My office is like 5 mins away from Jio Garden (BKC) but i hardly get any network. You guys start buzzing 3 days prior the recharge date with multiple reminders in a day (text, call and emails) but when it comes to coverage who is to be held responsible? @reliancejio

@reliancejio i hv submitted all the documents to change the ownership of number in the service center. Its been more than 3 days , visited twice , but still hv not got any respose. I think its better to port to other network. @JioCare

@JioCare What u did in entire day just asked few things in private chat to hide your inefficiency. Net result one more day wasted for me without providing any solution to me🤔. Is this the way u fool ur customers? U sold a Mesh Extender & ur executives don’t accept any complain for issue
