  @JioCare You are not getting Madam. Last month also I raised same ticket, it got closed.. no one fixed. Again same thing happened now. If you can't fix it, either you compensate your customer or don't expect customer to be with jio.

  @JioCare @reliancejio My new JioFiber connection keeps disconnecting every few hours. The router shows a blinking red light and there’s no internet until the connection comes back. This is happening multiple times a day. Please look into this and provide a permanent solution.

  Extremely disappointed with Jio’s customer service. It has been more than 12 hours, and my issue is still not resolved. Instead of actually fixing the problem, I am simply being sent troubleshooting steps and asked to keep trying them myself. @reliancejio @JioCare

  June 27, 2026: I booked & prepaid for a premium "Jet Service" for my LG AC. July 22: After 3+ weeks of silence, a technician finally arrives. He didn’t bring ANY jet washing equipment. He borrowed tools from MY home to do a "dry clean" and left. @reliancejio @reliancegroup

  @JioCare I still I have not received the resolution. Escalated SR which I have raised on 24th August has not resolved yet. And my connection will be ended on 28th aug'26. Dont trust @reliancejio . They are scamming people!
