Hello @JioCare you guys are using good tactics to make people fool. Mine recharge plan is over, after few hours I got extremely call drop problems not only me one of my friend is experiencing same. So @JioCare are you going to blame area network on this? Or provide me solution .

HDFC mobile banking app got me a wrong recharge of amount Rs 501 while I selected the Rs 666 plan. Called jio customer care to cancel the wrong plan and get me the 666 plan but jio told me to call your bank. What kind of service is this. @JioCare @reliancejio @HDFCBank_Cares

Dear jio team I recharged wrong jio plan for 209, I mail to your customer mail ID for cancelling my recharge and refund it or deactivate plan for future use, simultaneously I recharged for 239. So please cancel my 209 plan or deactivate for future use. @reliancejio @JioCare
