    @JioCare @reliancejio Your team(@JioCare ) is refusing to even register my official complaint and is just delaying the matter. If my complaint is not registered immediately and the internet issue isn't fixed, I will escalate this directly to the Government's CPGRAM Portal. Fix this immediately! (2/2)

    @JioCare Engineer visit and ensure for change device today or tomorrow. It's seems that Mr.Mohit and Vimal from Jio Rewari install faulty device, these are two not picking the call for resolve the issue. They also damaged my Tata play TV cable during installation.whi will pay my loss?

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI JioFiber 02035950528: Low speeds, unstable ping, packet loss & frequent disconnections for days. Router restart and local checks done. Multiple users in our area affected. Please investigate urgently.

    Jio 5G has been terrible for the past few days. • Unstable network • Very slow internet speeds • Frequent call drops I've already tried reaching out, but the issue remains unresolved. Is anyone else facing the same problem? @JioCare Please address this urgently.

    @JioCare I appreciate you have opened the service request again. But I can see that the visit is scheduled on 9th that means my problem will not be solved for at least 8 days that is almost 1/3 of the billing period. Do you think this is acceptable?

    Relocated AirFiber 2 months ago, but your KYC agent assigned an old ODU instead of a UPC unit. Now speeds are capped to 100Mbps & drop in peak hours. Technicians say only fix is to cancel & pay ₹1200 for a new connection. Why should I pay for YOUR mistake? Fix it! @JioCare

    @JioCare Sharath, its already 6.30pm & nothing has been done, nt evn a call frm anyone, forget about the installation part.What is this man?Why we have 2 go through such pain,agony & trauma? What's the issue with JIO? Why 2 make customers suffer like hell?We need it 2 be done today only.

    No electricity and absolutely zero Jio signal in [ DAHEWAN,BORSAD,ANAND, GUJARAT ] right now. How are we supposed to get updates when the network drops the second the power goes? @reliancejio @JioCare FROM LAST 6 MONTHS THIS PROBLEM 😡😡😡😡😡
