Neeraj Prasad (@PRASADJI13) reported@reliancejio My JioFiber has been disconnected since 14/08/2026. I raised complaints twice, but your engineer marked them as resolved/cancelled without actually fixing the issue. He also took an OTP and linked my Jio number to his own phone. @jio_fiber @JioCare
