    @reliancejio Very Slow internet in ADANA TEHSIL RASHMI DISTRICT CHITTORGARH RAJSTHAN 312203 Please check and resolve the issue. There may issue with the particular tower because it working fine at near by village.

    @reliancejio My 5G data is completely not working properly since daily data exhausted. I have already recharge top-up voucher of 151 for 9 GB 4G with 5G unlimited. But still 5G isn't working compared to 4G at all. Don't know which type of service @JioCare providing name of 5G.

    @JioCare First of all it was a 707 payment ..& if i was not eligible then tell me 1- why offer banner has been rolled out in my app 2-why customer care confirmed 2 months offer eligibility and tell me to recharge with 707 rs Who will take accountability for this @JioCare @DoT_India

    Update:- More than 7 days still the @JioCare dis nit helped me in fiver installation even after payments. Even the tracking is not coming on the app. No one is helping i went to jio stores as well no help from their. No one is answering calls. @jagograhakjago @reliancejio

    @JioCare I typically end the connection on Saturday. Today’s visit addressed the issue after four days. The service experience with @jio_fiber felt disappointing.

    @JioCare FYI! Both the sim in my phone is of Jio and look at network of SIM2 compared to SIM1 before replying!!! There is issue with the sim card, I already asked you to get it replaced.

    Engineer came for 4 minutes but solved the problem he said to call customer again and tell them about problem @JioCare @reliancejio . Completely poor service from the engineer

    @JioCare It's been 10+ days since I ordered a Jio SIM online. The SIM is activated, recharge is already done, but it still hasn't been delivered. Multiple support calls and escalations have led nowhere. I'm being charged for a service I can't use. Please resolve this urgently.

    No shame @reliancejio @JioCare as the internet outage still continues. If tomorrow the issue is not solved. I will get this matter at the consumer court and TRAI.
