    @JioCare 2. And second thing speed of Jio network is also very poor and slow. How to get solution as no positive response from customer care also.

    @JioCare Since 15 days, im struggling without internet. I know the pain and how im working. If u are incapable of resolvingi will switch to other vendor. If i raise a complain u service request created without resolving ticket will be cancelled. With out providing service charged on usage

    @JioCare @jagograhakjago Dear Sudhanshu , aren't you tired of sending same tempelate again and again from 13th July since a posted .Now even my JIO Acc is expired,what should i do now, Renew or and again waste money when JIO FIBER is not working for days .My Above service req still open

    @JioCare advice to all, based on my experience, when it come to broadband, avoid @reliancejio like the plague!! We've never had a day/week or month without connectivity issues!!and the cherry on the top is their incompetent customer support system that will make you a BP patient!!

    @JioCare Why the IVR options has been removed with your voice assistant which is useless, it's not able to understand anything and not allowing to connect to customer care executive and repeating the same dialogue again and again?

    @JioCare you are repeating the same hand written notes which your customer care executive did in call. I would like to repeat here that this is not helping at all. Kindly arrange engineer visit to my home asap. My STT AND REMOTE IS NOT WORKING.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Paying for 30 Mbps but getting only 3-7 Mbps! Multiple complaints ignored. Engineers loop-reschedule visits, and tickets get closed automatically without any resolution. Fix this scam!🔴 Current Open SR: SR00003BQCJ9
