Atleast from your side dealing backend or support team should put fix timeline rather than leaving open timeline that is causing never ending refund issue. This is not complex issue but with no benchmark set it become who cares issue

Just confirm one thing whether intenet can be accessed with the inverter backup during power outage. Why you are not confirming?
