Please improve your network. 4G is not working properly here except post midnight and prior to sunrise that too when I keep it on my window or nearby. I'm neither a vampire nor a bat. @JioCare location Kalbadevi, Ratnagiri.

@VishalJain7106 Their service are really worst. Experienced the same then disconnected frm them and connected to @reliancejio corporate connections. The service is really good and never faced any issue with the payment process. U must give a try in Jio. Their plans are really good

@GurdeepMaan79 @JioCare Same is the situation here. Unfortunately no other network is better than jio in our area. Also jio care asked me to switch on and off mobile regarding network issue but when issue is of no singal how will switch off and on help.

@JioCare @reliancejio There was a complete shut down of network of Jio sims around the postal code Mangalore- 575030 onwards . All the Jio sims in that area was out of service. However the issue was resolved. But customers had to suffer a lot for that technical error.

@JioCare @reliancejio my complaint number SR0000186Y7Y not resolved even after more than 33 hours. The resolution time has also passed but the internet is still not working. Highly disappointed with your service and callous attitude without any answerability at your end.
