    @JioCare If you don't have any plans in fiber for 199 how can you do the recharge, if you have done the recharge you should provide me the Internet service. My phone is on only you haven't tried once to resolve me issue it's complete fraud if the amount is deposited to you can refund.

    Switch to @airtelindia but I don't want to, I just need @JioCare to take responsibility and send some qualified technician at my place to have a look at the problem. I will make sure to terminate my Jio connection if the problem doesn't gets resolved.

    @JioCare Called multiple times early morning. However extremely disappointed with the kind of cust service reveived by Jio. I had very high expectations but was a complete let down. Pls check your DM and activate my number. I want to use my phone to make calls. Its URGENT.

    @JioCare Your network is not stable in indoors. Sometimes internet works great , sometimes doesn't work at all. Sometimes calling services are fine and sometimes it gets disconnected automatically. Fix it please.
