@JioCare @reliancejio are you concerned about your customer? You're least bothered. I requested for a fix in netwrk covrage whch used to work excellent earlier but not now. There's no need to setup new towers or something. Seems some configuration or connection issue at your end.

@JioCare Hi, 4 days back my jio fiber cable got disconnected and I called jio call centre where I requested an Engineer to fix this, next day the didn't show up and I received a mail saying my request is put on hold because I was not available in my home which was totally untrue

@JioCare instead of asking customers to take higher jio fiber plan 5 times a day, why don't you guys works on a decent customer service?? I can't even been able to talk to one of these customer service representatives. They disconnect calls. I will move to Airtel rather

@JioCare I made complaint for poor connectivity in house.Your engineer who visited told me to take new connection.He made me pay for a new connection,took my photo & aadhar details.I am later told that the request is for relocation so enginner cannot help. What is this fraud?
