    @JioCare @FibreJio @reliancejio fibre services are pathetic here in Mohali. My fibre is not working since 16 Apr 26 and they have scheduled engineering visit for 24 Apr 26, every time customer care says visit is scheduled. What about this 7 days gap of no internet ?

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio ​ It’s 11 PM and the issue remains unresolved. What is the point of a 5G recharge if I'm stuck with 0.2 Mbps speed and constant buffering? Your replies don't compensate for my wasted validity and money. Stop giving me generic assurances and fix it asap!

    @JioCare @JioCare the installation has not been done for the number 9444584145. You have to give the advance Rs.1000. We did not cancel any subscription or have any bank statement. I have sent the Rs.1000 transaction id

    @reliancejio In Rewa Madhya Pradesh Chirahula Colony Network is not working and my Air fiber connection and Internet is not working from 3:00 pm . So Kindly check the reason and maintain the connectivity so we use the services properly.

    @JioCare Truly, I have never experienced a company as shameless as Jio. It is a shameless company of lying, these people have studied to fool people.Apart from fooling the public, it is not doing any work. I had said this earlier and I am saying it today also.

    @JioCare ‘Next few hours’ is open ended. It neither resolves my query nor gives a definitive timeline. These ‘temporary issues’ are happening quite frequently without any logical reasoning. It’s a shame that a company like @reliancejio cannot manage its services inline with global players.
