@JioCare 2. And second thing speed of Jio network is also very poor and slow. How to get solution as no positive response from customer care also.

Hey @JioCare can I do a port to your network without an OTP from the current provider? I am on @Airtel_Presence right now with no signal/network since Sunday so no way to send the SMS to port out.

@JioCare @reliancejio I was facing issue in #jio5 which was working fine last night. I connected to agent. She given me solution that your SIM is not detecting plz visit nearest jio store and disconnected call. Come to know that there was issue in jio network across city.

@JioCare I ported my sim from idea to jio. Today the sim got activated . It's having tower but the amount I paid as recharge is still not showing as it's showing no current plan. Moreover I am unable to login to MY JIO app as it's showing that no. Is not of jio

lots happening with Jiofiber!! @Jiocare: they dont seem to be taking their customers seriously. Affected by response to provide a steady connection. no return calls or what they are doing. You always have to call the chief manager but can he do ALONE ? Nonsense really. Sucks.
