@reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice #JioFiber sir on 15th Dec, we get trail base 5G Jio Fiber connection. Plz remove this connection & equipments immediately. We full family facing health issue in eyes,bones,skin,head & nervous system due to this. After one day we closed it.

@JioCare Jiofibre is available in my city but not in my area .. and every fibre like bsnl,airtel,etc is available in my area except jio why service provider of jiofibre of my city is saying it will take 8-10 month's in my area.. please help

@JioCare I have a jiofiber connection which is not working since 11th Dec. Even after repeated complaints the issue has not been resolved. Now they have messaged that issue will be resolved on 24th December. Why am I being charged if service is not provided. Service id 5423562123

@JioCare Team - We are on Jio Postpaid+ and it's almost an year after hearing false promises to improve the network at the billing address. I already sent DMs on Twitter. Your troubleshooting tips is no good for me. Looking for a last resort before moving back to Airtel.
