    @reliancejio @JioCare I have lost my SIM during travel. SIM belongs to Mumbai and while i am in Bangalore the local vendors say they can't replace the SIM and your customer care is consistent clueless. Tell me what to do?

    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio Fiber connection down 3rd time this month. 11-12 days downtime in a month. Tomorrow my plan is going to expire should I surrender my Jio Fiber connection. Jio's service is like a local provider unprofessional.

    @JioCare Facing pathetic customer support from your jiofiber team. its been 3 days since my jiofiber net stopped working. repeated complaint and multiple follow-up didn't resolved issue.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio make your network strong that ur customer c'd sit in home nd talk over phone ryt now we hv to come out from home to make call nd use of phone. U ppl don't care i complain many time but there is no solution from ur end.

    @JioCare I tried to make call to customer care but unable to reach . One time I was successful to talk to your executive but he refused to help . After recharge of 999 + GST my ott app now working . My jio Fiber no 7752358087 . Arrange a visit of technical support executive.
