    Jio don't do installation for my house the last 48 hrs is the worst as there is no internet @JioCare no correct answer is given just say "we are sorry" "hum apki complain samajh rahe hain" doesn't work everytime if there is no solution

    @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI Lots of places there is no service . It wasn’t the situation before but suddenly entire people in a particular place are facing NO Service. When enquired with the people here there has been no response from Jio for the last 3 months for the complaint

    @JioCare I am a very old user of Jio fibre..Facing issue with Jio fiber service everyday..your technicians suggested to change the router..but when I try to complain regarding this matter and spoke to the customer care they were so reluctant and non cooperative..

    Hello Jio, what is going on? Recharges are expensive and the network is very slow. On top of that, you start sending reminders four days before the recharge even expires. Fix the network first, or else I will have to leave Jio and switch to Airtel. ,@JioCare ,@reliancejio

    @JioCare Shared all the details in DM 3 days ago and still no fix. Just keep getting “backend will check and update” with zero progress. Almost 50 days now, bills keep generating but no vouchers for the money I paid. Need my refund ASAP. @JioCare #Refund #Badservice
