    @JioCare @reliancejio Customer service just keeps rescheduling my appointments daily. The assigned visit tech, Shunny Singh, flat out refused to visit, claiming my area "isn't under him." Complete negligence from the ground team. I am paying for a dead connection!

    @JioCare Unused validity? More than 20 days of total service disruption in the past 30 days And you're having this audacity of telling me that you won't return my money because i didn't use as per my wish.? If the service was disrupted, how am I supposed to use your "valid" data?

    @DoT_India @JM_Scindia Dear Sir, I have been raising a grievance on the CPGRAMS and DOT portal regarding certain issues with @reliancejio which are very serious in nature. RJIL is sending fabricated and unrelated responses to my queries, and the portals keep accepting the (1/n)

    @JioCare Are you guys stupid or what is have a CCTV footage and the sales person miss sell the product and engineer inspected the site and denied the installation in the area, as there is signal issue in the area

    @JioCare @JioCare Are you looking into the issue .Re-iterating my issue again. 1.Postpaid plan but I have to recharge like prepaid each month.(I need rental bill same like postpaid) 2. Two voucher coupon deducted though both recharge was unsuccessful. (Total 300/- Loss, please add again)
