    @JioCare not even 3 days for my new connection and its already not working. Can’t find a way to reach a human or cancel my connection. If it doesn’t work today please disconnect the service. I am more than happy to go back to Airtel

    @JioCare @AltafKhan1121 No need to tell which app- the speed of Jio is hopelessly low. Solve that. Another problem is call drop. You seem to have taken too many clients which is beyond capacity of your system. @AshwiniVaishnaw please look into this.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiber If my internet service is not restored by then, I will be forced to escalate this grievance to the Consumer Forum and cancel my Jio Fiber connection permanently to switch back to a local service provider.

    @mukeshambani566 This is the level of service @JioCare and @reliancejio provides. My JioFiber has been completely down for the last 7 days. I've called customer support multiple times, visited the Jio Store but every time I'm given false assurances yet nothing has been done.

    @JioCare I've been trying to cancel my Jio Fiber connection for last 3 days but your team doesn't even raise a service request. This is no option in MyJio App or even customer care IVR menu. This is pure harrassment. #jio #jiofiber

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have been trying to speak to Jio customer care for the last 24 hours, but it has been impossible to get through due to their incompetent service. I am now porting my SIM. Shame on #Jio.

    @JioCare Hello Shshank, please be aware, that the first 2 days, you did not allow me create a ticket saying that it is an area wise problem, once we created a ticket yesterday, you have been pushing my slot to different hours; poor customer service.
