    @JioCare have booked for jio fiber connection in madurai at my cousin place. On 11th documents obtained, still the connection is not given. Saying some technical and power issue in fiber line and getting delayed for 10 days. Kindly take action and solve the issue.

    @JioCare @reliancejio My internet has not been working since the day it was installed 5 days ago. Your team forced me to give the otp saying it won't work till the otp is submitted and then have been dodging my calls since then, your service is ridiculous I have paid for 1/2

    A simple question to @reliancejio @JioCare If your customer is having issue with the jio fiber after 5pm or 7pm. Then it is in your rule book that he/she will have the service or not on the same day. Or it will have next day. पैसा भी दिया और service भी नहीं मिली ।
