  @JioCare @reliancejio applied for new a wifi connection and made payment of rs900on 27 Aug 26 and still not able to get it install when tried to connect with customer care they just say wait for next 24 hrs each time. Still waiting to get it install or cancelled.

  @reliancejio Repeated complaints, ZERO response. Is this how Jio treats customers? Completely unacceptable service. Fix the issue immediately instead of ignoring customers. Consider this as my closure request from useless provider #Jio

  @JioCare 5th outage in 45 days .. connection is highly un reliable,with work from home and cctv connection I am seriously thinking of changing to a better service provider
