    Jio fiber is worst. I can’t use it even in my room where distance is less-then 4-5m. It still not get connected. Customer care never responds. Same is story with Airtel.. what to do now.. suggest good WiFi for home. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare This clearly shows a complete lack of accountability, confidence, and commitment from your team towards resolving customer issues. Instead of fixing the problem, your staff is advising customers to leave — which is shocking and reflects very poorly on your service standards.

    @JioCare Facing network issues every other day with in Gund Hassi Bhat, Srinagar 190017 Jammu and Kashmir. Calls keep dropping and internet speed is very poor. Tower ID: PATTAN0002 If this is not resolved soon, we will switch to Airtel . Please act urgently.

    @JioCare If the service cannot be activated, please process a refund at the earliest. Also, if reactivation wasn’t possible, why was the option to “pay now and activate” shown in the first place? This is misleading and creates a poor customer experience.

    @JioCare Same copy past reply getting from last 2 days I don't see any workers working and trying to restore the services I want a fixed timeline within which service will be restored or else I wanna know what's the process to cut of the connection I will just switch to airtel it'sbetter
