@DoT_India can you advised what to do. All Mobile operator are failed to provide internet service in my area. Specially @JioCare . They just get our hard earned money but not gave a solution. Its more than 2 years. Also there ia no any broadband services available.

Dear @JioCare, There was a electric cut in Gurgaon for 18 hours and your network was also available for the same time. Just electricity came and your network too. I your network tower only running through government electricity? Or any other alternative available?

@JioCare @reliancejio rgstrd no is 8482969979 Internet not wrkng since yesterday I hv called n no of time & evry tim ur support care are sayng wait for 1-2 hrs the issue wl b resolved.I believe u don't take ths issue serusly. I hv office work to do this is not what I'm paying for
