    @JioCare My Jio AirFiber has been non-functional since the 2nd day of activation despite multiple complaints. I’ve paid for a 4-month plan but cannot use the service, affecting my office work. No technician visit has been arranged so far. Please escalate and resolve urgently.

    @reliancejio @JioCare if you dont wont to allow to port then tell it very clearly. Why so much restriction. Following up with last 1.5 months still no luck UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider.

    @JioCare Mr Harshit I am not desperate to get my money back as soon as possible. Plz adress my problem why you cancelled my installation when there was not any problem at my end. You did this Just because I asked your installation person to do the installation next day. I need answer.

    @JioCare My Jio AirFiber connection has been stuck with a red blinking status for the past 2 days and the issue is still not resolved. Multiple follow-ups but no proper update from support. This delay is really disappointing. Please resolve this ASAP. Mobile number : 8903777757

    @JioCare I didn't receive any request or appointment details yet. I have tried to contact your installation team. They are never responds to customer calls. I am worried about the after sales service of jio fiber. I am thinking about cancelling this connection.

    @JioCare Why are you making fool to me, i ask you to disconnect my internet permanently , and i received a call from jio customer care that my disconnection is in process. I dont think you have done this. Send me the permanent disconnection request number

    @reliancejio I am facing very poor network connectivity in my area.The internet is not working properly and voice calls are also breaking frequently. This issue has been continuing for several days and is causing a lot of inconvenience. This is my location L&L 25.925630,73.671399
