    @JioCare Do you have customer care number which can be dialled from other telecom subscribers?? Many will be fed-up with your BSNL type pre-recorded problem solving questions @help n support, useless n time wasting. We want specific problem resolution on phone call please. @TRAI

    @JioCare received, red LED is still blinking. What jio and jio fibre team is doing don't know. Yesterday my work got delayed due to this. And please stop that live chat feature in it because the agent don't know how to communicate with customer.They just blindly said that come(2)

    @JioCare I raised a service request(SR00001BRS69)yesterday for Jio Fibre(Only red LED is blinking). While raising service request engineer visit was scheduled on 24 June.After raising service request the expected resolution delayed to 25 June 12:35 PM. Till now no response is.(1)

    @reliancejio @JioCare My dad phone is stolen today i complaint on police and i visit your store for newsim but the biometric doesn't work so he suggest me to change the biometric for the addhar it will take 7 to 10 days for change so you dont have any offline procedur to verify
