@JioCare Hey Jio, For the last few days your services in our area (Bahut, Mohali, Punjab)are getting worst. You should remember that besides making remin der calls to your customers to recharge their plan, providing good service to them is also your core responsibility.

@reliancejio worst company I took jio postpaid plan and never took complimentary subscription of Amazon prime later I downgrade my plan after few months again I upgrade my plan and they are telling me that I'm doing fraud. I better switch to other company than this crap @JioCare

@JioCare very bad experience. Have already applied for jio fibre installation and paid the full amount also. Time also alloted 2 me but no call from any engineer or representative for installation of jio fibre. Waited whole day long for installation, but no response @reliancejio

@JioCare My relocation request was just 3 homes away, which takes less than 1 min to walk . I am loosing money for 3 months prepaid, but I am happy I am moving away out of jio now. Internet speed alone is not enough @JioCare you need customer service integrity.

Why telecom companies issued someone's old number which got inactive to new customers. New customers continuously receive calls of old customer's contacts. It is really very problematic @airtelindia @reliancejio
