I registered a complain no. SR00001J8IJM with STB not working properly and your engineer come replaced the STB only not the remote and when I ask him to give me a new remote he asked his manager and manager told it will be charged 800 rs @reliancejio @JioCare @jiohelpline9139

@JioCare @reliancejio one of the worst internet service providers available in the market. Such disastrous response to the complaints. Even after repeated complaints no one even cares to resolve the issue. Don’t know how people use Jio Business wired line .
