    @JioCare @reliancejio, Hi I want to have Jio Fiber connection at my Vaishali home. Have tried calling on the number mentioned on the site but no one is picking up the call. Can you guys please look into it, currently I am using @HathwayBrdband who are offering pathetic service.

    Dear @JioCare in last 3 days most of people from village has requested for port out request. The issue is as simple as power backup for network tower but your team is not taking issue seriously. I too have requested for porting out and will submit my documents tomorrow.

    @JioCare I did my recharge of 555 in my JioNumber. Paid with my UPI . Amount got deducted and there is no update in JioApp also none of the customer support numbers direct to any executive. Really disappointed
