@Neeraj_Sharma_ @reliancejio @JioCare I am going to approach consumer court on this issue..I am sure the company can't hide behind technicalities. Company's onfield staff had asked me to redeem the voucher. I even have recorded this conversation with him. Jio is surely on the wrong side of the law.
