Please improve your network. 4G is not working properly here except post midnight and prior to sunrise that too when I keep it on my window or nearby. I'm neither a vampire nor a bat. @JioCare location Kalbadevi, Ratnagiri.

@JioCare Such a sorry state of service from Jio and Jio customer support, they don’t understand the issue and just read the script. Instead of listening to issue they just read out the benefits written before them. Highly recommend to move out of Jio from my location.

Jio fiber service is soo poor my jio fiber has been disconnected on July 22 but till now refund has not been done. Trying to connect with customer support but not able to this poor service,very bad @jiocare experience i will not recommend anyone for jio fiber

@reliancejio @JioCare For months together I keep complaining on SMS not being received no resolution so far. Today all of a sudden my number was logged out of my jio app and I'm trying to login I have received the OTP so far. WHAT A PATHETIC SERVICE? And useless customer care
