    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioHotstar on taking annual plans, you guys are looting the customer and charging double rental in any one month in the annual cycle so that the customer does not realize it. It happened in my last annual billing cycle as well and now it's happened again.

    @JioCare Facing internet speed issue at Samastipur Bengali tola what is observed now a days the issue is persisting maximum places. And everything reporting is not good.

    @JioCare Please do something - My biggest problem right now is your slow internet connection. The company has issued me a final warning: fix the internet, or I will be removed from the 'Work from Home' arrangement—and there is even talk of terminating my employment.

    Even after ~13 days outage (8–21 April), multiple SRs, visits, router & ODU replacement you may still get zero accountability & no rebate. If this is how customers are treated, think twice before choosing Jio AirFiber. Service promises ≠ reality. @JioCare @TRAI
