satyaparkash (@rajsatya87) reported@JioCare My complaint was raised on 29-Apr-2026 while the account was active. Why was it not resolved till 24-May-2026 despite repeated follow-ups? Account suspension later due to non-payment does not invalidate the original unresolved complaint.
