Im jio user last 4.5 yrs . I lost my mobile, Many times i went jiostore for sim replacement, every time they told, they dont have stock of new sim, But yesterday, they asking to me that they Will replace my sim only when i i buy new simcard, need your help&support @JioCare

@reliancejio @JioCare it’s been 1 month and 10 times call with continue disconnect and there is no resolution, I have been charged for IR usage inspite of having IR pack enabled. You guys are billing wrongly and continually for all international packages. #wrongbilling

@JioMart_Support @JioMart @reliancejio Please fix your Jio mart mobile application at earliest, UI improvement is required. Also I was duped of my cashback through mobikwik wallet. Why you false claim and provide wrong info. We don't have any option to enter MBK500 code.
