@reliancejio Very Slow internet in ADANA TEHSIL RASHMI DISTRICT CHITTORGARH RAJSTHAN 312203 Please check and resolve the issue. There may issue with the particular tower because it working fine at near by village.

@reliancejio if you don't want to refund the money for jio fiber connection then say it clearly! Don't play with people's time and money! I thought that jio fiber is the best of all; It is the best(the product) but your after service is the worst i have ever experienced!

@reliancejio it's been a while Ive noticed a sudden decline in the jio network . The net speed has eventually slowed down irrespective of good network range and data pack. Do look into the matter and try to fix the net speed .Not the kind of experience customer looks for.

@JioCare I called Jio Care after 2 days. This time they created a ticket, and a support person came. They tried to install a new STB, and it did not work. Now they gave me the original installation person's manager's number and asked "me" to follow up !
