    @reliancejio @JioCare You are doing nothing except making fool to customers & when I everytime talk to customer executive he just have one word to say we are working on this we will resolve this issue even I get bored to listen these lines from very long time.

    @JioCare We are getting very low download speed in IIT, Kanpur, most of the time below 1 mb/s since last few months and at some places in IIT Kanpur we found no signal like Shopping center. Please improve downloading speed and connectivity as well🙏

    @beebomco @reliancejio I too bought Jio, but not happy with speeds in Kanpur, complained about it 3 times but yet the reply is same, "we are working on this issue, you will get better speeds in 90 days."

    @JioCare Description - no network coverage indoor and outdoor house in all sites of house and all particular location of the house,network was not coming indoor house and outdoor house and network was fluctuating and searching all the times in all sites of house and only 1 or 2

    @reliancejio @JioCare what's the point in raising a service request and booking a slot if it is not followed up. On top of of it it has been over 24 hours no update /calls on the request raised.

    @JioCare Loyal Jiofiber customer in Mumbai for 2 years. Unable to shift our connection to new home since >2 weeks. Stuck in an endless loop of your backend IT system. No one is able to resolve after hours of follow up. Pl. Help ASAP. Else sadly will have to disconnect JIO
