    @reliancejio I am very surprised and disappointed that Jio doesn't work in Uttrakhand, specially the place where I am. I am borrowing from some idea and airtel user. Very sad

    and promised that an agent would visit in the given time slot to fix the problem. No one came. Contacted the customer care again only to get a reply that it’ll be done by next day noon. That didn’t happen either. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Spoken to appellate number in Jio. They are greater than customer care. They said it takes 39 days to get the complaint resolved. great jio. I hope some one in jio is professional who may get it resolved

    @JioCare My fiber connection was down for 2 days earlier and has been unstable since last 3 days now. I have raised multiple service requests but they are closed without any resolution. Can you please refund my money so I can move to a better service provider.
