    @JioCare No you don't. My father's phone has 5G unlimited pack activated but he didn't get congratulations message and 5G doesn't seem to be working properly. Doesn't connect to Jio True 5G network always. So what is going on? Did you give my father's number Jio True 5G or not?

    @reliancejio How Pathetic your service can be I booked Jio Fiber on 10th December 2022 till now after 48 hours no news and NOBODY BOTHER TO COME DOWN AND CALL ME. Why you people collect 6 months advance payment of 2824. JUST TO HARASS POOR PEOPLE BELIVING YOU WE WILL GET GOOD.

    @JioCare your jio wifi sales and support team is poorly aligned. Despite my request for wifi connection,I'm given excuses for past 2 days by them. Now having prepaid for it for 6months without any action on installation from your end,feel I've decided wrongly. Responding?
