@vermaj14731 Their services have went from bad to worse trust me I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these guys and one fine day I decided to switch to Jio and I must say Jio services are way better suggest you also switch to @JioCare

@JioCare Shame on you the Indian Telecom killer in the name of free you people have ruined the experience , only 3 companies and all are like useless now no quality left in-network, calls, data speeds, call drops like living in desert or island it feels like India was far better in 2001.

@JioCare Your local engineer has no idea about the problem. Full Jio team is just playing ping pong. It seems #Jio has no idea how to fix thier system. 24+ hrs and service centre is giving another 10 hrs timelines.@reliancejio @OfficialJioTV

@JioCare @reliancejio Requests: SR0000174MGP, SR0000174MG2, SR0000174ME0. Look into it and cancel these prepaid numbers asap. Have been going around in circles since the past year for cancelling these numbers. If not solved on priority basis, I’ll approach appellate authority.

@JioCare You do not need to know the mobile make and model because on fb and other platforms I can see people having same issue with their devices. It is a bug please solve it.
