    @JioCare My home BB is down for past 2 days. No response from Jio. Only messages to repeatedly postone the commitment. Outage in nw outside house. Unable to complain thro app or call. Y is service unresponsive. Pathetic. 8079688033

    Recharged ₹999 on Jio because the plan promised live cricket access on JioHotstar, but even after 2 days it’s still asking for a separate subscription. Customer care couldn’t resolve it either. Extremely disappointing @JioCare @JioHotstar

    @reliancejio @JioCare Internet not working since yesterday. Complaint already registered but no technician visited yet. Complaint was closed without resolution. More than 24 hours passed and office work is badly affected. Kindly reopen complaint and resolve urgently.

    In the age of digital era,may I know how much you need time for assigning a technician to resolve the issue in a city like Bangalore? I have raised service request today at 9:30 AM as of now issue not resolved. @reliancejio @JioCare @pib_comm
