I booked a jio fibre connection, initially at the time of payment the team is replying very sincerely, but at the time of installation, the service and way of talking of the agents are very poor and harsh. Even the office representative is not responding.@reliancejio @JioCare

One the thug company in India is #JioFiber , once u have took the connection they will never give u service. If u raised a request. Customer care will gives u only approx. time to resolve. Bt query would'nt solve in time. @JioCare please educate your employes. #fake #JioFiber
