    @JioCare I hav been facin call drop,not able to make/receive call from many months now.problem is with jio network as many residents in my building facing it. Ur customer service is a torture as unable to reach any1 after trying for 40mins.any solution or shud i switch to airtel?

    In last 24 hours I have experienced pathetic customer service by @reliancejio @JioCare . If you planning for new internet connection I suggest don’t even consider @reliancejio

    @JioCare your service is not good i am facing problem in jio network last one week in between 2 to 5 is not work well some time up or some time down using jio router,but in mobile it work well why not work jio router

    @JioCare Doesn't make sense, you are charging so heavily despite the consumer not able to use your service. This is cheating, you should either fix problem the same day or not charge for the unserviced days. Lastly your technicians never visit on scheduled time/day. #JioFiberFraud

    @reliancejio Recently a jio fiber connection in Bangalore. The technicians said there was issue with the pole. They took the installation completion OTP, saying they would fix it next day. It's been 14 days since that. Still i have not got connection. The Order ID is NO000LM9CIT.
