    Please improve your network. 4G is not working properly here except post midnight and prior to sunrise that too when I keep it on my window or nearby. I'm neither a vampire nor a bat. @JioCare location Kalbadevi, Ratnagiri.

    @JioCare You and Your technician are fraud. Not giving any satisfactory answer regarding installation. Technicians was behaving like he is an sarkari officer and we are begging him to please complete my jio air fibre installation. Not expected this type of service from Jio.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have recharged my mobile plan on 17th Aug. The expiry due date was 19th Aug. Now the plan is expired but the recharge doesn't show in MyJio App & its saying You don't have any current plan. How to resolve the issue ?

    @JioCare your 199 & 198 is so irritating! I just wasted 5 min on call trying to explain the AI bot! No help at all! Doesn’t even open IVR option nor help in any way! How should i solve my problem?

    Extremely disappointed with @reliancejio @JioCare! My JioFiber router has been down for 3 days. Complaints registered, but daily engineer appointments keep getting put on hold with zero resolution.

    I finally discovered Jio’s premium customer support plan. It’s called “Don’t Pay Your Bill.” Benefits include: • Real human interaction • Direct phone calls • Regular follow-ups • Extremely motivated representatives @JioCare @reliancejio

    How to surrender and get refund or the 3 days old jio wifi connection @JioCare . Its not working properly 2 visits and 3 call supports done in last 3 days but finally its not working. Connection taken 3 days back. Worst service
