Please improve your network. 4G is not working properly here except post midnight and prior to sunrise that too when I keep it on my window or nearby. I'm neither a vampire nor a bat. @JioCare location Kalbadevi, Ratnagiri.

As an admirer of Jio, I say today that @JioCare undoubtedly has the worst customer support. Bad experience! Switching to other networks on urgent basis (mobile and fiber). Khatam. Tata. Good bye!

Hello @reliancejio , I took a trial of JIOFiber then on the 25th Aug I canceled it. but till no one came for that request. till I did many calls on customer care but I didn't get a good response and my payment is stuck @JioCare @JioFiberVoice please do something.
