@reliancejio @JioCare I have lost my SIM during travel. SIM belongs to Mumbai and while i am in Bangalore the local vendors say they can't replace the SIM and your customer care is consistent clueless. Tell me what to do?

@reliancejio has great network but terrible customer support. I keep getting calls for credit cards even though I’m on their DND list, they’ll ask you vague questions about time of call/duration/phone number and not solve the actual issue

@JioCare @reliancejio My JIO Fiber connection account is auto-deactivated. I have 2 connections, 1 connection I was not using for sometime, but now when I am checking I can only see 1 connection, the other connection is auto-deactivated and invisible. Please help.
