Please improve your network. 4G is not working properly here except post midnight and prior to sunrise that too when I keep it on my window or nearby. I'm neither a vampire nor a bat. @JioCare location Kalbadevi, Ratnagiri.

@JioCare It’s been almost 24 hours and I am still waiting for your response. It’s completely irresponsible behaviour, now I think choosing Jio was a mistake, I don’t understand you have all the resources and information already still my issues isn’t resolved.

@JioCare it’s been over 2 hours since I sent details on DM to Mr Akshay and Mr Mahesh but seems they too have gone to sleep like the others as I continue for the second day without internet services. Pathetic service and most unlike Reliance. Think twice before installing

@Yousuf_RAILFAN Their services have went from bad to worse trust me I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these guys and one fine day I decided to switch to Jio and I must say Jio services are way better suggest you also switch to @JioCare

@JioCare days i decided to give him 200 but he is not ready to take 200. He needs 400 and he asked me to give complaint to CC and get it done when my turn comes. This is how your service is. Worst customer service i have seen in my entire life. Shame on your service and people..
