    (2/4) Every time there’s an issue, your technician comes and instead of fixing it, keeps pushing me to DISCONNECT Jio Fiber and move to AirFiber. This happens repeatedly. Why should I disconnect my connection unless you people want the slot freed? @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare No refund received yet and u have also blocked the option to call customer care from our registered number. Such a worst behaviour from a reputed brand. @_MukeshAmbani sir if it was your daughter would you be okay with a company causing them so mental stress for almost a month?

    @JioCare That excuse of yours—that your team is already working on it—has gotten old. I never actually see your team anywhere; the network has been down for 15 days now. And the tower is right near my house! Come up with a different excuse this time.

    @JioCare The latest update on my ticket is not even close to the solution. This is harrassment of a cust. Solving a ticket in 2 days? You call this SLA?I call this a joke. In the world of WFH you are making fun of your cust. Good luck with that, your mobile services suck now Jio fiber too

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio, I booked Jio AirFiber on 25th April (Order ID: NO0001D32OAA) and paid ₹807. Installation was scheduled for 27th April, but no one has contacted me yet. Extremely poor experience so far. Please look into this urgently! Location: #Arrah, Bihar #JioCare

    @JioCare I have been facing connectivity issues for the past 3 days in my Jio air fiber connection. There is no Provision to raise a ticket in the jio app. If I contact the Jio care number once again it suggests pls check the JIO app to fix the issue.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio I’m trying to switch my number 9334932852 back to Prepaid. I have already cleared all bills (paid in advance) and completed the 30-day period. The app still shows "Service Unavailable." Local stores are refusing to help, and the service center is too far.

    My JioAirFiber has been down for 4 days! 😩 Each call to @JioCare gets the same "engineer will visit today" line, but no one ever shows. How can I work without internet? Do you only care about new bookings? 😡 @reliancejio @consumercourtin Complaint ID: SR000034IL63 😤 #JioFiber
