    @JioCare My jio sim was registered on my late relative’s aadhar , i have been using the number since last 10 years, have the My Jio app logged in, E- sim active on my apple watch. I want the number to be reissued on my name - i have my relative’s death certificate, aadhar. Help

    @JioCare I am reporting an issue regarding the network in my area. Experiencing very poor network quality from a very long back. In the same place I am using Airtel is working perfectly fine. Please take it on priority. If any info required I am ready to share

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio fiber don't use all guys and costomer care not properly ans. Plase don't buy this network fiber all time same issue 6pm - 10pm dayli network very slow Jio does not provide service as per the charges as money is the only thing charged. @BBCBreaking

    @JioCare I already sent multiple emails and raised 3 fresh connection requests,yet the Rajkot team is not responding.Even after complaints and emails to the Jio grievance team,there is still no resolution.Does @JioCare @reliancejio have any responsible employees to handle customer issues?

    @JioCare 4 months intermittent disruptions, 3 days black out my bill is due today. Appellate team does not respond to emails calls getting unanswered. Calls not getting unanswered, take your time. Will pay only when the issue is resolved

    @JioCare Still not resolved .. shame on Jio. Fiber down since last 2 days with flimsy timelines given that too in National Capital. Worst telecom service Provider ever seen

    @TRAI @airtelindia @reliancejio It's whose duty to do E-KYC if a person is switching From Prepaid to Postpaid. I think Tele Service Provider. Regardless of having a Postpaid connection I was lost without Google Map in Jammu-Katra road. I request TRAI to take some stricter action.
