    @jio_fiber @JioCare getting frequent low internet speed issues, being addressed at backend then runs fine for a month or so and again same issue! This time i couldn’t even get a SR logged! The customer care just hungup my call! I would have to look for alternative then😡

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare don't even inform there is network issue during this time n all why? It's my full perks to get network of 5g or full connectivity as I'm paying it...they ensure to renew ur recharge on exact time nd if I loss my connectivity

    @JioCare Hi @reliancejio Complaint raised. Multiple calls made to the technician and supervisor. Visit promised between 4-5 PM, but no one came. This is a safety hazard involving 11kV electrical infrastructure, not a routine service request. Who will be responsible if an incident occurs?

    @reliancejio @JioCare would you care to assist me on getting my eSim converted to a physical Sim, since it’s been more than 10 days, I visited multiple Jio stores which are now Reliance Digital, and none of them have the Jio support rep to assist.

    @JioCare @JioCare The technician contact provided is not reachable. Also, there is no Reschedule, Track Technician, or Call Technician option available in my MyJio app. Please verify the assigned technician details and escalate this case to the concerned service manager.

    @JioCare now it's 6th day of complaining for resolution of Jio Fiber connection. When I raised issues on X, then an engineer was assigned the task. But assigning message came that due to technical issues engineer will not attene the issue. This happens when there is monopoly.

    48+ hours of complete service failure. No internet, weak network, no ETA, no accountability. Stop sending automated responses and start addressing customer losses. Compensation is not a favor—it’s your responsibility. @JioCare @reliancejio
