@reliancejio The Jio Network is a bad complaint, but there is no festival to improve in a service, it is a festival to give a bad service and calls this number when calling in the Gio Company Customer Care, enter this number but can not talk to any climberers. Bad experience

@reliancejio - have you ever tried to check how you have established jiocare services as there’s no proper support services option available in MyJio App and only chat bot is available with limited option. I am facing network coverage issue but unable to raise service request.

Hey @JioCare, It has been quite sometime jio 5g is launched in Bangalore. Yet people with 5g phone and network availability are not getting the jio 5g welcome offer. Though people with 4g mobiles are receiving the offer and can't use it.
