@reliancejio @JioCare I have lost my SIM during travel. SIM belongs to Mumbai and while i am in Bangalore the local vendors say they can't replace the SIM and your customer care is consistent clueless. Tell me what to do?

@reliancejio it's vulnerable that for @jiocare customer concern is not a concern, that is what customer care executives at no 18008969999 is saying so. However I have recorded the call for further arbitration, and waiting for a reply from the team.
