    @reliancejio absolutely **** service. Chasing for Fiber connection. Took few hours to collect money from me and now I am following up for connection. So many times @reliancejio had failed to deliver. Such a pathetic service. @TRAI

    @JioCare I have very poor connection and I can't talk with my jio phone as compare to government sim services is best. If this problem occurs again and again then I will port my jio number to another company. I also try customer care service but no respond I get. My no:8949322545

    @reliancejio Its very strange that Reliance Jio cannot give a customer invoice which is more than 6 months old. I had renewed my annual subscription for the 999 Jio Fiber plan in May '21. Now they say that invoice cannot be sent to you. @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio can you help?

    @JioCare Set box complaint pending for 1 year against land line number 35568451. Your person committed fraud and taken set box without installing. Several SR not closed. Jio fiber not taking any action? Very sad affair.

    @JioCare Hi Suraj, i have sent it several times and i get the reply that it is escalated to the concerned team and will be updated once the issue is resolved. Why dont you verify the email before registration to stop this hassle to us?
