    @JioCare Hi jio, my broadband is down since 2 days. I registered a ticket and I was told 18th Oct '22 5pm your executive will visit and resolve it but none came. Surprisingly the ticket is now closed saying resolved. Please help.

    @reliancejio @JioCare YOUR NETWORK IS SO MUCH WORST . IN A DAY HARDLY TWO OUT GOING CALL CONNECTED OR HARDLY 3 OR 4 CALLS RECEIEVED. REST NOT CONNECTED. ALWAYS SHOW NOT REACHABLE. RECIEVED MANY MISSED CALL ALERT MSG EVRY DAY. WORST NETWORK @_MukeshAmbani

    I have raised the complaint with @JioCare . It’s been 2 months still they are telling it will take time to resolve . Horrible experience regarding the complaint @reliancejio.
