    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio how can the service from your end be in such a bad state. I have been highlighting it over the last 35 days. I even received a call with assurance that I will receive my refund by 4th Aug. I am still waiting for my own money.. for no fault of mine..

    @JioCare I would like to know why was the visit by the engineer rescheduled without talking to me? Patience and understanding holds true for companies genuinely trying to help,your technicians unilaterally take decisions and frankly I'm running out of patience

    @JioCare @JioCare At every step you guys are charging money (5+ month service left and ₹2200 paid over and above), but I still didn’t get the connection I paid for. It is very frustrating that no customer care is able to help. What kind of scam is this? Who is responsible?
