    @JioCare Enough copy-paste replies. I don’t need another DM loop. My internet fails every evening, live videos stop, customer care auto-cuts calls and sends the same “Temporary Network Congestion” SMS. Send a network engineer to my location and fix it, or clearly say you can’t.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Trying to get Jio Fiber installed for the past 5 days, but the team has been completely unresponsive. No one has called or visited the site yet. Reference ID: 201764167. If the sales support is this poor, imagine the after-sales service experience.
