Please improve your network. 4G is not working properly here except post midnight and prior to sunrise that too when I keep it on my window or nearby. I'm neither a vampire nor a bat. @JioCare location Kalbadevi, Ratnagiri.

Very Poor service by @JioCare. I have registered request on 4th Feb for device collection and still its not collected. Eveytime visits are rescheduled since last 10 days. @reliancejio

@reliancejio - I have been receiving emails for other numbers and even new connections. In an earlier complaint too, your team took close to 3 weeks to settle one issue, and now another one crops up. Guess its time to bid Adieu to Jio if this is going to continue!!
