    Dear @JioCare (actually, first you should just remove "Care" from your handle, because you guys sure don't care what happens to your customers.) Once again, #JioAirFiber is proving to be at its absolute worst. It has been a couple of days since my internet services were completely interrupted. I raised a service request, and your system showed that a service engineer was promptly assigned to my ticket. What happened next? Absolutely nothing. There has been not a single phone call, zero attempts to reach out to me, and absolutely no visits to my address to investigate or resolve the issue. What kind of utter nonsense customer service is this? Why should any consumer continue to pay your monthly bill for a service that practically doesn't exist and a support team that completely ghosts its paying customers? The lack of accountability and basic professional communication is staggering. I am completely done dealing with this constant headache and pathetic service infrastructure. Send someone over immediately ,not to troubleshoot, but to permanently remove this useless equipment from my home. I want this connection terminated.@reliancejio

    @JioCare @dasharath95107 No longer believe these repeated assurances. Every time they told that your concern has been noted and will be resolved at the earliest, but there has been no actual resolution. These repeated false promises are misleading and unacceptable. NO0001E5054S.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber Paid ₹2,200 for Jio AirFiber (ORN: NO0001F1M01I). Technician visited on 06 Aug but installation failed due to inadequate network. Please confirm cancellation & initiate refund immediately. Otherwise, I will escalate the matter before the Consumer Forum.

    @SitamarhiJila @reliancejio is poor in most of the India. Telecom companies steal rural people's bandwidth for cities & even in the cities, good speed is for top locations only. All dept in India r corrupt because #Sanghi loyalist became directors in all major institutions, including @TRAI
