    @JioCare @nuwal_prakhar Jio has the worst customer care services. I raised complaints for slow internet, they keep disconnecting my call.

    Dear @airtelindia kindly give some good internet experience to your user. I'm facing worst network in my area from last month. I need to wait 10-15 just to load a search. Probably I'm waiting for my recharge to end. I will definitely try to port my sim to @reliancejio

    @JioCare @Jiofiber Appointment is booked from last 2 weeks, but no one will turn up for my home for installation, simply for name sake appointments are booking, please call my mobile, will explain you clearly if jio wants to help me call me atleast once, I am waiting since 3 week

    @JioCare your Jio service is down every other day and you guys take 48 hrs to do nothing.. after which we complain again.. and the same response comes .. if Jio is not able to provide service in mumbai, you should simply stop cheating customers in the name of non-existent service!
