    @JioCare 2. And second thing speed of Jio network is also very poor and slow. How to get solution as no positive response from customer care also.

    Was not using Fiber from few months, received notification that connection is suspended, recharge to resume. I made payment and now support is saying connection is closed. Please refund the amount so I can take new connection or give new connection with that amount @JioCare

    @JioCare Your complaints never end. You simply close the complaint. Then you call again, then you file a new complaint. Tell me when we'll get a solution, don't you give us an exact time?

    @JioCare My JioFiber has been dead since the 31st (SR00003FFX7N) After skipping 3 scheduled slots ur engineer calls just to say he wont come bcs he got wet. Who is accountable fr my ongoing downtime? Fix this TODAY or I'll terminate my connection & escalate this to consumer forum

    🚨 Fraud alert-be cautious with Jio! If you’re in non-metro city,think twice before paying an advance .they take the payment upfront,fail to provide the service due to infrastructure issues,then refuse to refund, citing their refund policy. #jio #reliance @reliancejio #fraudJio
