    Mistake 1-The idiots at @reliancejio made typos in application. Mistake 2-The typos blocking further requests. Even MNP. Mistake 3 -The idiots have no idea how to proceed. Never thought I would say this, but guys at @airtelindia are angels in comparison. At least the CCare.

    Disappointed by Jio AirFiber (Order: NO0001EG0RF8). Paid & did KYC on a promise of 24hr install, but now delayed by 4 days. Worst part? Your agent was incredibly rude. Unacceptable service from @reliancejio @JioCare. Resolve within 24hrs or refund.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Such a worst customer service you have, you guys took payment from customer in 5mins but unable to install fiber without checking service and taking 21 days to credit amount but still not credited, when reached out to customer care no one has clue

    @JioCare Since @JioCare refuses to send a field engineer, I have formally filed a grievance with the National Consumer Helpline @nch1915 under Docket No: 9651949 and escalated to the Appellate Authority. Stop the scripted delays and fix my line today.

    @JioCare By the why please explain why does jio fiber app asks for convenient time slot of sending representative when it never follows it. It is always thrown to a two three days forward date.

    Jio Fiber is really a joke. We surely need to have a better alternative in the matter. Raise a complaint and you are given the time of attendance after two days. How can such a poor service company be trusted @JioCare @jio_fiber @_MukeshAmbani

    It's been more than 9 days since we are facing the issue even after multiple calls with @JioCare your customer care people, a technician haven't visited till now for resolution, how much time would you still expect us to wait??
