    @JioCare @reliancejio they are insisting users to send a private message so no one can read what actualy they are doing with their customers..In private message after sending 1-2 scriptive messages they lost again...Even they are not responding customer queries

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have logged a complaint about my internet not working and now I got the SMS stating Due lockdown we cant serve u and once lockdown is over we will serve u. You come under essential service then whts the issue. SR No. SR000014YVXO

    @JioCare Hi, I am trying to apply for jio fiber connection to my residence through jio app but couldn't locate my address in the app. Kindly help with this regard
