    Jio Fiber OTT Subscriptions not working, Opted to Postpaid Fiber with 14 Apps, Paid Advance Rent on 28th April 2022, Plan Started 1st May 2022. Jio Call Centre had no clue. Please look in to same and resolve immediately. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare you had pathetic jio fibre service for more than 2 months suffering from your slow internet service. Tired of your boring & slow service which later results in buffering, I’m disappointed with your response over the jio mesh which is like **** of a piece.

    What kind of professionalism is this when staff is not aware of technical glitches & are doing hit & trial. customer gets to listen 100 people have, come to store for same thing. I have to travel tomorrow. How I will manage without active network @JioCare Pathetic service

    Hello @reliancejio @JioCare there is almost no connectivity, multiple call drops, & 4G issues at R.S Pora, Gadigarh area in #Jammu. Registered several complaints regarding the same, all in vain. Please take note.

    I've nvr repented any decision xcpt when I ported to @reliancejio. Today @JioCare shared blatantly that they don't allow International Roaming packs for JK circle customers. I've nvr xprncd such institutional discrimination. What a let down! Eagerly waiting for 90 days to end.

    @JioCare You have poor Internet access to my area, Airtel is doing much better than you in my area. Don't let me move on with your poor customer & internet speed. Everything seems fake to me, not able to browse properly & facing a buffering issue. Stop claiming fast speed.

    @Mrdevenders @reliancejio @JioCare There is no service. U've to b in majority pool for whom service is designed, else there is no support or correction possible. Imagine a company informing his customers gleefully that his circle isn't good enough to receive IR packs. Or may be deciding who can roam and who can't!

    @reliancejio @JioCare you gave a fake promise to the customer & stopped it now, my internet speed has been **** up with your claims, even I’m not able to watch anything over my TV same over my phone with slow internet speed plus frequent disconnect from the main hub.

    @JioCare what's wrong with your telecom number, I requested the permanent closure of the number & still m getting back to the mainstream. Why it’s hard to connect with a customer support system, kindly shut down my number as soon as possible I don’t need it anymore.

    @JioCare After 3 attempts and an 18 mins long conversation, was able to get in touch with someone from network team,who has assured me that it will be resolved within tomorrow and also that its been escalated (was under the presumption that it was escalated today noon,but not sure) (1/2)
