    @JioCare Really such a pathetic service despite informing multiple times still facing network 🛜 issue, the speed has reduced, network is disappearing completely multiple times in a day, call drop issue. And you say the here is good coverage in this location.

    @JioCare Over the past two days, I've made every effort to reach your support team, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. The repeated assurance that a service engineer is "on the way" without any actual resolution reflects a serious lack of professionalism and customerare.

    @JioCare struggling for the past 3 days to get the LiveTV+ up and running..missed football matches till date (today)..earlier complaint no. MR001P6NWDI..current complaint no. SR000381MRB. Through several calls to the customer care (4 times a day)..& escalations Jio failed.

    @JioCare 103th time same issue This team is so deceitful, incompetent, and arrogant that they don't take action on complaints. They just ask you to send a message, share something, or provide your number and location, but no actual work gets done—the entire Jio TV team is useless

    @JioCare The engineer hasn’t been coming from past 8 Days. Either you guys get this fixed today or else i will direct go to National consumer helpline. Either get it installed today or refund me the Amount. You didn’t even raise a complaint. This is just a Fraud at this point
