@JioCare I'm getting such replies since yesterday ! Do something and take some action. It's already night and I don't see any of your engineers visiting my premises ! This is the worst service by any telecom provider. Your competitors are doing far better in service resolutions !

Hello @JioCare .I am facing an issue with my jio fiber set top box remote. I can switch through apps using jio home app on my phone, but when i press any button on the remote,the red light blinks and there is no response. I even changed the batteries. Please guide

@JioCare Horrible Network speed for the past 1 week to 10 days. Done multiple work from home packages and still network speed manages to stay between the best 5 Mbps and worst 1 Mbps. Horrible connectivity team.
