    @reliancejio @JioCare My JioFiber issue is still unresolved. The technician said the wire comes from a long distance and isn’t covered by company policy, and put my request “On Hold”. But Jio provided this connection in September. How is this my fault? Resolve it. SR00003F4G0L

    @reliancejio Airfiber service not working during the last 5 days. Still not resolved the issue. Pathetic customer service. Kindly refund my money back ASAP. @TRAI kindly take a legal action against the fraud company.

    @JioCare Somehow the call option never worked. It throws me out when I try to call. Anyways, an engineer from nearby area, visited the house and resolved the issue in 15minutes. Someone has pulled the wire in the main junction box, he said. Thanks for the prompt attention to the matter.

    @JioCare Well @JioCare that's the problem the issue isn't resolved it was falsely closed. Nobody bothers to check with the customer

    @JioCare @TRAI You notify 4 days earlier that 'Pack going to end' Everyday everywhere Sms, callertune and app everywhere You put recharge going expired and no recharge notification After all of You give personal details to call center and give them permission to harass customer. Why?

    Very poor network @JioCare @reliancejio. Please improve your network in indoors as well as 5G connectivity. You are charging for service and giving weak network connectivity. @TRAI please take necessary action.

    @JioCare Their 5G network is absolutely zero around my place, my daily data limit is getting consumed, so why should I stay on this network and waste my money in the name of 5G, hence I will be satisfied with 4G networkin BSNL @BSNLCorporate
