  @JioCare Does JIO FIBER advice customer to Recharge ONLY AFTER Switch Off ? Because earlier if the customer recharges, his monthly active period is reduced automatically by JIO FIBER ? I had recharged 4 days prior and Company reduced my active period and Reset new dates !

  @JioCare Service number SR00003567UZ, I requested to close my Conenction of airfiber. Last month excutive told me i have already paid so i can use 1 month, I called 1 week ago, they asked me to call on 5th may. I called today they gave me Service number. Tomorrow is Bill generation, I will not be paying anything since i was paying for advance acc to your people?. this account needs to be closed by today. @TRAI @jagograhakjago

  @reliancejio I have Jio mobile 9425147644 in NOIDA. I am experiencing very bad mobile connectivity since last several months. I have to go out to receive or to dial for conversation. Please help to resolve. We are facing same issue with other Jio numbers too.
