    @JioCare I already shared last week.. 5G not working.. mobile network is always in LTE Even in open areas.. its not just in one area.. check your network in entire hyd Jio fiber also not working properly

    @JioCare shame on this level of customer service. you happly collected the payment, completed KYC, and then disappeared. its been 6 days, not a single call, not a single update and customer care is nothing but an useless IVR loop. visited the jio store only to hear: "there is no stock... wait for 15-17 days. your money will be refunded automatically." if there is no stock, why r u accepting bookings, collecting payments and completing KYC? why make customers block their money as well as time for weeks without any service? this is not a delay. this is a complete failure of customer services. either prvide the service immediately or refund the amt. i expect a solution, not another automated response.

    @JioCare you are repeating the same hand written notes which your customer care executive did in call. I would like to repeat here that this is not helping at all. Kindly arrange engineer visit to my home asap. My STT AND REMOTE IS NOT WORKING.

    Very disappointed with @JioCare. I paid ₹10,000 on 20-06-2026 for a JioFiber Smart Society Plan, but still not activated. No KYC has been completed, Despite multiple follow-ups and emails to Customer Care, I haven’t received any response on my email either. @reliancejio @TRAI

    @JioCare @JioCare “No delay in resolution” is a shocking statement. My JioFiber service remained unavailable for 6 days. During those 6 days, I received nothing but repeated messages extending the restoration time. When a technician finally visited, the issue was resolved in under 10 mins
