    @jio_gigafiber @reliancejio My jio fiber account number 4435603984 is not getting connected & not working from Saturday. Tried multiple times to customer care, but calls were not transferred to them. Tried with virtual assistant, but no proper resolution. Kindly resolve ASAP.

    @JioCare is the worst customer support service. There's no accountability or desired response on why service requests get delayed for days when they promise to resolve the issue in 24 hours. All they do is reschedule the complaint everytime you call

    @JioCare Registered a complaint for jiofibre internet connectivity loss. Whole apartment is facing an issue. The operator told that the technician guy will be coming on 3rd October 7pm as scheduled. No one has come yet.. please take a look. Service request - SR000016XOPS
