    @JioCare The TV is connected via Ethernet and the router is very close. There are no wall or distance issues. Still getting extremely poor speed and buffering while watching Indian Premier League. Please stop sending generic replies and resolve this urgently.

    @JioCare There should be no reason for these small things. Please don't provide this type of reason. What type of technical issue in relocation????? R we fool to be defined these type of reason? Relocation is just fit the device in new location. That's it. Frst thing technician must visit

    @JioCare It's only 10 minter way from my house 5g available please help me just need 10 minter reach And remember my family have total 4 jio sim and now it's impossible for use to use 4g as we have recharge data everyday so please fix it

    @JioCare Seriously disappointed. My JioFiber connection has been crawling for 2 days straight. Multiple complaints logged, calls made, and still zero action, no update, no link, no technician. This kind of service is not acceptable. Resolve this immediately. #Jio #JioFiber
