    Please improve your network. 4G is not working properly here except post midnight and prior to sunrise that too when I keep it on my window or nearby. I'm neither a vampire nor a bat. @JioCare location Kalbadevi, Ratnagiri.

    Dont trust @reliancejio @fiber_jio sales team, they pitch their call claiming they have connection point nearby and make u pay advance and then waste your time without service.. wasted my 10 days with customer care, his mangers and sales team.. so horrible #nojio #cheaters #cheap

    @reliancejio I have been facing problem with network speed since 7 months. Sometimes, due to your poor service I am also not able to call someone. I have complained many times through customer service but they have not done any needful yet. When will this issue get solved ?

    @reliancejio @RCBTweets Do not subscribe to jio fiber, pathetic, hopeless & lying customer service. No resolution since 20 days for connection down..only false assurances..

    @JioCare When I called yesterday they said today at any cost they will install,my work from home is hampering and LOP has been marked.Who will be responsible for this. Absolutely unacceptable service.

    @JioCare This is the worst service what JIO fiber is offering in @smartcityddun , your team is just setting up an engineer to visit my home from day before yesterday in dehradun.. but they never reach, are they even intimated on phone to visit? No calls yet?

    @reliancejio @JioCare it's been pathetic network conditions near saraswati shish mandir, Nehru Nagar, Ghaziabad. On complaining Jio executives saying it will take 120-180 days to solve issue, which is happening since 2-3 weeks. If u r not capable, plz leave the space for others.
