    @JioCare and the service is still completely unavailable. I want this escalated to the Appellate Authority. I also want the applicable billing adjustment for the period during which the service has been unavailable.

    @JioCare @iamOprathore The connection has been extremely poor for the past couple of hours, and it took almost 30 minutes just to download a 1.5 MB file. Yhis is significantly affecting my work. I had to take leave today because of the connectivity problem, which has been quite frustrating.

    Despite repeatedly following up with Jio’s TRF team, I have still received no response, and my issue remains unresolved. How many times does a customer need to follow up to get a genuine resolution? @reliancejio Please take this matter seriously and resolve the issue at earliest
