  @JioCare Issue standa not resolved. I guess by this approach u guys are working days will become months. Advice me if I need close the Jio Fibre & will inform neighbours as well to throw the jio router box in garbage. Go for Airtel/Vodafone/BSNL as new connection.

  @reliancejio is one of the worst network I am facing slow internet issue and have complained many times it's been more than one month but my issue didn't get resolved yet and the costumer service executives are not even listening my concern they disconnected my with out listening

  @JioCare I am a Jio Fibre consumer in Lucknow. No: 05223574280 No internet since 10.30 AM. I called jio helpline at 11.30. She told there was some technical issue, she's processed it from her end and the internet connection will be restored in 30 mitunes 3 hrs hv passed.

  @JioCare I recved a msg that an Engineer is supposed to visit by 7 pm. Then changed to 8 PM. But nobody called nor they came.nor a contact is shared.Ur tracking link dosn't work either. what kind of a joke is this?what kind of service are you providing? This is ridiculous. #Jio #jiofiber

  @JioCare kindly fix your network services. You guys are always ahead in inflating your recharge prices but hardly give attention towards services. On paper you guys always talk about true 5g but in reality your 5g networks are always getting switched to 4g networks.

  @JioCare After repeatedly complaint even on Jago Grahak Jago and DOT pgportal, no improvement of indoor coverage. I've already port out to Airtel after 5 years and will sure back if indoor coverage issue completely resolved. Don't try to give copy paste answer, better look into my issue.
