@reliancejio I have the worst possible experience with Jio fiber's customer care team. I'm simply asking for an invoice of my previous recharge and they can't even provide me that. Tried everything and now I think I made a mistake when I chose Jio.

@reliancejio @JioCare it has been a nightmare to get security deposit refund for my Jiofibre 4G, after I upgraded to Jiofibre 5G. Talk about customer loyalty reward. It was to be completed in few days but is now pending for >3 months after multiple reminders and assurances!!
