When your only USP is cheap price you cannot provide quality product/service. Best example being #RelianceJio @JioCare @reliancejio Slow Internet / call drops are some of its best features

Dear @JioCare @reliancejio I am facing the same problem again. Unable to make and receive calls. Very slow internet. I will do next recharge in April 2022 end. After that I will definitely PORT my sim. Till then please improve your service. It's my humble request PLEASE🙏

@JioCare I lost my jiofi device..tried blocking through app.didn't worked.visited nearest customer care center at Rupnarayanpur, West Bengal. they are saying its a sales branch n they cant do anything and denies taking responsibility Hassling customers seems to be new norm. Shame
