    @JioCare I request to everyone dont take jio Fibernet... They simply came to your house fix the connection without proper net like in a day the 10 hours speed is in kbps two days I have taken holiday they don't care no proper solution my jio fiber no. is - 3813562463

    @Airtel_Presence thanks for terrible customer journey we are leaving airtel which means we will stop with the wifi and the mobile numbers that we have and move to @reliancejio and jii has already responded and we are looking to be a part of the Jio family.

    @airtelindia What a pathetic service you have i am trying to talk to your customer care executive from 3 hours and they are busy.. I have made 3 recharges 10, 19 and 79 and still not able to send 1 message neither by deducting my own balance Jio is far far better @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioChat Hi Team Jio, Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible its been 20 hrs since the issue was last raised. We dont even get a single extra minute when our plan expires. And since we are working from home we can afford to miss our days work.

    @JioCare Sorry but you guys already provide services In my locality. Not only that but we are for a second connection of Jio Fiber so there is no point of not having services at my address. So please could you help me get a customer executive on call for it. @JioCare
