    Please improve your network. 4G is not working properly here except post midnight and prior to sunrise that too when I keep it on my window or nearby. I'm neither a vampire nor a bat. @JioCare location Kalbadevi, Ratnagiri.

    @JioCare I received a phone call today from +91 82606 74236.The caller claimed to be a Jio Customer Care representative and threatened that my Jio number would be permanently discontinued if I did not recharge it today. Is it Jio's official policy to threaten customers.

    @JioCare You marked all the issues resolved without even asking me if my internet or the slowness is gone not me ok don't give me the refund, take money from people don't provide the service do this farud even that's fine. BUT FIX MY WIFI ATLEAST!(2/3)

    @JioCare Over 48 hours without internet. @JioCare has escalated the issue to the State level, but the service remains pathetic. No engineer visit, no Fiber Distribution Box replacement, no accountability. How long are customers expected to suffer? Resolve this NOW. @reliancejio #JioFiber

    @JioCare @reliancejio really pathetic service. You collect payment upfront for Jio fibre, then deny service saying installation is not possible and make us wait for months for the refund.

    @JioCare @JioCare Your replies don't match your actions. First, you confirmed an engineer would visit. Then you claimed the engineer would arrive within 30 minutes of the appointment time. Yet nobody has come and there has been zero communication. Customers deserve real service.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare Since 17 July, I've waited for booking, then installation, and now even my refund. Your company failed to deliver the service, and now it's failing to refund promptly. This reflects a complete lack of accountability and customer ethics.

    @JioCare By when it will be rectified? We cant call at Customer care . Your service engineer is continuously disconnecting my calls. What the hell is happening with Jio? I want my refund. This is not done. @jiocare
