@JioCare The engineer has failed to resolve & says there is a back end issue. Meanwhile I have rec'd another message that says it will take another 24 hours to UPDATE..This is putting us at great inconvenience & wfh is suffering. Have no other option but to port to other service provider

There is no major telecom company that is more pathetic than jio @JioCare . No way to reach real customer care chat bots made by 12 year olds which keeps signing same song with no hatch to get out. What a miserable experience. Now they stopped letting people active upcoming plans

@reliancejio @JioCare really disappointed with your Jio Fiber service, opted the 300 Mbps plan, getting around 70 Mbps and your customer service executive is terming it as healthy connection. What are the metrics? Why should I opt for a higher plan when the speeds are so low?
