    From last 2 months, Jio AirFiber has failed to provide the basic service we paid for. Live TV dn't work on the Jio AirFiber Set-Top Box, and none of the channels are accessible. I checked with other families,they're facing the same issue. Please fix this.@reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare I concern my problem on 2nd Jun, for refund my booking amount. but it's now 8th July, still I don't have any update on it. should you really want to refund my amount to my bank account.

    @JioCare @reliancejio a generic template reply after 5 days of a areawide outage in Vileparle east is unacceptable. How do you expect us to run business and automation with zero timeline for repairs? Need a concrete resolution time. Demand a bill rebate for days of lost service

    Hey @JioCare, My internet has been completely unusable despite showing full 5G signal. I couldn't even send a simple WhatsApp message or access basic online services. (1/3)

    @JioCare Every time I contact customer care for an update, they initiate the cancellation process instead of resolving the issue. I never requested cancellation. This is unacceptable. Please resolve this immediately and complete my installation at the earliest.
