@reliancejio @GoogleIndia Sir,The great leader of reliance group, Namasthey, It's regarding jio fiber net issue. Last Friday 14.30 hrs our jio net connection disconnected and complained immediately due to online examination on that day.bur my call is still pending and not solved till date. Fix the issue

@reliancejio I need quick attention as my kids has school 2 attend tomorrow morning 07 AM & also to appear exam. Since last > 6 hrs #JioFibre is not working, raised Service Request SR000017ILC0 & SR000017IP61. Why not stationed Engineer in #HiranandaniEstate to trouble shoot?

@JioCare Switched from Prepaid to Postpaid yesterday. Opted for 999 Family plan and added 2 nos. Had issues with posting 3 no. So, switched to 799 plan. Jio immed. removed my 2 add-on nos. from 999 plan, however, got a message that plan will be changed in 24 hrs. Rubbish.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD What is the point of your wifi when its down for whole day?And you tell it will only be fixed the next day.But at the same time if the bill payment is delayed by a single day you cutoff the service. Switching to @reliancejio terible service for 2yrs
