    @JioCare Why do you make your customer fool. I unsubscribed from your jio fibre and need refund immediately. Nobody is coming pick up the device. Since 15 days you just call and say 'we tried contacting you'. Truth is nobody contacts for device pick up

    @reliancejio My regd mobile is 9890155456. It's 36 hours n more and no service engineer deputed for non availability of WIFI. So much for the service. Adv Aniruddha Deo

    @jiofiber @JioCare You have the largest mobile network in India. But when it's come to jiofiber network you always failed. Why you guys not providing internet broadband connection In Noida Sec 49, Yamha Vihar socity, It's come in National Capital Region. It's very shameful.

    @reliancejio @RelianceDigital @TRAI On 26th October, I received a call from a jio sales agent asking if my jio fiber connection was facing issues. I was having consistent issues with the wifi so i told him so. He said that jio is offering router upgrade.

    @JioCare @reliancejio has worst customer service, these people aren't customer oriented. Without my acknowledgement I found my data has been exhausted every day in the morning & no data history has been shown. In the history the usage from complete data has been shown at a time
