@JioCare I have Jio fibre 999 plan in which I get Amazon prime subscription but on login with registered number it is showing 'you don't have active subscription plan'.Amazon Customer support saying they can't see active plan at Their end.Resolve this issue ASAP @JioFiberVoice

@JioCare I referred 3-4 people from my society. Now i think agent wants to install everyone at the same time to avoid coming back again even though I paid 3 days prior to them. Everyday appointment is getting rescheduled. Trusting jio and disconnecting previous service was mistake

@JioCare @reliancejio Why can't you improve your services ... Very disappointed with how the whole outage is being handled and customer being penalized for having no connectivity which he has already paid for ! You should give a 3 days credit due to network not being available!
