Pranjal Jain (@mpranjaljain) reported@JioCare There is no way to reach out to customer executive. The engineer has refused to visit and fix the issue even though the case is opened for 6 days. I shared my phone number in DM, no response and standard copy paste response. I'm going to file a complaint in consumer court now.
