    @reliancejio @JioCare I have lost my SIM during travel. SIM belongs to Mumbai and while i am in Bangalore the local vendors say they can't replace the SIM and your customer care is consistent clueless. Tell me what to do?

    @JioCare No Jio AirFiber service since 25 July despite 5 complaints to customer care. If the issue is not resolved by 11:00 AM tomorrow, I will throw the box in the dustbin and post the video publicly. This is unacceptable customer service. Please resolve the issue immediate

    @JioCare sucks! JioFiber is down since yesterday morning and nothing has been done to restore it. No technician visit scheduled. No updates. It's not raining, it's not windy, yet WiFi not working.

    @JioCare @JioCare The speed gets worse throughout the day: 6–9 AM ~15 Mbps, 10 AM–2 PM ~7 Mbps, 2–6 PM only 3–5 Mbps, and evenings 400 Kbps–3.5 Mbps on my 30 Mbps plan. This clearly looks like a peak-hour/network capacity issue. Please FIX it permanently.

    @JioCare what exactly am I paying for? I registered a complaint on 23rd July for constant internet disruptions. Since then, my complaint has been automatically cancelled twice, and the issue still hasn’t been resolved. This is beyond frustrating.
