    @JioCare I emailed Customer Care but received no response. My JioBharat V2 handsets are poorly built and often show "switched off" even when powered on. Can I upgrade to a better Jio handset while retaining my annual plan, number, and validity?

    @pvsubramanyam @jio_fiber @reliancejio Jio is a bs company. They have the worst customer service. It was so bad that I got rid of my internet connection. Sir you are lucky that you even got to speak to a human in the first place.

    Someone called from @jio_fiber called and said 'will send someone and attend to your problem. Well nobody came. @reliancejio should I escalate to your seniors? Many of them live in our society and it is easy to reach...to start your CFO. Then there are others. NOBODY HAS COME... but the team has the audacity to say 'your problem is solved as of now'. Really? How am I tweeting? I am using my @Airtel_Presence hot spot. Reliance has a better social media team, and a poor ground team to fix problems.

    @reliancejio The network connection inside GIFT City (Gandhinagar) is very weak. As a major global financial hub, seamless internet is critical here. Please look into upgrading the local towers to improve call drops and data speed for professionals working in the area.

    @JioCare No more vague automated replies, Ishveen. I need a concrete Timeframe, not appreciation for patience. 36 hours is already way past a reasonable resolution time. Provide the exact expected time of resolution immediately. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare My jiomotive device is not properly working since 2 months and i have sent mails regarding the issue, you guys are not solving my issue i also asked you to replace my device but no one is helping me on this. Since 2 months your tech team is not connecting me to resolve.
