    @reliancejio @JioCare Not assigned any engineer for the scheduled Service request raised for 05-JULY-2026 6 PM. Waste of customer time and facing same issue multiple times. Every time customer have to face problems. Very pathetic service.

    @JioCare @Real_Divyanshi I have been using Jio broadband for over five years now. While the service is dependable and useful, the charges and quality are, unfortunately deceptive. When I pay for 300 Mbps, I get the additional OTT channels and other options, but the speed remains within 90 to 100 Mbps

    @JioCare The request was raised on 1st July,the issue still persists but no resolution.These automated massage won't help me at all.I need the details like what action has been taken to resolve the issue.
