@airtelindia your customer support chatbots are not solving the issue! Pls update them. For past one week I am trying to talk to a real human for terminating my wifi. But, your chatbots aren't letting me talk to one. Glad I switched to @reliancejio. AMEN

@JioCare there’s literally no way to talk to a real agent now — just your useless AI bot repeating the same message. Zero support service from Jio. If this isn’t resolved soon, I’ll be switching to @airtelindia Fiber. Enough of this.
