    @JioCare The only thing is I am wating for more than 1.5 years .. I had not switch to any other Fiber network . i am waiting nearly 1.5 years .. I am really disappointed with your service . And the ads made angry . Every the ads is coming about Jio fiber . but not available 🤦🏻🤦🏻😡😡

    @JioCare Been trying to reach an agent on your chat support since yesterday bcoz my internet through Jio Fibre hasn't been working. Constantly getting all agents are busy. How can I get a technician to look into it? Have tried restarting the router a bunch of times already.

    @JioCare unable to make any payments bcoz of not poor connectivity. The issue persists only with Jio network. If I go 100 meters any side from the place I work, JIo is working well. But at the place where I have to be available most of the time, network issue is present since 6 days. n/n
