    I wanted to port from Airtel to Jio. I got a scam call from airtel agent (acting as jio agent) that my porting has an issue, So they told me to send CANCEL <No> to 1900. This would have cancelled the port. I can share the agent no. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio I'm using Jio Postpaid in Samsung S21FE 5G, phone support all 5G bands but still not able to use. Its better to choose Airtel 5G. Please update the issue.

    @JioCare I want to talk to some1 as I contacted Jio care on email so many times but they are not helpful,they are not replying on time,they are not knowledgeable,they can’t give solution,they ignore customers email,poor service rating for them will be 1 #airtel #Vodafone

    @JioCare For past 36 hr or more, there's JioFiber outage in Malleshwaram, Bengaluru but no one is helping. Tried calling CustomerCare number, technician, local contacts but no help. Is this the quality of service you provide?

    @JioCare That we are aware of by your multiple notices in the form of sms, email, IVR. If I need to make a emergency call I won’t be able to coz of your harassment IVR for recharge.

    @reliancejio - requested for porting Airtel to jio. Unfortunately no reply from your team. The executive said in 3 working days they will come and do paper work. Unfortunately very bad service from your side. @reliancegroup
