    @JioCare 2. And second thing speed of Jio network is also very poor and slow. How to get solution as no positive response from customer care also.

    Dear Jio AirFiber support, my setup box is stuck on the “Jio” screen and not turning on at all. Tried everything multiple times but still not working. Need an executive ASAP to fix this issue or I’ll have to shift to Airtel because of this poor service experience. @JioCare

    @JioCare I would like to cancel the JioAirFiber connection request. It’s extremely hard to get your support and your team does not exist. The appointments sent are never honoured.

    @JioCare Multiple reschedule without solution and response and no solution yet. You are the king of the system.. what if you took more 3 days from here...?? And you will repeat same line again No delay in solution I'm getting business loss due to this...why don't you understand this.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare 1. No way to connect to the support team through call....??? 2. Why you instructing me to reschedule it again after 2 days ?? 3. Your assigned engineer is not picking a call? 4. You must extend the recharge expiry by respective days when your resolved it.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have completed payment for Jio AirFiber and an installation appointment was scheduled. However, the assigned executive is not responding to calls. I am also unable to get connected with customer care, and WhatsApp/email are only giving automated responses

    I don’t want the service anymore. Please understand my request and stop processing the installation. Kindly cancel the connection and refund both the installation charges and plan amount at the earliest.@JioCare
