Worst service ever it's not even a month since they did the rewiring & again we have a broken wire. I had requested to shift the connection on same side of pole so that it doesn't happen again but jio doesn't care about its customers. @JioCare @JioGigaFibre @consumerforum_

@reliancejio I am made a complain regarding internet issue 3 days back. Till now the issue is not get resolved. The Jio technician and his manager has said yesterday (Sunday) that the internet box is not working and it will be fixed by today EOD. Still the issue was not fixed.

@JioCare Now it's been 5 days still no resolution or any technician visit. The CC just sitting back, saying sorry and rescheduling visit.Yesterday they did something new...closed my ticket saying resolved, without even visiting my premises. Extremely disappointed @JioCare
