Jayprakash (@jaynaidu87) reported@JioCare Issue persists. I want to discontinue the service. Visited Jio store and spoke with agent but they said it can be done online. Your IVR service does not give the option saying engineer visit is pending which is ever pending. Just disconnect the service.
