    @JioCare Sir, Tata play is a chor company as closing balance 1946 INR of my Tata sky connection number 1200844445 is not refunded despite repeated toll free and tweet complaint, and you always say it is refunded by cheque on 18 Feb but not received so far. Why not made refund online

    @JioCare totally fed up jio totally. My bp got high because of you. Unable to have a conversation with you on call proves the quality of network you provide. Also I think that you are not interested in solving problems of your subscribers. Definately I am going to port my sim

    @JioCare I was told today by the Jio representative in a not so polite manner that I can go back to my old connection (Airtel) if I have a problem waiting for the Jio team to get their work done. I have not been given any reason for the delay of 1 week now.

    @JioCare I already wrote that you are charging Rs.50 for your faulty property replacement. Waive it off because I'm your old customer and paid you too much money. If not get free replacement then remeber that this will be my last recharge.
