Something has gone terribly wrong w the services of @reliancejio @JioCare I mean people constantly keep on calling me for like 10 times a day and it says switched off. My calls hang up, people cannot listen to me even a bit, and do not even get me started on the internet pack.

@JioCare @reliancejio I have facing issue of outgoing/incoming calls, neither to made a call not received a single call, complaint no. SR00001FM512, even sim has been replaced with new one. Please sort out my issues otherwise porting option is available. #shame on service

@TheLallantop @JioCare #Jio network has always been worse in our office area near Parcel office, Ajmeri gate side, New Delhi Railway station. Have to use WiFi calling facility otherwise its not acceptable at all.

@reliancejio @JioCare I am from Gujarat , lunavada And 5G service has not been launched at this place yet but I can't use 4G well either. I feel that when 5G service is provided in Lunawada, I will be able to use 4G very well.

Dear @reliancejio @JioCare purchased Jio Sim but unfortunately I lost my sim along with my phone. Someday after I tried to restore it from Jio Store, I was told that the number was sold to someone else. My important documents and Bank Account are linked with it. Please help.
