@JioCare @reliancejio @PIB_India jio network in this (village-Aganagar,Post-purusottampur,P.S.-maniyari,district-muzaffarpur,pincode-842002)area is very poor. Also calling problem and browsing problem. I am complain many times but company did not take any action.

@reliancejio I am unable to use free ott on mobile even after subscription of rs 1499/-.It has beem more than 1 year but there is no service to activate.Its very sad and unfortunate.

@reliancejio @JioCare Fibre outage in Prabhadevi, Mumbai, since morning. How much longer? Why does it take a full day, & why no communication to customers? Or is it that you aren't aware? Please address urgently. Data is too critical to have such such long resolution times.

@reliancejio @JioCare @JioChat More than 96 hours from payment made and still not STB is installed in my premises. The service is activated and am not able to enjoy the service. No value for my money , this is Jio Fiber. Worst customer service experience.
