  @JioCare I even decided not to pay for a service I wasn't receiving, but Jio forced me to recharge because without an active plan I couldn't even reschedule the appointment. It's been 3 days since the recharge and I'm still sitting without internet.

  @JioCare Really such a pathetic service despite informing multiple times still facing network 🛜 issue, the speed has reduced, network is disappearing completely multiple times in a day, call drop issue. And you say the here is good coverage in this location.

  @reliancejio On 26th May, I placed a request for my number 9820811927 to port in Jio from Vi but that request was rejected. However, I had to do the first recharge of Rs. 349 as suggested by Jio executive. Pls issue the refund at the earliest.
