    @reliancejio @JioCare I have lost my SIM during travel. SIM belongs to Mumbai and while i am in Bangalore the local vendors say they can't replace the SIM and your customer care is consistent clueless. Tell me what to do?

    @JioCare Hi I'm using jio wifi for a while but it's not working properly for more than 3 days, when I tried to reach the jio care rep, no one is understanding the language Tamil or English, here the internet is disconnecting frequently, and I'm doing work from home, coz of this.1

    @JioCare My job got affected due to poor services of jio fiber at my location , its very painful after a such long conversation, you guys could not resolve my issue. Had very pathetic experience and will update this conversation on my professional network as well.
