  @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancejiocare This is not the first time I’ve had to raise a consumer complaint for Jio services. Repeated issues like this are causing unnecessary harassment and stress, especially when the needed for work. take this seriously and resolve the issue permanently.

  Hey @airtelindia can you provide better data speed than @reliancejio in ballarpur area as they can't even cross 100kbps of data speed. And if you call @JioCare the only answer you'll get " due to multiple users the network speed is low ".

  @JioCare Port-in order paid on 8th Aug, home delivery committed for 10 Aug. No show, no call. Two complaints later, your executive asked me to collect from a far shop instead. If not delivered and activated by 6 PM today as promised, cancel my order and refund ₹350 in full.

  I've been using Airtel Postpaid for 5+ years and Airtel Black for around 2 years. @airtelindia promised priority service for Postpaid users, but I keep getting the same "fast lane" experience. I pay ₹2.5K+ every month, yet my 100 Mbps Wi-Fi often struggles to cross 40–50 Mbps. At night, it sometimes disconnects completely, forcing me to switch to Jio. At this point, is it finally time to switch to @reliancejio ?

  @JioCare @reliancejio There is no Jio network signal at all in New Ashok Nagar, Block D, Delhi – 110096. We are unable to make or receive calls or use mobile data. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. #Jio #NetworkIssue #Delhi

  @JioCare Keep on regretting and assurance. Better cancel my order and refund money. I don't have faith now on JIO service. I can get it done in couple of days from other services where I have friends or known people @reliancejio

  @JioCare Now I called the customer care, and they replaced my STB, asked me to clear data of yt, cache and what not. Even after that they're not able to accept that this might be a backend issue and are not creating a ticket for the backend.
