  @JioCare With reference to Service Request Number SR00001DRSTZ for your Jio Fiber. I had specifically informed customer service to tell the engineer to get cable that has broken close to one year but how is it possible that you will follow the request. Pathetic service

  @reliancejio @DoT_India this is regarding my jiofibre no. 07613559453 disconnection request. The expected time of resolution was 10th sept. But today I received a call from the company that my request is declined as I could not be reached. No team has contacted me till date.
