    @reliancejio @TRAI is there a way to enable DND on all the spam calls? I’m getting atleast 15-20 daily spam calls. Now even blocking the number doesn’t help as its always a new number Please @TRAI take this matter atleast seriously and help all the customers

    @JioCare DM sent with my registered mobile number. I need this resolved TODAY in next 2 hrs so I can WORK — not another bot response OR pointless home visit. Your own technician already confirmed this is a CENTRAL HUB fault. Please escalate it to the team that can fix it @RIL_Updates

    @JioCare Inspite of not using our airfibre data large amount of data has disappeared and our monthly limit exhausted,, it shows 315 GB used on 6 July 26 which is not possible to use this much data with 1 tv and 3 mobiles.please connect to customer care representive
