    @reliancejio @JioCare Hi , I always recharge my parents mobile however this time by mistake I recharge Data Pack instead of my regular 299 pack which comes with Data and Talk Time for 28 Days . Kindly let me know how to rectify this problem.

    @JioCare Very poor service. Jio Broadband Internet is not working for last 12 hours. Engineer suppose to come at 3pm and now it is 11 pm, no one has come to rectify the issue. #jiobroadband #nointernet

    @JioCare Based on your SLA and SOP, can you please give me a timeline for the resolution. I am asking for a date by when the refund will be done.. Without this information.. anything you say is just empty promises..

    @JioCare @reliancejio Last 9 working days, I've heard only one thing: "wait a few more days." When will those "few days" actually end? A refund shouldn't require endless follow-ups after your service failure. Monday is the final day. After that, I will proceed with the Consumer Forum.

    @JioCare My issue is not resolved but the complaint request is closed.Every time I raise a request the same happens.The issue still persists. It's happening since last 12-13 months.Install a new tower in our area with extended coverage or do anything solve this as fast as possible (1)

    Hi @JioCare, I need help with my Jio prepaid number. Situation: - I'm currentlyin the UK. - My eSIM does not show network, so I have no working line. - I'm not receiving login OTPs, so I can't access MyJio. - When I try to recharge, the portal says it's a "non-Jio number."
