    @reliancejio I am very surprised and disappointed that Jio doesn't work in Uttrakhand, specially the place where I am. I am borrowing from some idea and airtel user. Very sad

    @ViCustomerCare I haven't heard from you Vodafone on this.I would like to ask @Airtel_Presence and @JioCare about this If any customer doesn't recharge for a week,do you guys deduct any charges on the account of deactivation ?

    I haven't got reply for this. I had recharged my number on 30th Nov 2020 from payzapp, the amount got debited but recharge not done. When enquired, both payzapp and jio support are blaming each other. I haven't got any resolution yet. Operator Ref- BR0005GRO19E @JioCare @payzapp

    @reliancejio I am prime customer of jio. i have recharged with 150 pack with 30 days validity. But your representative is constantly calling me and threating me to stop my no. Kindly clarify whether it is mandatory to recharge with another pack.@TRAI
