    @JioCare my jio fibre is not working since morning. I am not able to raise complaint as system generated message is showing as network issue will be resort by time which is keep changing.

    @reliancejio @JioCare On top of that, there is no way to reach your customer service with your AI enabled calls and chats. My office work stays in limbo for hours and even after raising multiple requests you never cared to assign engineers. 2/3

    @JioCare what a pathetic service jio has even for 1 week i am requesting for call back for jio fiber broadband installantion but no response from them , @BSNL_KL is much more responsive to my request

    I request an immediate and permanent resolution from the concerned team. Please investigate the root cause instead of providing temporary fixes and repeated outage messages. Customers should not have to report the same issue every day. @JioCare @reliancejio
