    @reliancejio @JioCare Hello. I'm unable to send sms. Faced same issue few yrs back, still not resolved. Ur customer sometimes ask to top up, sometimes they ask to recharge with some other plan etc etc. Pls confirm porting out procedure.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup A service request SR000015QO8L for Jio Fiber was created for the issue on 13th July and had a resolution by 20th july. Till today(27th July) there seem to be no resolution on the same. Please look into it. #jiofiber

    @reliancejio Hi is there any way to auto activate the recharge that we have done . i do my recharge in advance. but still my data stops in the middle of a meeting. i am supposed to login to jio app and activate the new pack. this is causing trouble. please add auto activation
