    @reliancejio Hey I just did recharge for a number. It didnt reflect in the account. You don't have any customer support contact number either to reach out except chat. Resolve the issue ASAP as I am out of country @reliancejio @TraiIndia

    @JioCare How can i send my location. You network not working properly. First off all fix your network. If you not fix my area network then close the infocomm company and open a paan shop near my residence.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @MukeshAmbanima Jio pos Plus app new version is not working. It is not logging on. It is showing problem of developer option failure and emulator check failure. Old version is not opening. Work has stopped. Pls advice. My phone is Oppo a5s.

    @JioCare 10 Hours JioFiber is down. 1. Why planned outage is not informed to affected area customers so that customer can prepare an alternative to outage during WFH? 2. Why planned outage has crossed twice the activity time? 4/5

    @JioCare but they can't see when those comments were added to that outage ticket in my area. I have been working on mobile since 10 PM last night, mobile temperature is high & seems risky. Can you justify & help me to check why it is not restored yet? It has been more that 3/5

    @JioCare In My Area, There was Planned outage last night for 4 hrs, but no information sent over SMS/Email. When I called helpline I was informed that it will restore latest by 2:13 AM. but it did not restored till 5 AM, I called again & I was informed that comments updated 1/5
