@JioCare I have applied/paid Rs. 2500 for Jiofiber on 19.01.2022. Today is 23.01.2022 and I'm yet to recieve my connection. Contacting customer is not helpful. The engineer is not responding properly. Kindly resolve this issue.

@reliancejio @JioCare In the era of 5g network we, the people of rural area, are struggling to get good signal strength to call someone. Every time I talk to other person I face problem in getting the clear voice. Also internet connection is very poor in my area.

@JioCare I called to jio team regarding service of voice on particular device make and model but they said our app is perfect. This is level of support with Jio.. non technical people is doing this only and hired by Jio management. It's app bug...
