@reliancejio @MukeshAmba @Nitaambani56 I have a JIO Connection from 1.5 yrs,now I am shifting the flat. In new society JIO is available, but JIO asking me to cancel this connection and take new. I recharged 1 yr pkg, also why I should bear Installation charges again. SR000016QCWP

Realising what a bad mistake I made by shifting my broadband connection from #airtel to #JioFiber. Been 3 days of no internet. Called #jiocare numerous times and now have lost the will to be angry and still without internet. Sincere advice: Don’t make the same mistake I made.

@anandparora @reliancejio Moreover I am yet to receive free two months worth of internet.. The engineer who first arrived was rude and also misbehaved with me and the society people when he was asked to do the connection using other alternatives..
