    @JioCare @TRAI Then which area jio coverage is there most of IT park network suddenly dropped to 4G of highest speed of 20-40kbs Residential area since we are at home no coverage if you raise concern simply closing complaint without valid reason

    @JioCare @JioCare i want to share big thing happening in my city for jio fiber . So due to this fixing the ticket takes long time and customer give up their jio service and buys the local isp. I want to share it in detail ,where to share . Pls fix it in the early stage pls

    @JioCare Also please let me know , when my unused balance of jiofiber will be credited to my jio air service as voucher Because this is clearly said by your team if old device i will submit then it will be terminated and i will not getting any voucher to my new reallocated device Help

    Please let me know if it possible for @JioCare to port me in because it's 15th day from EKYC and Payment..it supposed to be done within 5days. Customer care executives from Jio disconnects call before listening the issue.
