  First of all you people asked to pay in advance and then you people just disappear. In my native place and i am using jio fibre @reliancejio from more than 2 years and never faced not even a single issue. Either install the fibre immediately or cancel it and refund my money.

  @JioCare your employees come to installation to do their numbers in morning also . But when Jio fibre is down support time is 24 hrs . Don't pick call also . Only marketing No quick support .

  People can submit their Jiophone's in Jio Service Center for this upgrade. ₹299 or so can be charged for this upgrade. It will make both 5G and 4G work on Jiophone simultaneously. @JioCare @LYF_In @flameoftruth
