    @reliancejio @JioCare I have lost my SIM during travel. SIM belongs to Mumbai and while i am in Bangalore the local vendors say they can't replace the SIM and your customer care is consistent clueless. Tell me what to do?

    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio's service is becoming very pathetic day by day. It takes a week to fix it and no one answers it. If it continues like this, then there will be nothing left except removing the Jio Fiber connection.

    @reliancejio @JioCare your customer care is really pathetic. I contacted twice regarding issue with my JioHome connection and without giving resolution, your representative choose to disconnect the call. Are u really customer centric people? @TRAI

    Ticket Reference:SR00002KC5L4 @JioCare @jio_fiber Jio fiber connection is down since 5th April and no update from your side. Assigned engineer is rescheduling the visit again and again.This is unacceptable.Need immediate resolution.

    @JioCare My JioAirFiber internet has been not working for the last 3 days (Request ID: SR0000331505). No call or visit from the assigned engineer, Jitendra Kumar Saini, and he is also not answering calls. if this is not resolved by today i will go with Airtel.

    @JioCare I have applied for 2 new sim and done recharge of 349 separately for 2 sim sim automatically cancel by your system.when I will get refund.i done email also to jio care not getting proper solution.very worst response i dont expect My number 7291939515

    @JioCare Your service and installation team are harassing us for extra money to repair or install AirFiber in Doddaballapur region of Bangalore Rural. I have disconnected and my father paid for new order. The issue is same. They do not respond to calls or neither install.
