@rajini_mano @JioCare Tried that too. Bit better than the normal sim. But still not getting calls if in Airtel network. Came to know this issue only after 3 days of missing many calls through the callers. No missed call alert too.

@prankur34 @reliancejio If the complaint goes through tell them the conditions are not clearly mentioned or cannot be understood well and this has caused this issue. Tell them to mention it clearly as "current plan" validity or provide a link to Terms and conditions for top up plan.
