    @reliancejio @JioCare They are not try to fixed my problem after so many call and email , after facing this issue since 1 month ive decided to change my sim operator, I've lost my 1 year plan but it's ok Thank you jio and jio customer service

    @JioCare Hi , again time slot was re-scheduled to 3 to 5 but no-one contacted me to instqll my jiofiber connection. it's 2 days gone and now i am going to switch from @JioCare .very bad service by Jio.

    @JioCare @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio Jio is requested to improve its 4G network.4g jio network is very bad in our area Chas bokaro( Jharkhand ). Jio's 4G network is very bad for four to five months, please improve it!

    @reliancejio today i tried to update my name in my jio fibre connection but your customer service no and email addresses are unreachable. Also jio connection provider asked to take new connection of rs 2900. Due to urgency i had to take a new connection

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have Jio Sim,I've recharge 1year plan,but that is my mistake that i trust jio . but a few months I am facing network issue , automatically after 5 to 10 pm call and data not working, and jio have useless @jiocustomerservice ,
