Please improve your network. 4G is not working properly here except post midnight and prior to sunrise that too when I keep it on my window or nearby. I'm neither a vampire nor a bat. @JioCare location Kalbadevi, Ratnagiri.

@reliancejio @JioCare I called customer care and selected Kannada language but even after calling 4 times only Hindi speaking people were answering me. After protesting @JioCare blocked me and I can not call them any more. Jio nahi Maro.

@reliancejio Internet data speed is too poor in PIN code 756171 Dhamara, Odisha. Unnecessary we are paying 4G amount for recharge but very slow. Vodafone and Airtel speed is much good as compared to Jio. Kindly look into this matter

@JioCare From 7 months your team helping us but not resolving the issue. This is the complaint number which we have raised today Basis the Appellate complaint number SR000012V2HJ dated 12/11/2020, as an interim resolution, we have limited network connectivity in this location currently.
