    What a pathetic service @JioCare. I am a tortured customer of @JioCare. My jio fiber stopped working again third time in 2 months. It is around 400 meters long wire that was stretched/placed from Jio pole to my place for my connection. I had given them around 2500 INR in cash.

    @reliancejio @JioCare My Jiofiber connection is not working & instead of solving my problem your officials are asking me to close the connection. I had paid for four months of connection in advance but not able to excess the service. Very poor type of services Jio is providing.
