@JioCare how do I remove mobile data which was activated in my previous apple watches? Watch is already unpaired from my phone! Trying to activate mobile data in my new watch & it says maximum number of devices already registered :( Visited multiple jio care already, no help..

@reliancejio @reliancegroup due to this pandemic most of people are working at home but where is Internet. i have tried to install JioFiber from last year June onwards but didnt get any help. I hope Reliance cares about jio customers and their satisfaction.

@JioCare ur call centre is an absolute waste of a support system where employees are just given scripts and no empathy or solution is provided to the cust. It’s a shame to see this coming from a Jio brand!!!

@JioCare @reliancejio all we get to hear in each call is ‘WE UNDERSTAND’ and ‘SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE’ We aren’t given a proper response or solution to the problem. All executives are just using these two phrases. Extremely disappointed that Jio is working this way.

@JioCare Please tell me the solutions for this. I don't know whether jio is providing this type service to all its customers. Really not happy with the service what jio is providing for installation. No one picks the pH nothing progress from 9 days.

@JioCare @reliancejio Since 2 days our wifi hasn’t been working, contacted the customer care 5/6 times today and two days ago. We are just told that an engineer will visit in the next hour after every call. Have been unable to appear exams and attend college. This isn’t expected

@JioCare no response on DM. PATHATIC SERVICE @TRAI pls look into it. Reliance Jiofiber is not refunding me the full amount RS. 1500/- as per their policy. And I am not getting any response on email and from customer care team as well.
