    Very disappointed with the Jio porting process. I converted my Airtel eSIM to a Jio physical SIM through home delivery. It has already been more than 72 hours, but the SIM is still showing “No Service.” The SIM is detected by the iPhone, but activation is still pending. @JioCare

    T1/3: Peak corporate arrogance & broken support from @JioCare @reliancejio, Since May 10, JioHotstar is broken on my Jio AirFiber STB, Smart TV app. Wasting 1hr daily on calls just to hear scripted steps, only for them to falsely close tickets every evening with fake Resolved sms

    Dear @JioCare, for the last 6 months I’ve been repeatedly calling and raising complaints about extremely slow internet indoors. Every single time, I’m told: “Sir, there is temporary service work in your area, it will be resolved soon.”

    @JioCare @reliancejio what an pathetic service you offer. I had applied for relocation of jio fiber connection and it's been 15-20 days no body has come from jio team for relocation and wrongly charing me the bill for the service not utilised by me. Shame on you

    @reliancejio Hi Team Jio, I have applied for new JIOHOME connection on 04/05/2026 at Tarsali, Vadodara, Gujarat. My order number is NO0001D8ZA0E. After rigorous follow up through customer care and Jio App, the same is still pending for installation. Need urgent response.
