    Please improve your network. 4G is not working properly here except post midnight and prior to sunrise that too when I keep it on my window or nearby. I'm neither a vampire nor a bat. @JioCare location Kalbadevi, Ratnagiri.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @RIL_Updates Terrible service JioFiber.Waited the entire day, cancelling imp appts just to b home for the technician. Now, at night we’re told they can’t make it. If u can’t honour an appointment, at least inform customers in advance. Extremely disappointing

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare i havent rates any complaint or service request, how the hell it get raised automatically, after your local engineer called me to not to recharge airfiber! I will not work after August 2026! Tell me this, i am not asking about service request!

    Jio Postpaid is not worth it. Bill paid, services still suspended, and customer care keeps giving different timelines. Very disappointing. @reliancejio

    @reliancejio Your network and internet service in my area is extremely poor. 📶❌ 4G/5G speeds are very slow, calls also face network issues, yet recharge prices keep increasing. I’ve raised complaints multiple times, but the issue is still not properly resolved. #networkissue

    disgusting @JioCare network in Lucknow Vrindavan And PGI area. I am not going to tolerate this anymore. They always claim for improving etc etc.

    @JioCare Every 3 months, my JioFiber goes down for more than 10 hr, and my mobile data doesn’t work either. If this keeps happening, I’ll switch directly to Airtel Fiber(@airtelindia)I also emailed you requesting a callback 5 hours ago, but I still haven’t received a single cal
