    Pathetic customer care service from jio fibre. Internet is down for days and this godforsaken jio app is useless. Everyday they assign someone to attend to the request and then reschedule it. Extremely disappointed @JioCare @reliancejio @jio

    @JioCare I have a 4-month plan with Jio Fiber, but my Wi-Fi hasn't been working for the past 10 days. A red light is blinking; when I contacted customer care and the operator, they said it was a tower issue that would be resolved, but it still hasn't been fixed. #poorservice

    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare i have done a recharge for a year but on 3rd but the recharge is not reflected till now, and your Chatbot didn’t understand or have any solutions for these type of problems @jio
