    @reliancejio calls are getting failed with my postpaid card. Issue happens at all location with the error message " server unreachable". This doesnt seem like a temporary network. issue persists at all times and at all locations. And the jio chat support is terrible. Pls help!

    @reliancejio One of the worst customer care support i have ever experienced. my jio fiber router is not working since 10 days, i have registered complained more than 4 times, no body bothered to resolve it....

    as everyone is working from home this is really frustrating and unprofessional from Jio. Having such high cost plans and no support I feel it's high time everyone looks for a local provider and not a big brand like @reliancejio (n/n) 🙄😤
