    @JioCare Booked Jio Fiber connection (NO0000GBCP56) with the promise of getting it installed by today noon. And now the person is not responding to calls. Raised multiple complaints but no action taken. Pathetic customer service, fooling consumers by making false promises!

    @reliancejio jio Fibre connection Number 011-35513697 installed at my premises. From last 15 days the said connection is not working and unable to lodge the complaint using your Application. Tried severally on Wtsapp n Jio chat but problem not yet resolved .

    Looking at customer service of @airtelindia no wonder why people are abandoning it for @reliancejio. No ETA tracking, fake promises and poor customer experience off late. After 10 yrs with #Airtel Time to move on.

    @JioCare Why is Jio behaving like a lost organisation ?..7 complaints ... almost 32 hours of outage in the society ... still no response on resolution or any engineer visiting. Are your guys losing it ?... To top it up, your agents have closed some of the service calls.

    Poor review: Took fiber connection on 18th January. Promised to provide connection next day. Following day they found out that there is no charge in the box from which they are providing connection.#JioFiber @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare. I have been meaning to install Jio Fiber at my apartment in Jodhpur but everytime I make a request, it's turned down and I get a message saying that 'your request could not be processed' Can you help ? @reliancejio
