    @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup PATHETIC after service of jio fibre wifi in tinsukia town, Assam. Our WiFi network is down for 96+ hours and even after repeated requests there is no proper response. Please look into it asap!

    @JioCare WhatsApp messages send or receive is delayed Set top box channels are getting stucked Raised complaint and no one is ready to fix. Changed to Jio as other Network had YouTube connectivity issue. Will you be able to fix or not!! 😑😑

    @JioCare Interesting to know the the tickets can not be escalated. I waiting for some action on SR000015ZQDO since 5 days and all I get as a response is "your issue will be resolved in 24 hours" Has your clock stopped?
