    @JioCare Very very poor internet when I want see marval movie in hotstar movie not run only round round I think I m wrong chooses between jio and airtel fibre airtel is best no live tv run no netfilix run very poor speed.

    At this f**cking internet speed , I can't even open cricbuzz wesite. How would I be able to watch cricket on jiocinema ? 😢Continuously facing buffering @JioCare , kindly do something , I am mentally harassed now with such poor service.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Hi i made complaints previously as well regarding internet speed in my area bt no action from ur side & still we hv to adjust with bad service after paying for 4g speed getting worst service from jio Ur support only assures action BT did nothing 9028092254

    @JioCare Today I came to know from 1 of the jio customer care executive that there is no way to update your resident address even if you have address proofs using which a bank can open account and can update the address!!! hope thats not true…please help

    @JioCare your sim distributors also know that In my area around 4 to 5 km radius the internet connection is very bad. He also told me that no one is answerable to this. No one is trying to improve your connection. People are paying charges monthly but jio is having fun of money..

    @JioCare nowadays ur service is very poor. Everyday you net service at 9 to 11 pm is pathetic and in early days of 4g I used to watch live matches online while traveling on train nowadays it's just a dream. Today since 2hrs I am not able to open a single page due to poor network.
