    @ViCustomerCare Why you guys completely shut down the internet after daily pack ends. Person even can’t recharge 🤨. Learn from @JioCare at least they just reduce speed not off that completely. @VodaIdea_NEWS Have you guys faced this issue?

    @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI : Network has been pathetic for me 9588471839. Not able to recieve or dial calls. Every 5 mins phone needs a restart for making up the calls. Data is working fine. Not sure what is wrong with calling mechanism. Jio store Kakadev not able to resolve.

    @JioCare I sent my no. & alternate no. In box. Kindly resolve the problem so that I may dial to toll free no. Starting 1800. I surprised when I dialed Jio help line no. +91-18008899999 which was not connected. When I tried with 199 could not contacted representetive.

    @JioCare Jio fiber chore offer trail i m disconnected connection in 30 days under and @reliancejio pickup in 90 days then i m received only 500₹ and 1000₹ pending when you send so ye kiska problem hai #JioFiber #fraud

    @Airtel_Presence I don’t understand why you charge for replacing the DTH box. If the box isn’t working properly, whose fault is it and why should the customer bear the cost? It is better to opt out and choose another @JioCare @BSNLCorporate

    @JioCare Only when i have intervened you are saying this.. no text was received regarding this and no issue has been resolved. Kindly make sure the customer is also listened to.. whatever i am paying is for the whole month, if i get issues for 7 days will you grant any compensation?
