No response after talking to local jio office. Got disconnected twice from customer care today. Pls cancel permanently.

Everytime I call you are saying that there is an technical problem which will be resolved in 4 hours but the problem still remains. This is very frustrating and disappointing.

After repeated follow-ups, I was finally told the problem is with your main line. Your solution? Cancel my existing connection and apply for a new one. Will you resolve it?
