No customer care exicutive attend customer except computerised generated reply, which does not solve the problem. Because of this I have decided to ger port this number to other provider.

Every 5 mins phone needs a restart for making up the calls. Data is working fine. Not sure what is wrong with calling mechanism. Jio store Kakadev not able to resolve.
