@JioCare Almost 5 teams came and not able to solve our problem. Every executive knows that the problem is with junction box but no one is interested to change that junction box . So now how many more people will come just to see the problem and not solving that problem

@JioCare Do you have any responsibility to your customers' complaint ? After getting the payment you do have nothing for customers' issues. The worst service provider in India is Jio.

@JioCare @reliancejio have you guys checked the eta with the engineer for resolving the issue? The main box needs to be moved from one pole to the other, how long will it take. It's already the 4th day.

Now getting a @airtelindia Broadband connection has become pain in the ***. Customer care executive scanning documents from past 3 days. Still documents are not verified. I have almost invested 8-10 hours to get this. Horrible experience. @reliancejio can you help here.

@reliancejio @exploreIMC At first you need to improve your 4g service, then afterwards you should go on to 5 g. Your service now a days is getting worst and your customer service is also worst. First try to solve the problems of 4g network, then you jump to 5G........(Agree).
