    @JioCare @JioCare I think you did not go through above chats. There is no jio air fiber/max/fiber support in my society. So, I cant use the voucher to book connection again. Please refund amount to source account

    @JioCare Today is the 5th day and still you are just forwarding details...Shame on your services. Jio doesn't care about customer service..your field engineers do not come and respond even the request is assigned. Close this jio connection if you are good at harrasment @_MukeshAmbani

    @JioCare @JioCare what is this problem. Why this can’t be fixed in 2days? With reference to Service Request no SR00002KONK0, resolution for your JioFixedVoice Number has been delayed due to technical reasons and expected to resolved within 24 hours. We regret the inconvenience caused

    Just scrolling the @airtelindia app for airtel black and received a call with in a minute for installation. @reliancejio is not able to send their engineer from last 2 days for service disruption issue. I wish service team have same enthu as sales

    @JioCare Facing 10+ days delay in Jio AirFiber installation after booking on 15th. Local team (Aurai) says device not available. No proper response from customer care (call & WhatsApp both useless). Please resolve urgently or initiate full refund

    Enough.... If the network 🛜 covarage of @JioCare is not improve in our location, KENDRAPADA, Marshaghai,Pentha pin 754244, we the loyal users of Jio(approx 1500 people) are going to Port to other networks.

    @JioCare My AirFiber has been completely down for the past 4 days. I’m also unable to generate a service request. Internet is working fine for others in my area, I have tried calling, chatting, and emailing multiple times, but there has been no response so far.
