    @reliancejio @JioCare I have lost my SIM during travel. SIM belongs to Mumbai and while i am in Bangalore the local vendors say they can't replace the SIM and your customer care is consistent clueless. Tell me what to do?

    Took 3 calls and 30 mins to connext to an executive to request a disconnection, and the person is dragging the call. @JioCare @reliancejio pathetic internet speed and even worst customer care experience
