    @JioCare My postpaid connection was terminated before 3 months ago and I haven't received a refund on the deposit and excess payments. No proper response from the customer support too.

    @reliancejio As per my understanding don't recharge more than 180 days in jio if any problem comes nobody will help you , very very pathetic and irresponsible behaviour, did not expected this from jio 2/2

    @JioCare Jio fiber not only cheats customers by giving initially free and then after sale service is not at all tolerable. From last one week Iam following up with customer care for no internet in my home due to cable cut,but still no people visit at my home and thier customer
