    Dear @JioCare, I am extremely frustrated with the consistently slow internet speeds I'm experiencing. It is unacceptable that I cannot even stream the FIFA World Cup semi-final due to this poor connectivity. Please resolve this issue immediately. 🤬 #JioDown #FIFAWorldCup

    @JioCare 5 days still jio has no answers. If I call jio internet they say call jio hotstar and wide versa .. pathetic speed , poor network , jio is looting people ..

    @JIOAIRFIBERIN @JioCare i have air Fiber connection and have done multiple complaint as Internet is not working even having recharge still no one is attending and tried two time to resolve through toll free number but not received any resolution. Please look into it .

    @JioCare While I've had to report several issues with my internet service recently, I want to give credit where it's due: when it is working, the connection is absolutely amazing.

    Dear @JioCare, every time it rains, your network completely disappears. After yesterday's rain, there was zero signal—no calls, no internet. This isn't an occasional issue; it's happening repeatedly. Please fix the network in our area permanently instead of temporary solutions.
