@JioCare I know that, but where the service is provided now is in same area of ours. The fiber optic cable have gone through our area for providing service to other area, and we are not getting the service.

@AmayraVaswani @JioCare Thanks here to share that we are using Jio 4G Sim but contrary it's also doesn't sounds good everyday data which is available per day went in drain due to its network issue raised several grievance but no response from @JioCare

@JioCare The customer care sucks beyond any words of comparisons!! 🤬🤬🤬 even don’t find a appropriate emoji to describe it. I have been calling for a billing query since morning and every damn 🤬 just disconnect the line wen they don’t get a answer!! 👌🏻🤦🏻 🤢

@JioCare @reliancejio pathetic service in Kolkata. Too many call drops. Phones are not reachable all the time. Only missed call alerts coming in. Better you stop the service than creating pain for users.
