    Hi, @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiberChennai Kindly send your staff to change the internet cable connecting from Jio Post to the house which got disconnected because of a tree felling. Service request no. SR00001JANXO. SMS says 4 days time which is too long.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Dear Customer, RELOCATION Appointment of JioFiber connection along with Set top box with Order Number CO0000V5LZZL is scheduled on 14-Apr-2023 between 10:00:00 - 11:30:00. You will receive an Order completion code after RELOCATION. Still reschedule daily.

    @reliancejio @jiofiber @JioCare my internet isn't working for last 2 days & customer care keeps giving different ETA without assigning an engineer. I upgraded my plan but it seems like JIO doesn't value customers. Please take immediate action to resolve the issue. #InternetDown

    @JioCare it’s been very bad experience with jio fiber I have taken connection on 5th April 2023 but still not installation done. Not getting any revert on mail also . I haven’t experienced this form jio team. It would be great if you can help.
