@reliancejio doesn't not have an escalation matrix.@TRAI may I know is Jio an exception? @JioCare is a joke. SR000014IYXI - 19 hrs jio fiber outage. No way to reach technician,no way to escalate, no one cares for the criticality of the outage.

@RelJio4g @JioCare Hi. I would like to talk about jio network of our area. Jio 4G internet is very slow here. We can't play easily video and can't attend online classes.properly. Even taking time to send whatsapp message. Please do something for first internet speed.

Pathetic service @JioCare @reliancejio the job fiber is not working for more than 24 hours and customer service is totally useless. Three times a slot is fixed for service person to come and nobody turns up or even bothers to call. Really bad
