But still 5G isn't working compared to 4G at all. Don't know which type of service @JioCare providing name of 5G.

R (@RealRaghv) reported@JioCare FYI! Both the sim in my phone is of Jio and look at network of SIM2 compared to SIM1 before replying!!! There is issue with the sim card, I already asked you to get it replaced.

Multiple support calls and escalations have led nowhere. I'm being charged for a service I can't use. Please resolve this urgently.
