@JioCare Since yesterday we are trying to get our Jio internet fixed , and we have called the call center and local jio engineers. We have never received such bad service and negligence. NEVER faced this problem with Airtel.

@JioCare I have send you all the information private message and earlier I had mailed two times. And I have talked to your customer care earlier but no improvement till now I have seen. If problem still stand then I will not recharge my 1 phone after 17 th June

@reliancejio, I have recharged with 599 plan for daily data and 612 for additional data. 599 works daily, but not able to use additional data. Tried reaching out your customer care but didn’t get through. Kindly suggest me on it.
