You can check all my WhatsApp chat history with IR customer care as proof. I’d rather take a local sim every time, would have saved me over 12k. Or switch to @reliancejio @JioCare

👑🍟Lord Potato🍟👑 (@TheTJ69) reported@JioCare @reliancejio There’s huge net speed issue at my place. I have tried calling customer care and chats too. But there is response from Jio CC. I had changed my plan from 30mbps to 100mbps but since I have changed the plan speed is not even near 10mbps.

It was the worst experience we all were facing with JioFiber in our area which is down from yesterday afternoon (almost 30+ hours).
