    @JioCare Where is the installation done? Could you please confirm?All the problem is created just because your salesman has miscommunicated. The installation has not been done till now and the payment for subscription is taken by you on 5th May, 2022

    @reliancejio guys have some shame. The internet was down for 5 days and although it's working now, there's no compensation or validity extension offered. It was your fault and agony for us and still no compensation. Is this how you plan to become market leader?
