@JioCare 2. And second thing speed of Jio network is also very poor and slow. How to get solution as no positive response from customer care also.

What kind of customer support process is it? Jio network outage has not been considered at all? Or is there a way to contact Jio Care from non-Jio network? @reliancejio #jio
