@JioCare The issue hasn't been fixed yet. @JioCare sent an engineer, who wasn't able to fix it. Its been 12 days now that the issue hasn't been fixed. I need to be compensated for my time, for the money I paid for this months internet, and the incredible frustration dealing with you guys
