    @JioCare Nisha my request is in process but the details which I have shared is a new development. Jiofibercare excuse is absurd. They took working device & replaced with refurbished for no reason. Now @reliancejio deduct my deposit due their useless field service engineer mistake

    @JioCare and now you have removed all the ways I can reach your customer care. Hot line - call answered and ended by the robot. Chat - JioGin, Doesn't understand any inputs, has its own mind. So basically, we can't provide you any inputs of our issues or your inefficiency.

    if UPSC asks the question “how can a jio airfiber user cancel his connection” 100 out of 100 will fail the exam. @JIOAIRFIBERIN @JioCare pathetic tactics making it impossible yo cancel a connection with ease opting for new connection is sooo easy tho

    @FibreJio @reliancejio @gtailor7 Despite multiple complaints registered for my jio Fibre connection in Surat area, I have not received any solution. Green light in the Fibre device is reflecting but there is no internet. Please resolve this on urgent basis

    Pathetic service by @JioCare @reliancejio. Fiber down 24+ hrs. Home is cell dead-zone. Left work early & lost a client because tech promised a 6PM slot. He completely no-shows, then FRAUDULENTLY marks system as "customer rescheduled" to Saturday! SR00002MF5LG. Fix this tomorrow!

    @JioCare The Wi-Fi was installed yesterday. This morning, the wifi was not working and when I called the person who installed it because he said, “Sir, it looks like it has been stolen,” and he sounded quite sure. So we went to Terrace and found the device missing. 😭😭

    @JioCare you being one of the most disgusting and pathetic service provider. I have raised complaint 3 days back but till date you unable to resolve the complaint and just keep sending update of reschedule. B4 you ask Service number - SR00003AJNDD..fraudulent service provider.
