    @reliancejio . Never buy jio fibre . They have huge service issue. Relocation of wifi is not entertained at all. New connection selling is only focus.

    Power cut = No Jio network in Saidpur, Budaun (U.P.) 243725. No internet, no calls, nothing. Other networks run on backup power, but Jio shuts down completely every time. Any solution? @JioCare @reliancejio One frustrated jio user

    My jiofibre was connected to a mobile no which got deactivated. Not able to login to myjio app and update settings of fibre. No solution from service centres. Resolve it. @JioCare @jio_fiber

    @JioCare @reliancejio You have the worst network. No Indoor coverage, Your 5G is new 2G. Call drops are common these days. Kept saying hello hello...Called many times to your customer care, but sadly they have the answer which has been taught to them during the training.
