    @reliancejio @JioCare I have lost my SIM during travel. SIM belongs to Mumbai and while i am in Bangalore the local vendors say they can't replace the SIM and your customer care is consistent clueless. Tell me what to do?

    @reliancejio I want to upgrade my 30mbps plan to 150mbps and as per the suggestion from customer care I did the recharge of RS999 and activate the new plan but it is still showing currently two plans are active and speed is still 30mbps this ridiculous.

    @JioCare @reliancejio your technicians are showing no signs of showing up to fix my internet. My request id is SR000014GL5X. I was told they would come between 5 and 8 pm yesterday but nothing. Hello!!

    @reliancejio I have already tried every possible check also restart the router with gap of 5 minutes How is it possible that the two plans active at the same time. Customer care is helpless they know nothing.

    @JioCare @Rasu4thalapathi I've tried it several times. Now I'm tired. The only hyperactive section of jio telecom is @JioCare , how they act like the problem will be solved in 2 minutes. But I'm requesting for 4 to 5 years yet no improvement. During peak time a WhatsApp message can't be sent. This is 4g

    @JioCare My JioFiber Service ID 299856377003 Your one employee came and took rs. 1500 in favour of a new connection But when your field team came at my premises they denied for new connection.. What we do now.

    @Advice03431142 I also have very very poor Jio data connectivity. Have written many times to @JioCare since 2017. But they have done nothing. Everytime they gave the excuse of not finding place to install tower. I stay at one of the best localities.

    @JioCare dear jio ! You say it's 4G But it rarely goes over 200KB/S. On my complains getting same answers everytime. I came from @airtelindia for better services now I am regretting I should move back to airtel again. Very frustrating service from @reliancejio
