    @JioCare @reliancejio Very disappointing experience. Trying to get a JioFiber connection for 2 weeks, but your agent Siddesha D K (9686575600) is unresponsive. Multiple calls and messages have gone unanswered. Please arrange support and installation urgently.

    @JioCare Please help me with what is the status of internet restoration at the site . We are getting unreliable information and no progress .it's 72 hrs outage has happen , not a single correct answer is given to customer .all cooked and false information .

    @JioCare I have already paid upto 11 Jun 26 and requested for disconnection on 9 jun 26 . Kindly resolve this issue ….why do i pay for 11 jun to 10 jul charges ….i have already vacated the home ….only jio set up box is kept with the home owner @TRAI @JioCare

    @JioCare extremely poor experience with relocation. no timely updates, no tracking, extreme delays and ****-ups by the local team causing waste of money and time.

    Paid for high-speed data but getting dial-up speeds for the last 7 days. @JioCare, the network performance has been pathetic. Please check the network tower/congestion in my location and fix this sluggish speed! 👎🏽🔥

    @JioCare @reliancejio Complaint against engineer Amit Patkar for refusing safety gear, claiming Jio doesn't provide it, and leaving without resolving SR000038ADSZ. Escalated to Rohit Vishwakarma & Alok Barsaiya (Sagar MP) with no action. Urgent resolution required. #JioFiber

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with the support. Outgoing SMS has stopped working on my Jio SIM while incoming SMS works fine. After multiple calls to customer care, the issue is still unresolved. Please stop passing me around and fix this ASAP.
