    @reliancejio Hi I am from Ranchi have taken Jio Fibre connection week back at my residence but after getting connection no body is attending complain after repeated calls also no is bothered to pick calls. This is ridiculous service.

    @srinivas77877 @JioCare It looks like Jiofibernet team will visit the home when we are not available in the country and I have taken 6months pack and due to service issue and relocation is not available ,disconnected within 2 mnts and I need to get 4mnts money refund.     @JioCare ur IVRS is pathetic. Even when i select language as English, the support person speaks in Hindi. Also, in spite of entering the registered number, it picks up the dialled number. What a shame!!!

    Too much service outage of FTTH @reliancejio. Wondering if this was the right decision. Getting frustrated in just 2 months… Cable internet never had this problem…
