    Jio fiber technical support staff are suggesting me to cancel my connection and demand refund of my monthly charges instead of providing support on wire cut. @reliancejio @JioCare @ANI When I requested to update same on ticket, he said ticket will be open forever, no one mind!

    @JioCare It was installed but there are connectivity issues. Messages and emails take time to deliver. Social media sites take time to render. If these issues can't be resolved then refund me my money and I will go for other providers.

    recharged my JIO Postpaid using Paytm, for Rs. 666. Now after successful recharge customer is saying that it is addon on your number and now Rs 10 will be deduct for next 5 years from that amount. They can't do anything with this...WTF!! @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    @JioCare This is to bring to your notice that in reference to Service No. SR00001AUOUV, I have been following up for multiple days without any resolution. Service engineers shamelessly mark tickets as resolved without visiting or actually fixing this issue. #jiofiberfraud
