Nikhil Singh (@k9X3AUGzGpuqMbx) reported@JioCare The Wi-Fi has been slow for a week so slow that even 144p videos won't play, and sometimes it doesn't work at all for hours. The service is terrible; when I speak to customer care, they claim it's a technical issue that will be resolved in a few hours, but it never gets.
