    Please improve your network. 4G is not working properly here except post midnight and prior to sunrise that too when I keep it on my window or nearby. I'm neither a vampire nor a bat. @JioCare location Kalbadevi, Ratnagiri.

    @reliancejio @JioCare why am I not able to send SMS. Your tham is telling me that there is issue with my handset. I used Airtel for 8 years and never faced this issue. Are you suggesting me to go back and use Airtel?

    @JioCare @reliancejio I think jio is good only at the beginning while purchasing. After that they just don't care. Taking more than 2 months to process a refund. still waiting. such poor customer service. Sad experience

    @reliancejio When We Customers Complains about the poor Network connection of the sim, such cheap companies officials ask to use fiber for a better connection . Is your fiber portable and equivalent to sim? When we are not getting the Expected Service from jio sim after paying than fiber 👎

    @airtelindia @reliancejio Bigrabag,Near Saraswati Academy Road, 262308 Con.No- 7906718383 I've registered many times for airtel fiber but never get a call instead. The current airtel line is 2Km away from me so I asked your field agent he is saying that he has requested to extend it. Plz extend it asap.

    @JioCare It’s similar babu response. You guys don’t want to work at all. I have been calling your customer care everyday from last 15 days and I am getting same response everyday what you are giving here. There is no commitment from you guys.

    @JioCare what is the benifit to take jio fiber if they are disconnected our connection and telling to return the router and again the service will activate and the same cable and and connection which are still present they will set with new router and deduct 1500 from old one...

    @JioCare customer care cut the call every time. I have loose the money 1500 + 500 = 2000. Why you guys are making fool to customer.. Please reply and why your customer care is worse @ambani @reliancejio
