    @JioCare most of the time when power gone your services is getting down at my place even not getting.5 Mbps speed, it's really very frustrating behaviour i heard from local people they never run the tower service when power cut are you guys not proving money for the oil.

    Those who are planning to take yearly subscription of jio call and data plan. Please avoid as @reliancejio is providing the poorest network to such customers. And you can't do much and wait for it to expire

    @JioCare Service Request ID # xxxxxxxxSince 21st OCT 2022 - is OPEN Internet not working the service engineer who visited the site on 22nd Oct said that connection will be restored by evening and then later in the afternoon updated the log with falsified info that he didn't get access ??

    @reliancejio @JioCare My Esim got deleted while transferring to a new phone and could not be reissued due to some issue with E-KYC. I have asked Jio center for paper KYC but no response has been received till today. My number has stopped working since 21.10.2022. Please help.
