    What the hell @JioCare @JioCare I had a relocation for my Jio Fiber booked for today between 1:30 - 2:30 PM. Your app keeps saying someone will get in touch I haven’t received a call and it’s already 1:30. No way to speak to an agent. No help. What is this???

    @JioCare Dear Team, I request immediate disconnection and removal of my JioFiber connection. I have been facing repeated issues, and even after engineer visits, the problem is not permanently resolved. This is causing continuous inconvenience. Kindly remove your JioFiber

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Stop giving generic "engineer visit" excuses. The engineer is ready, but your backend has NOT WHITELISTED the device for Order NO0001CVKG0W in Gopalganj. Escalating a visit won't fix a database error. Please escalate to the PROVISIONING team! (1/2)

    Very disappointing experience with AirFiber service. After booking installation, we received a message that representative Prasad Sawant (9225588659) would contact us. However, despite multiple attempts, he is not picking up calls or responding at all. @JioCare @reliancejio

I have purchased new Air fibre connection now want to surrender old Jio Fibre connection and want refund of 706 for STB and 500 for security deposit... Pl don't be fraud. Ensure to guide customer with proper information.
