    @JioCare I've been using JIO network since 2017 and as far as I can tell, I've never fully satisfied with jio customer services or mainly jio speed. Now, it's time to say goodbye to jio..

    @JioCare 18 days and still device has not been picked up by your team. Appointment has not yet been booked. Each time I have to call customer care and they say next day they will come which never happens. Possible reason is since there is no money to be made, you don’t care.

    @reliancejio In a city like Mumbai we are still not having jio fiber connection and the network of jio is also not proper please first rectify the issues at hand and then launch the new services 🙏

    @JioCare Sir solve out my concern because my jio number is postpaid but the number shown is prepaid.. So please 🙏 solve my problem as soon as possible because m postpaid user not a prepaid user.
