    Please improve your network. 4G is not working properly here except post midnight and prior to sunrise that too when I keep it on my window or nearby. I'm neither a vampire nor a bat. @JioCare location Kalbadevi, Ratnagiri.

    I have added multiple accounts in myjio app for jio fibre, even though I selected the right account which is only for internet, the other account has got recharged which already have OTT plans. This is because of fault in the app or cache issue with it. Please help @reliancejio

    @JioCare I tried recharging my Jio number twice. But both the times it failed stating no amount was deducted from bank. I checked my statement, the recharge amount was deducted both the times. Help!

    @JioCare @JioCare I am not able to use my jio sim to make calls or send sms. It often says "not registered on network"! I tried to configure it again but not getting any otp on my alternate number! So fed up with this now!!!!

    @GTPL_Hathway @JioCare @airtelindia Also, GTPL is sending unauthorised person for service installation without Company ID. He seems to be possible threat and didn't fix the issue and closed the ticket without fixing the slow speed issue. Page 2

    The only folks who has the guts to provide worst customer service even on Trial period is @JioCare @reliancejio. More than 24hours passed and no tech visit for a Offline Wifi service. They are setting the benchmark for what to expect during Paid services
