  Thank you @reliancejio @JioCare for the poor Jio AirFiber service. Internet was down from 3 May to 10 May. Complaint registered on day 1, but no engineer visited despite repeated follow-ups. Issue resolved only after I requested disconnection. Now even 199 call are disconnecting.

  @JioCare @JioCare I ported my no. from Vi to Jio expecting better network & internet service,but unfortunately the experience has become worse.Facing poor signal strength,frequent call drops & very slow internet speed in my area.Kindly look into this issue &improve the service urgently

  Facing internet issues with JioAirFiber for the last 10–15 days. Contacted customer care multiple times since last week, but still no resolution. Only getting repeated “4 hours” promises with no actual fix. Very disappointing support experience. @JioCare please resolve this.
