  @Skidmak_ @JioCare Oh that's good. Then unless you face any major issues in the future there's no need to upgrade to airfiber plus or other switch to other ISP for now ig. If it ain't broke, don't try to fix it.

  @reliancejio 've been a Jio customer for 7 years, but the network is now extremely slow. There is no easy way to contact a real customer care executive—only bots and no proper complaint option or real solution. Please fix the network and improve customer support.

  Pathetic service from @JioCare . My Wi-Fi is not working from past 5 days . Their ground team don’t care about fixing issue everyone is lying daily will come and resolve . Neither service engineer nor technician pickup the calls . No coordination between customer care and ground

  @JioCare I'm not using laptop.. I'm using phone only but still after chats on jio care app nothing improved in your service..and guess what after this I've just checked and it's still showing you've not any subscription so subscribe at 79 rupees..for god sake don't fool people 🙏
