@JioCare Given this levels of #COVID, can't there be any alternative suggested? When peers like @airtelindia and @VodaIdea_NEWS does door-step service, why not Jio?

@reliancejio i am trying for relocation of my jio fibre, but app is not working, customer service not able to generate manual request. Off the record jio team says plz buy new connection than relocate. Means total Rs 1000 loss. Then what is the point in not charging 4 relocation

@JioCare @dipanshudarp Same I'm getting high ping as well, despite of a lot of people complaining, they are doing nothing about it. I have been facing this issue for months now. I'm sorry to say but I'm really disappointed.

@JioCare @reliancejio Forget about internet, my sim card stopped working, I had to pay and take a new sim card. Your services suck ...I can't wait to switch to some other network.
