4G was working 👍 in initial days, nowadays whole focus is on #5G and #6G and 4G sucks in some areas. Complained so many time at @JioCare but they always make excuses.

@JioCare The service ticket has been closed without refunding the double amount deducted from my account. I have given proof of both the payments to your team on email and they seem to not acknowledge that. Appreciate if you could pls refund the money.

SR00001IQTBO SonyLiv subscription issue on 21st of every month since Nov 2022. Every time I need to call the CC to solve the issue but no permanent solution has been given. Emailed number of times, but no one is here to give a permanent solution. @JioCare @reliancejio @jio

@SonyLIV I am already having jio fibre net @JioCare with subscription for Sony Liv Premium, but it's showing subscription not active. Every month i am facing this issue. As i have done reinstall for the same and also contacted Sony Liv via WhatsApp chatbot but still issue persist
