    @JioCare @JioCare @jio_fiber My JioFiber connection in Malad East, Mumbai has been down since last Saturday, and the issue is still unresolved. It's been several days without internet, causing major inconvenience. Please prioritize this issue and restore the service at the earliest.

    @JioCare Thank you JioFiber for teaching me advanced networking. Internet down? Change Wi-Fi name. Still down? Change password. Still down? Change both. Who knew SSIDs and passwords were the root cause of all internet connectivity issues? Reference: MR0001R5A9RJ

    @JioCare my jio wifi is not working for almost 24 hours. Engineer came in the morning, not picking phone now. Resolution estimatehas been postponed twice! SR0000380833, Fibre no 1135919327. Please get it working tonight!!!

    @reliancejio @JioCare Had a relocation request for jio fiber, device was submitted at old adress, installation not done at new address, daily automated message coming from jio at 8:33 am of service engineer visit since last 5 days, but no visit, that too after taking rs1200

    @JioCare You provided an easy option in MyJio app to order Jio fiber connection. But you didn't provide a disconnect or cancellation request option. Jio service center number 1800 896 9999 is not working and every time it says temporarily unavailable in your location.

    Waiting 12 days for a refund feels a bit outdated, @JioCare . Cancelled a wrong recharge on May 30, and the amount is still stuck. Could you please look into this and expedite the process? @reliancejio Didn’t expect this type of service so unsatisfactory.
