  @JioCare In my fibre plan my 4G connection isn't working, only the 5G connection is working. I have changed the name, password and everything which ever I can do but it's still not working. I hope to have an engineer visit , the only way it will help me.

  @JioCare I have already run the diagnostic as instructed. It DID NOT work. The issue is simple: JioTV+ keeps asking for a login OTP again and again. Stop sending me the same troubleshooting steps. I need an actual technical team/technician to resolve this. @reliancejio @JioCare
