    @JioCare I will provide u with the complaint number SR000017TJ3E and SR000017UVX1 and i pretty sure u seriously don't care... i simple expect to cancel and give me the refund.. i am pretty sure u not be able to resolve.. my network and range issue.

    @JioCare called the customer care and your rep literally said ' we cannot do ANYTHING in this regard ' and cut the call. This is quite pathetic to say the least! I request you guys to Refund my security deposit ASAP or install the connection.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Assurances provided are fake promises and they continue to do it…so embarrassing that they give 30day period for usage but the past 24hours haven’t even used do they give back the money?? Stupid and idiotic system to bare with…so frustrating
