    Dear @TRAI Team, please control mobile operator like @reliancejio , @airtelindia and #Vi this operator year on year increase recharge plans price. Poor people not afford the reacharge plans. Also stop recharge expired and stop otp, stop incoming calls this not good for users.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Completely unacceptable service disruption in Dakor Vada Bazar area for over a week. Internet has been unstable/down continuously despite multiple complaints. Need immediate resolution and an update today. Please look into this. @jiohome

    Incometax website not working on Jio fibre in Jammu region. I being a chartered accountant is facing a lot of trouble due to this. Called the customer care, no resolution. Please see to this matter. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Vikita, pls make sure this issue to be resolved ASAP even if rather complete refund they can take a cut 10-20% if required I need this issue to be settled today or by these weekend no matter what

    @JioCare There is no error message. The problem is NO NETWORK SIGNAL inside my house. Details: 1) Error message: None. Phone shows "No Service" / "Emergency Calls Only" on Ground Floor 2) Websites/App: All apps - WhatsApp, YouTube, Calls. Nothing works because there is no network.

    @JioCare @AnantAmbani , @JioCare, I received a message today (7:13 PM) stating my complaint (SR00003DFMST) is resolved via remote fix. Rebooted the router—issue persists. The appeal number (1800 889 3999) closes at 6:30 PM and is Mon-Fri only. This is a systemic failure for weekend users
