    @JioCare pathetic service by jiofiber net! We requested for relocation services a week ago and your team doesn’t respond. They kept us hanging since last Monday. The customer service personnel is very rude. If this type of service continues we no longer want to continue with jio.

    @reliancejio Internet has been isnt operational since last evening. Multiple calls made to customer service confirming engineer arriving in the next hour. Will not be able to work from home tomorrow if this isn’t resolved. HELP ON PRIORITY. SR000012Z761
