@JioCare @reliancejio Paid ₹2221 for JioFiber on Apr 3 (Order: NO0001CN8LJ2). Installation scheduled Apr 4 but still not completed till today (Apr 11). Technician asked extra ₹700 (unofficial), no response since then. No support from customer care. Forced to run on hotspot.

@JioCare Thank you for reopening the request. However, please note that the issue was never resolved earlier and the complaint was closed without any visit or OTP verification. Request proper engineer visit and permanent resolution, as the problem is still ongoing.

@jio_fiber @JioCare Internet services for jio air fibre not working since 3rd April 2026. Raised SR multiple times but the same closed by mentioning customer not available at home. Technician is visited 3 times but he unable to ressolved issue. SR No SR000032VOS5
