  @JioCare @jio_fiber @TRAI Even no response in customer cares they disconnected my call without proper answer.. if we not paid single day after due they will disconnect but last 3 days am paying jio for no network. Even some time customer care team telling my area team not responding to them also

  @JioCare Harshit, u see that issue has been escalated from last 3 months, I don't see. All these earliest resolved pep talk ain't sending refund in my account. I have been royally fooled that's for sure. If u r honest than in 1-2 days prove by transferring refund in my account.

  @JioCare And my video call I just had with my mom on WhatsApp still gave me the same issue as it does every single day. My client call in an hour will drop and hang the same way it does every day. Now will you guys help??? Or no??

  @JioCare I’ve been facing extremely poor network connectivity and internet issues for a long time. Calls keep dropping and the internet is barely usable.Wt more frustrating is that even after repeatedly complaining to Jio, there has been no proper resolution or serious response.
