    @reliancejio Very Slow internet in ADANA TEHSIL RASHMI DISTRICT CHITTORGARH RAJSTHAN 312203 Please check and resolve the issue. There may issue with the particular tower because it working fine at near by village.

    @JioCare Whatever you have to do, do it quickly. I've been frustrated for months. I'm wasting my money by establishing a relationship with your company. If you need to install a tower, I'll help. Or if you want to do something else, do it.

    @JioCare Why am I continuously receiving wrong feedback updates from Jio Customer Care and the technician team? Before updating the service request status, you should verify with the customer whether any technician has actually visited the location or not. (2/3)

    I am officially canceling my @JioCare AirFiber. Enough is enough. Every month: 10 days of NO internet. Every day: 5 spam emails/SMS demanding bill payment. Your "4-hour resolution" promises are a TOTAL FRAUD. Third-grade support, zero accountability, Come collect your equipment.

    @JioCare Still my issue was not resolved. This is the big question mark on world class company’s service @JioCare @reliancejio It’s more than 50 days passed but my lean amount not credited in my account. I send all debit/credit amount statement screenshots but not any response comes.

    @JioCare People be aware....jio is fooling it's customer, their customer service and escalation team is a joke as they will close your complaint without your consent and without acting on the complaint. This is pure harrassment...TRAI

    @reliancejio yesterday i purchased new jio prepaid simcard through My Jio app and made the payment of rs 299, still not received my simcard but one person called me from jio and asking me to pay rs 199 activation charges. I am really disappointed and given complaint to jio care .

    @JioCare @JioCare @RelianceJio My internet has been DOWN since yesterday and the earliest a technician can visit is May 12th — that's 3 days without service! SR#SR000035GTKT This outage has completely halted my livelihood.
