It's beyond 2 months we had connected & discussed issue, it's getting tougher, I had disconnected fiber for the reason but due 2 the delay of resolution it has almost defeated the main purpose & caused stressed, pls resolve in 1-2 days 🙏

Naresh Motwani (@naresham) reported@JioCare @reliancejio I fixed it. You simply had to say, On STB, Goto Settings, applications, downloaded apps, select Hotstar, Clear Data. Now open it and login again. It by default picks the subscription from the Jio STB. That's it! Sadly, Jio support team is useless as you know nothing!
