  @IncomeTaxIndia Thank you. I immediately received a call from the Income Tax team. The portal is working fine after switching to Airtel mobile hotspot. Not sure why the Income Tax login has not been working on JioFiber Wi-Fi since this morning.@JioCare

  @JioCare @airtelindia A decade long Airtel user, I regret switching to Jio. Poor network and abusive behavior from your representative. My family has 7 Jio users, and all of us now want to port back to Airtel. Jio should be ashamed of this customer service.

  hello @JioCare @reliancejio there is disruption in Jio Fibre services since friday night, yesterday they said that services will get restored by 9 AM today and its still the same issue. Your team has missed 4 deadlines given by them to resinstate the network
