    @JioCare Facing inbuliding coverage issue. All users facing this problem. From beginning all are facing the coverage issue and voice breaks every time during call. Complained several times but customer care closing this case by saying this in 90 days problem will get resolved.

    @JioCare @reliancejio this is ridiculous,Its been a month since my JioFiber router is picked up and still not received refund till date… and yr customer care is worst in providing the resolution,whenever called they always tell in next 14 working days refund will be credited 1/2

    Dear jio , I have jio Fiber connection. Maine complain karayi thi mera service request number SR000016FERK hai, aapke engineer ne phone kiya woh bahut galat tarike se baat kar raha hai , aapki yah quality of service hai @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio pathetic onboarding experience. It’s been 2 weeks and today your guys came for installation and still unable to complete it. They have forcefully took the OTP for job completion and still my internet is not working. What is wrong??
