    @JioCare What?Can you not see the details of the connection jio has put? I have given you the number and that has the address and registered mobile number. Please do the needful at the earliest and do provide a timeline to fix this issue, the next hour @airtelindia will be here to replace

    @JioCare All fee credited for jiofibre but no on response for for my jiofre reallocation request since last 20 days Detail - Ravi Shankar Gawari Old jio fbre connection - 02079607659. Kindly resolve my issue. I don't understand how jiofibre handle customer grievances carelessly

    @Dimensity45 Even I was getting constant download speed of 80 Mbps (actual) last year, but now average 5-8Mbps only. Jio need to address this issue in our area @JioCare @reliancejio

    Hi @JioCare am facing very slow internet connection from last two weeks complaint multiple times but they only say team is working but today one of your agent disconnected my call without informing also he put me hold without any information

    @JioCare @AyaanShaik78278 Has Jio reached a stage where holding customers’ money has become a way to boost revenue? Shame on you, Jio. Customers deserve service, transparency, and timely refunds not scripted replies.

    @reliancejio @JioCare even after complaint, there is no revert. If not interested then I can switch to other network. From last 2 days wifi is not working & you are not bothered about customer.

    @JioCare 3 network disruptions in 3 week and not that you guys restore the service within 5/6 hours you take almost 24 hours to resume. Since morning we have lost network access and this has happened thrice in 3 week. What is wrong with your service?
