    I think it's time to port to #Airtel , because @reliancejio is unable to set any caller tune from @JioSaavn nor they'll be able to solve my issue so its better to port from #Jio to #Airtel It was a very bad experience from Jio Services, I didn't expect this.

    @JioCare Jio failed to provide connection even after a delay of more than 15 days. I failed to understand why connection charges taken if connection was not possible. No feedback to my complaint recieved.

    @JioCare i am getting everyday sms like i have optioned for new sim. But i never did that. Can you please take action against who has initiated that new sim request @TRAI jio is raising a new sim request without any customer consent .Can you please take action on @reliancejio

    @JioCare @JioCare it's almost since March staring I am following up with my refund and have never seen such a worst stupid service of not providing refunds even after competing 80+ days & always sending we are looking & no idiots in jio has time to see this issue & provide refund
