    @JioCare @reliancejio Service Request no SR00002KQ7G8 Jio fiber is down since 4 hours, no update. Your engineers visited our locality and did something to the light post and after that the line is cut. When will it be resolved? What is the issue?

    @JioCare @JioCare This is not acceptable. My JioFiber has been down for more than 6 days. Your own app shows “Outside home connectivity – Outage detected”, so the issue is clearly on your network. Still no technician visit, no proper update, only repeated generic replies.

    @JioCare @mrforinc @JioCare I raised a complaint on 20-04-2026 (SR000033VRAH), but it is STILL not resolved. I was told ODU spares are not available. How long should customers wait? Please resolve this immediately. This delay is unacceptable. #Jio #CustomerService #consumerright

    @JioCare @reliancejio Very disappointed with the Jio AirFiber service. Facing frequent issues in April—low speed, poor connectivity, and now no internet since morning. Unable to even reach customer support. Paying bills on time but no proper service.

    @JioCare If you are not able to do it, just come clean, say you are not capable of doing it. I'll see what to do next. Asking for time again and again just to cancel things last moment is absolutely unacceptable. Is there any engineering team, do you have people who can resolve this??
