    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup My area is Sheoraphuli Hooghly pincode 712223. Jio internet is not working after 4pm everyday, after somany complaints they are saying we are upgrading but can't commit any dates.Are we paying less? For our inconvenience are we getting anthg?

    @reliancejio what a pathetic service by jio. No network no internet and speed is slow as hell wana port from this **** network as soon as my plan expired.

    @JioCare I got your connection and it didn't worked as expected, to solve it I tried to contact your support, sent emails with screenshots. No reply was received. Lastly I raised a request to discontinue from the services. To which after long calls your support agreed to it.

    @JioCare I have raised a service request on the 9th September and till today no resolution done. Technicians are worthless and don't know their job. Team leader says he does not work with jio. Escalation matrix not available with jio customer care.

    @JioCare is there a network outage at Jio? Incoming as well as outgoing calls impacted. Data speed is worse than 2G. Pincode 121002 . Called & emailed Jio team multiple times but no resolution provided. Shall I port out to @Airtel_Presence ?

    @JioCare I contacted your jiocare. Response i got from him was there is no network coverage for that particular number. Why are you accepting recharge requests from such locations and charging customers without giving service? Also that guy disconnected my call without any soln

    @JioCare They assured me that the connection will be taken off and any advance payments will be refunded. And still after almost 10 days there is no activity from your end. 300278722477 is the ticket or service number that was shared with me.
