    @JioCare will you refund the existing balance in case I port out to other service provider? All jio customers in my home facing calls issue. And steps you ask to follow to resolve is inefficient.

    @JioCare If you have realised then why don't you work on making your network speeds better? Why does it show 1 Mbps download speed in the 4G network?
