    @reliancejio @JioCare I have lost my SIM during travel. SIM belongs to Mumbai and while i am in Bangalore the local vendors say they can't replace the SIM and your customer care is consistent clueless. Tell me what to do?

    @JioCare Such a big player in the arena cannot solve an issue for such long time & expect us to be patient ,can u show the same patience by avoiding disconnections for your subscribers if bills are not paid on time .10 days & no call or action on the complaint. Incompetency at its peak

    @JioCare Since 4 days my jio fiber line is down and everyday I am getting a message that engineer will be sent and when then another message that request has been put on hold due to technical reasons.If you are not inclined to fix the issue please inform and I will move to Airtel

    @reliancejio @JioCare You have one of the most worst service ever, the connectivity is down since yesterday evening 7 and it's likely to be restored by today 7 evening, I am loosing 1 day of service but paying for entire month. WFH impossible @PMOIndia

    Dear @JioCare Jio Home WiFi service in my area has become extremely distressful. Internet signals are completely unavailable. Despite restarting the router multiple times, the issue still continues. Kindly resolve the network problem in my location asap @reliancejio

    Hii @JioCare @reliancejio ORN-NO00015EFYIH I ordered a new Jio SIM and was assured it would be delivered within a few hours, but it has now been more than 2 days and I still haven’t received it. This delay is completely unacceptable. No proper update or support.

    The @JioCare range is very poor and needs improvement. If the issue continues, I may port my number to Airtel. My earlier experience is very good with @airtel

    @JioCare I am sick of you guys ! Simply creating the service tickets and not refunding money ! It’s been 12 days now. Have some shame!! I have suggested my family members to disconnect from Jio fiber and port from Jio mobile
