    @JioCare 2. And second thing speed of Jio network is also very poor and slow. How to get solution as no positive response from customer care also.

    Very bad service by jio. I think that jio is only concerned with making money by hook or by crook. My plan 399 is valid upto 23 August. Fro 6.30 pm onward I'm only hearing voice and no video on youtube . Customer care says you upgrade your plan.why? @JioCare

    @JioCare Hi jio team. As of now no response is received on my issue. I am constantly chasing for this thing from past 14 months And not getting any response. At last I have no option left but to take help of consumer court to get my issue resolve.

    @JioCare after registerd our complaint with jio care still i am facing issue of internet while texting on whatapp or browsing or in youtube also so ple let me know whay Jio are not able to fix this problem. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN Its been a month and again facing unstable interest on my airfiber as well as mobile. Same is happening with my other society members. If it cannot be fixed. Please remove all the airfiber in my area. Will ask them to raise a bulk cancellation request.

    @JioCare I have shared all the details, what you asked me.. Please ensure to resolve the issue and provide proper 5G as soon as possible. I'm asking what i have paid ₹ 349 for. If @reliancejio @JioCare can't fix the issue, i will Port to BSNL. Because that is cheaper if i have use 4G.
