    @JioCare Still no response on my issue. JioFiber not working (red LOS light) since long time. Already shared details via DM but no resolution yet. This is very disappointing. Please resolve urgently or escalate the issue.

    When you contact a customer support you expect them to help you but only in @reliancejio you'll see customer support who hung up on you when you started complaining. An entire department of unprofessionals and fools. India's biggest scammer @reliancejio .
