I clearly said that other 1200/- was not refunded into the bank account , 1624/- was refunded and credited into the bank account. Also I send all screenshots of debit and credit history.

mohan (@mohan_mayande7g) reported@JioCare @reliancejio Paid for Jio AirFiber connection, and the setup box was clearly mentioned as “free” during installation. Now after disconnecting the service, why is Jio demanding the setup box back or charging for it? Nowhere was it clearly informed.
