    Worst experience with jio airfiber. Its been just 2 days since i installed airfiber, and the very next day at 5pm yesterday, the red light started blinking on the router and internet is not working. No customer support is talking. Worst. @JioCare @reliancejio @jio

    @JioCare Changed SIM circle (WB to Haryana), same number. My 5TB cloud & Google Gemini got deactivated. When I try to claim again, it shows “already redeemed.” Jio Help couldn’t resolve. Please fix ASAP.

    @JioCare I don’t want further chat updates. My connectivity issue must be resolved immediately. This has already been delayed for 10 days. If it is not fixed by today evening, I will escalate this issue across all platforms. Kindly treat this as urgent.

    @JioCare i am really troubled for the behaviour encountered by me from jio executive, customer care and jio staff. For my wifi installation request placed on 16th april and same day payment was done. But until now no one is there to install it.
