Hi @JioCare, My jio number just got discontinued on 17.04.2026 due to non use but now I need to activate this number urgently. Now, sim is from Delhi but I have permanently shifted to Bhopal and cannot go to Delhi just to buy a new Sim. So can you provide any other solution.

@JioCare Even if the service starts working today, what about the 2 weeks of downtime? Will that be added to my plan validity, or refunded? Or is that just my loss? I’m not even asking about the mobile data expenses I had to incur during this period. @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare Jio team should learn from MNCs like AMAZON, APPLE whose customer care is really remarkable & work ethically. Not like you, who just ask for DM so that people at large don't come to know about there I'll treatment with customers. No company can survive for long with this approach

Pathetic service, worst experience! My Jio Fiber has not been working and I have been constantly following up since 26.04.2026. Engineer visit is being rescheduled without my request/consent or knowledge. No resolution till date. Just fooling the customer. @reliancejio @JioCare
