@JioCare Is there any deadline for the resolution of the issue? Because this is almost 3rd month I'm getting similar response from customer services. I'm glad atleast customer services give response, though it's fake, I'm happy. Kudos for customer services.

@BSNL_RJ bought a sim card yesterday and nothing works. Call takes a day to connect Internet is trying to connect for days. Spoke to CS absolutely useless If issue resolve quickly then great else buying @reliancejio in a sec. Cheers for being absolutely pathetic
