  @JioCare Thank you for the update. However, this issue has already been pending for 3 days despite multiple complaints and repeated assurances that it would be resolved “today” or “tomorrow.” Please ensure that the engineer actually visits and resolves the issue this time.

  @JioCare internet service in Avas Vikas Colony, Sasni Gate, Aligarh, UP is extremely poor. Surprisingly, @ViCustomerCare 4G is delivering much better speed and stability than Jio 5G at the same location. @reliancejio Please look into the network quality in this area.

  @JioCare Dear @JioCare , while you have enough time to keep writing these automated apologies, can’t you just instruct your assigned engineer to actually visit my house once to rectify the issue? As you see Dharmendra Sahu has been assigned for a home visit since 6th August. @reliancejio is a huge company in this country ,don’t you guys have enough power and authority to simply tell your own engineer to visit the place and resolve an open ticket? Less typing, more doing.
