@reliancejio suffered due to weak internet speed..from 4-6 months please look this matter seriously.. Airtel emerged to strengthen its network range and speed and increase users due to lack of your services.

@JioCare's tower was recently erected in our village and in those 20 days the network was not working for almost 15 days and today there is a situation where even a simple call does not come home and rob the poor people under the name of 4G. These are the jio Company ...........

@reliancejio @JioCare such a pathetic customer care. My cousin mobile stolen in Amsterdam to block the sim visited store and calling customer care regularly but no one from @reliancejio cooperating. Such a poor customer service

@JioCare took jio fiber as a free trail for a month paying rs1500 security deposit which was refundable on termination within 30days,since I didn't like the service i requested for disconnection within 30days. Now jio has paid only rs500 refund. #scam #fraud

@JioCare @somitsrivastav_ Jio 5G welcome offer not received yet, network is also available, 5g mobile is also recharged, latest software is also updated, yet Jio 5g offer is not received. Airtel is better than this, 5G network is also coming and running. Jio is bad
