    @JioCare Major reason behind cancellation is long time air fiber outage and i wasn't able to request for service , when i tried to connect on call it automatically drops and message of outage comes , facing these issues from past few months.

    @JioCare My jio join not working from 15 days your caller tune says we are experiencing network congestion... Always same issue then why providing services just for looting people?

    @reliancejio You have no solution other than raising service requests. A service request was raised even on April 10, and before that, I don’t know how many times service requests were raised, but what is actually happening?

    Really frustrated with the service from . I paid for Jio Fiber installation, and was promised it would be done by 11th or 12th. Today is 13th and there’s still no update or response from the team. This kind of delay without communication is unacceptable. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @JioCare, did you create a new service request, what happened to the existing service request raised for this refund issue ? 2 weeks back i got message I will get the refund in 7 days. Now again you are saying few more working days,I need your team to call me & sort out this.

    First of all, this was never requested by me, and this cannot be called a resolution. You’re simply taking decisions on your own without addressing the actual issue. Do the job properly instead of closing requests for your convenience @nch1915 @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani

    @JioCare @reliancejio Cable broken, complaint filed at dawn, engineer confirmed 10-11 AM — never showed up, just excuses. This happens EVERY time, takes 2-3 days to fix. Pathetic service! Fix it NOW. #JIOFiber #ConsumerRights
