How much time you need to activate anew sim-seems a week isn't enough? Should I try another service provider- they can do it in 1 day?

Ch shrikant (@shri_390) reported@JioCare I mistakenly recharged ₹2,350 on my old suspended JioFiber account instead of my active connection. My concern is that a suspended account was still able to accept the recharge. Kindly help with a refund or transfer of the amount. Details can be shared via DM.

Pushkaraj Korde (@korde_pushkaraj) reported@JioCare @JioHotstar Paid my bill. Subscription shows ACTIVE in MyJio, but JioHotstar says I have no subscription and asks me to pay again. Jio blames Hotstar. Hotstar blames Jio. Multiple complaints, zero solution. Pathetic customer service.
