    @reliancejio Very Slow internet in ADANA TEHSIL RASHMI DISTRICT CHITTORGARH RAJSTHAN 312203 Please check and resolve the issue. There may issue with the particular tower because it working fine at near by village.

    @JioCare Very very Poor Response for my Jio service connection. We have had a connection with Jio for the past 3 years. More than 10 complaints and no complaints were addressed immediately. Minimum 3 days. Even now, our issue is not solved after repeated follow up. Poor service

    @reliancejio @JioCare Hi Jio, facing issue with Joo Fiber down for more than 24 hrs. Engineer appointed yesterday to come at 19:00-20:00 hrs but instead of coming misbehaved. Again call scheduled for today and engineer says will not come as it's not his area. Kindly look into it.

    @JioCare @JioCare “Shortly” has already become 6 days. Complaints were closed/held without technician visit and repeated reschedule messages were sent. Please provide an exact resolution timeline instead of generic responses.

    @JioCare The landmark near my location is PUSO (PIN Code-835302).The Jio tower installed there is approximately 3km away from my current location.The main issue is that the internet completely stops working at times. During this period, no app or web. works at all including the jio app

    @JioCare @JioCare Still no resolution. Repeatedly getting “appointment rescheduled” updates, but network issue continues. SR000035CGAJ is still unresolved despite multiple escalations. Please share confirmed engineer visit & resolution timeline.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI Jio is providing us speed of 3g and charging for 5g..now what is is this new virus or jio employees are sleeping and not aware as what is going on with their network..5g with full signals in open showing speed of less than 5 mbps..itnee worst service.
