    Part2 In October I didnt get internet for 15 days.when I lodged complaint via phone call (ivr), they said it will be solved after 20 days. Meanwhile, my package got finished and I recharged my @reliancejio sim for next month.

    @reliancejio Cannot do any of these because my Jio 4G connection gives me max 50kbps speed and no network most of the times.

    @JioCare This is the reason even after giving 1 month free people not switching to jio fiber you service after sales is worst if I buy any other fiber they do follow up timely
