Please improve your network. 4G is not working properly here except post midnight and prior to sunrise that too when I keep it on my window or nearby. I'm neither a vampire nor a bat. @JioCare location Kalbadevi, Ratnagiri.

@reliancejio @JioCare Applied for a Jio Prepaid connection and your executive is not giving a prepaid connection but forcing me to opt for a 6 month postpaid connection. Why are your executives forcing customers to opt for some plan? It should be a customer choice I think.

The service quality of @JioCare @reliancejio is very poor and disasterious my issue is pending from 7days till now no solution. And they have a excellent excuse "your problem will solve within 24hours . But I think jio counts one week as 24 hours . Pathetic broadband service👎

@JioCare @reliancejio Jio fiber service has been the worst recently. Raised a complaint 2 days back, still there in no response from jio customer service. When getting a connection, they promised that for any issues it will solved within 24 hrs. Jio please respond
