    @JioCare @reliancejio is the worse than airtel. They'll give you directions for everything and won't bother to give u a call or check anything at their end AT ALL.. so furious in the first month with jio... Worst every service company

    @JioCare Back end problem also takes 24 hours to solve never knew. Router stopped working on its own, saw an engineer even working on the pole box but seems left without resolving the complaint. Prepaid does not mean "no net service"

    Desperately wanted to be a part of a discussion on intergenerational mobility in India but my zoom wouldn't stop disconnecting at the crucial moments. I am totally done by @reliancejio network in my area and we don't have good WiFi service options either.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Repetitive complaint on slow internet and no resolution. Only assurance will resolve in 11 days, and that 11 days did not came after 4 months. Around 30-40 complaints. Are you selling 2g at cost of 4g. Now time to port back to @JioCare

    @JioCare Worst customer service. i called for the customer support and they put me on hold for 5minutes and then disconnected the call. I have had better service at dhabas..
