    @JioCare I have an issue with the Jio Fiber connection for my 80 year old mother who lives by herself. Have tried to have this resolved but to no avail.Very disappointing service. Can you please provide a number one can reach out to to disconnect the service and get a refund.

    @JioCare M really fed up of your auto-generated Appreciation messages, issue if not resolved will surely lead to fixing bill-boards onsite saying ' 'JIO damaged our roads ' and thereafter wont communicate with jio and its Careless people.☝

    I am jio user since 4 yrs I did not use my other jio number for 2 months for some and now they deleted my number. I unable to find any to retain my number. Customer care and jio stores are totally useless @JioCare @reliancejio
