    @reliancejio We are facing lits of problem from Jio Customer Care They Didn't support anything to customer. They only ask to take all clarity from Jio App or they did not ready to listen and response in case of App is Not working Waiting for 90 Days completion to port back.

    @reliancejio Hv request new sim thru website on Tuesday but no revert and visit today GE mall,Gurgaon outlet. Having 2+1 staff but keep u waiting and after that no valid reason for not given new sim card.Pre service level of new connection suggest u after sale services.@JioCare

    @reliancejio i am unable to use prime membership even after upgrading to JIOPOSTPAIDPLUS..customer care is pathetic..they are disconnecting calls after listening to my problem..issue not resolved even after 24 hrs in delhi...just looting people in the name of bouquet of services.

    @JioCare I had DM you but no action has been taken from your end. I am just wasting my data without using it. In jio application you are asking me to relocate my location that means I need to shift my house to some other place to get the jio network?? Is it???
