When your only USP is cheap price you cannot provide quality product/service. Best example being #RelianceJio @JioCare @reliancejio Slow Internet / call drops are some of its best features

@jiotvplus @JioCare @reliancejio major technical issues with jiotv. Why does the jiotv and remote not operate??? It’s so random. Every time you need to spend 5-20minutes to connect!!! Switch on and off...repeat till you are lucky

@JioCare The 5G wifi network doesn't connect. Even when it does takes. Takes a lot of time connect. Even after a lot of time it ends up connect, Hotstar or Sony LIV take ages to load. Works perfectly fine in phone, but sucks in my TV! Can I register a complain, please?
