    Please improve your network. 4G is not working properly here except post midnight and prior to sunrise that too when I keep it on my window or nearby. I'm neither a vampire nor a bat. @JioCare location Kalbadevi, Ratnagiri.

    @Smokingskills07 @JioCare I ordered jiofiber and its set top box last year as there is no @ACTFibernet in my city. It has been running smoothly without any issues till today. We rarely use cable connection. I am really happy about it.

    @JioCare I don't know what exactly ur team is doing.if ur so called automated system can't refund the money then what is d use of such systems.if u don't want to refund d money say straight forward.u can keep that money.ur systems r so pathetic nd on top of that ur service is also same.

    Gentle reminder4: @reliancejio Ur network completely failing to provide basic internet connectivity at my home in Tilaknagar Mumbai area. Pincode- 400089. DM yesterday yielded no results. WOrk is getting impacted. Exact address in DM.Kindly intervene at earliest @TRAI @DoT_India
