    @reliancejio I am very surprised and disappointed that Jio doesn't work in Uttrakhand, specially the place where I am. I am borrowing from some idea and airtel user. Very sad

    @JioCare jiofiber service and support pathetic. I do not have internet at my place for past 4 days, raised complaints, ur service center has unprofessional employees, no one responds. I am cancelling my 2 fiber connections. Ur service people have them selves asked me to cancel.

    @reliancejio Worst customer service in #Ranchi. I hv Applied for a broad band connection (order num NO0000FQA5IF) some 10 days ago. Now cancelling my order bcoz this is not activated yet. Your executives are responding very casually. Pls check this. #JioFiber #WorstRelianceJio
