    @GTPLHathwayLtd @reliancejio All telecom providers are thief. I am having broadband from GTPL with speed of 40 MBPS. Never got speed of 20 MBPS also. Now there engineer is saying for 40 MBPS plan you will get 4 MBPS speed only. Pathathtic Services. @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @JioCare Eversince u assured of priority visit by ur engineer, the visit is pending for over 18 hrs now..I feel street hawkers give better service than the controller of JIO, the richest Indian, Mukesh Ambani. Pl.,extend discount in the next bill for the period the Wi-Fi remained dead.

    @JioCare I hv attached the screenshot of the complaint, you should be able to track it and find more details from IT systems of #JioPatheticService. @TRAI can you not conduct audits like RBI and stop them from taking new customers till they achieve a certain min quality level!
