    @JioCare I can't make calls or send messages. I can't receive any calls or sms, since two days now. I recharged yesterday ₹599 plan which is just queued, but I can't activate it since #MyJioApp has automatically logged me out and now I can't login into the app.

    @reliancejio What is the customer care email ID. There is only a provision (which I could locate) to enter compliant through web but no email ID shared. Also customers can not talk to customer care executive. This is strange. This facility is not there for postpaid users also

    @JioCare Been trying to make you guys understand the issue and everytime you all say the same thing. I can't login into MyJio App since I don't receive any OTPs sms. I have done two recharges and what I don't understand why can't you activate my recharge from your end?
