    @JioCare @TRAI @reliancejio Whenever there is a power cut in my area (Banshibazar, PIN code 221717), my AirFiber internet stops working and the mobile network becomes extremely slow. I’m not sure why the Jio network performance drops whenever the electricity goes out

    @JioCare Hi , why we took post paid connection just because of to avail the hassel free service. Your stupid service is just make me irritate. Guys donot took the Sim of reliance jio. They make the customer fool.

    @JioCare just need a technician visit at my place as the customer care isn’t helping at all and they are not sending any technician to check just closing it saying we cannot send a technician as it shows no error from our end.@JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio Poor JioFiber service. Speed ~1 Mbps for 2 months on 30 Mbps plan. No visits, complaints closed without OTP, repeated reschedules. Tested via LAN – not WiFi issue. NCH Complaint No: 9103018 #JioFiber #PoorService #ConsumerRights
