@JioCare Hi @JioCare This is unacceptable. I am paying for a 30 Mbps JioFiber plan but getting barely 1 Mbps speed. Unable to work or even watch TV. Repeated disruptions with no resolution. Why am I paying for a service that doesn’t deliver? Please fix this urgently.

Very disappointed with JioFiber service. My installation request was placed on 1 July, and even after 6 days, no one has come for the installation. Please arrange it as soon as possible. @JioCare #JioFiber

Tariffs keep going up, but the network quality seems to be moving in the opposite direction. Over the past few weeks, I've been experiencing frequent call drops and poor internet connectivity on both Jio and Airtel. Friends and family have reported similar experiences too. @JioCare @Airtel_Presence, is there an ongoing infrastructure issue affecting mobile services? Or is investment currently more focused on broadband expansion than mobile network improvements? Curious to know if others are experiencing the same. 🤔

@JioCare This is extremely frustrating and it is causing extreme inconvenience. How can the problem keep happening even after 2 visits which I had to BEG for!? @JioCare

@JioCare @reliancejio @ril_foundation After the issue was resolved on 22 June 2026, the internet worked properly only for a few days. Unfortunately, the same connectivity issue started again from 26 June 2026. I have raised multiple service requests since then, but there has been no proper resolution. (5/16)

Paid for 4G/5G, getting 2G performance. @JioCare @reliancejio network in Rajasthan is officially dead. Drop calls every 2 mins & internet won't even load a webpage. Customer care keeps crying about "high user density". Stop selling SIMs if you can't provide basic network!#jiodown

I decided to switch from Airtel to Jio because I always have bad network with Airtel. I still have an 80-day plan, but I chose Jio and raised a port request on June 28th. It's been 10 days, no response, and they charged me 99 rupees @JioCare. Is that how you care for customers?
