@JioCare We have logged the complaint again (SR000018A7R0), The support came and checked the issue. He told that router is not proper, The connection has taken recently and if I face this kind of issue in fresh connection it's very much disappointing for me

@reliancejio I recharge my number by using jiomart cashback which was not successful but cashback was dedicated. It was not refunded. I call many time to 199 198 1991 but not find any option to talk with your representative. Please help. Improve your service

@JioCare so as i tweeted earlier somehow i got connected to #customercare. When u ask the representative they mute the call and tell name such a way that customer cant understand & then tell customer you are responsible for payments u made. Customer is wrong

@JioCare I am struggling to make outgoing calls while I am on international roaming since last 2 to 3 weeks but it’s not getting resolved no TAT aswell is this the way Jio supports the customer
