioCare I have complained that 3 days back..we can't normal call to anyone...each time I got a notification that server z unreachable...but till now it's not solved & I also complain to network engineer..but till now it's not solved.. it's district headquarter..but it's shameles

    I wanted to have mofi from @airtelindia but there was no dongle in Rayagada. I was asked to wait for 1 or 2 months. So I got the mofi from @reliancejio which is very slow. Caught between a rock & a hard place. This is no choice! @JioCare

    @JioCare @Priyanuj_Sarmah Looks like @reliancejio is experiencing #DiminishingReturns. I have also felt the slowness of the network. Many around me agree.

    I decided to switch from Airtel to Jio because I always have bad network with Airtel. I still have an 80-day plan, but I chose Jio and raised a port request on June 28th. It's been 10 days, no response, and they charged me 99 rupees @JioCare. Is that how you care for customers?

    @jiothings @jioMotive @JioCare I sent another email regarding this issue, but I have not received any acknowledgment or response so far. This level of customer support is unacceptable. It is very frustrating to repeatedly face the same issue without any proper resolution or timely communication from your team.

    @JioCare What are you describing is nothing to do with service outage as that’s a pure Jio network issue…..Kindly go through issue first before providing a detailed response

    @JioCare No customer care ... Total raise complain. Third class service you can check your on system too. My neighbour change to airtel. Check ur system in area

    @JioCare Hi jio team. Any update on my request. I am wondering that even after so much of escalation there is no resolution on this. Now it’s almost a year that I am chasing for this. Now I have to move to consumer court for the same so that I can get resolution for this in legal terms.

    @JIOAIRFIBERIN @reliancejio Since morning, there has been no improvement in the AirFiber outage. Is your team unable to identify the issue, or lacking the skills to fix it? How much longer do customers have to wait for restoration when the same response of “4 hours” is repeated.
