@JioCare Kindly look into my issue accordingly and get it resolved. Also, i had called your Sr representative 5 days ago and he told me that resolution of the issue would take upto 6months - 1 Year which didnt sounded reasonable.

@JioCare about 3 days i m calling to customer care to connect me to JIOFibre dept.each time i hv to wait for more than 15 min but no one has connected.i need jio fibre at my home.i have tried through my jio app but it shows my area is not elegible. As i can see the poles nearby

@airtelindia First recharge does not go through (error msg shown), second also does not go through. However, Airtel deducts money twice and creates duplicate recharge. Not willing to refund or extend validity! #fail #airtel #movetojio @reliancejio
