    @JioCare SR00001DLK00: It ws 2nd consecutive day after halt my 2ndary phone number, I hv bin waiting 4 a call frm d support team to fix my issue so that I cn pay the remaining bill amount. It seems Jio doesn't bother abt my pain. Worst customer service I ever had with anyone.

    @JioCare I am having an issue with sending an text sms. No proper resolution from Jio IR support team. I had a chat with Chhavi, he/she tried all the possible still the issue is not solved and chat session was closed in the middle of the discussion. Felt very bad on this.
