I again had to raise another SR. The whole system is behaving fraudulent. Something is not right. Pls get my connect restored.

Internet is barely working and calls are frequently dropping. This issue has been persistent for a long time. Kindly look into it urgently and resolve it.

Jio customer care services are ultra poor. AI can do better job then you. JIO can save spending money on useless activities(customer care) by using AI
