@reliancejio I am very surprised and disappointed that Jio doesn't work in Uttrakhand, specially the place where I am. I am borrowing from some idea and airtel user. Very sad

@JioCare @reliancejio ,Its been 6 days no action is taken to fix the broken fiber. Also could you please enlighten about Authorized as well Non Authorized site. Service Engg denied service of fixing the fiber due to non authorized site. This represents poor service to customers.
