@JioCare 2. And second thing speed of Jio network is also very poor and slow. How to get solution as no positive response from customer care also.

@caustickonar @JioCare Barring a few instances when I was really upset with BSNL,I would always vouch its services are way better than its competitors. When its outsourced contractors were not upto the mark,I called the DGM & a BNSL personnel was sent to resolve my issue & voila I am a happy lady.

To help the new Subscriber, I called @JioCare over 45 minutes back and was promised that a new SMS would instantly be sent with another link to 'apply' for new SIM. However, true to @RelianceJioCare experience, no one has yet call him.

Minimum recharge is Rs.99 per month. Absolutely shameless behavior of sim companies. Stop looting middle class poor people in the name of keeping SIM's running. Please don't rob poor people this way & bring back low cost recharge plan. @reliancejio @JioCare #RelianceJio @PMOIndia
