    This is to raise a very serious complaint regarding the extremely poor network coverage in vill.-Dhaneti,Kutch,Gujrat-370020. For the past several months @JioCare in our area has been suffering from no proper signal, frequent call drops and very slow internet. done MNP by me.

    @reliancejio @JioCare complaint launched at 9.20 AM for Jio fiber. No update , neither service engineer assigned. Call centre not reachable...What a pathetic service!!!!!

    @JioCare Hi. It's been 11 days since my last complaint, yet no response from any of your service engineers or customer care. And yes, I have already tried the reschedules and requests multiple times. Thanks for your pathetic service. Finally switching over. @DoT_India @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare @JioCare i am unable to reschedule my appointment. it is showing from last 8 days that "Assigning an engineer" but no one has visited yet and my problem has not been solved. kindly fix this issue earliest. i am facing huge problems
