    @reliancejio @JioCare No, when poor people recharge for one month, it is not acceptable to provide only 28 days of validity for a one-month recharge. I urge you to set the validity of a one-month recharge at a full 30 days as soon as possible. Otherwise, we are prepared to protest against this.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Last 9 working days, I've heard only one thing: "wait a few more days." When will those "few days" actually end? A refund shouldn't require endless follow-ups after your service failure. Monday is the final day. After that, I will proceed with the Consumer Forum.

    @JioCare This is a big joke now. My connection is out of order since July 27. Today, even my cancellation request was deleted at your end (without my consent). I had to call and re issue a cancel request which will take another 10 days. Feeling helpless and cheated @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare As I said, the money in Jio Fiber account is given as donation to your company. Your team has not been able to resolve the issue and you have the gall to say no refunds. Keep the money!!
