    @JioCare I don't have alternate number. I would buy an alternate sim from airtel if you sponsor it. But yes, I pay you good amount of money for using your network, which is not worth it. No value for customer money!

    @reliancejio @JioCare my father is a jio retailer.But your sells guys are so pathetic they just harras us and without any reason they stop our jio retailers wallet. My father is a senior citizen and your selles guy misbehave with us Is this kind of service get from a top network

    @JioCare where to resolve a simple issue? Chat guys routed to app, app not responding. Called helpline, arrogant exc made it clear that you have to get it downloaded thru app. Sent a mail to email team. Now waiting for response

    Recharged my @reliancejio sim yesterday. Now feel for it.🤧 They're making us fools by giving us a false coverage advertisements. Very worst coverage and service. I suggest you friends Please don't go for jio. @airtelindia is much better than Jio.

    @reliancejio for the past one month we have serious network and connectivity issues especially in the Egmore area. Often calls are fading, we get no calls but get a message that we have missed calls. Request you to look into it and resolve the issue at the earliest.9884071840

    Pathetic service from Jio fiber. Internet connection is unstable for last 20 days. After follow ups, visit of personnel was scheduled from Jio. However, the same was cancelled by the company 3 times without any reason. Huge suffering as a consumer. Kindly look into. @JioCare

    @reliancejio got ur fiber connection 3 days back,facing issues, dont know how to book an engineer.UR salesperson made a fantastic sales pitch,however service is not upto the mark.UR customer care number does not give an option to register complain. Could you help?
