    @JioCare Despite this, the app still asks me to purchase a subscription whenever I try to watch any premium content. It appears there is an issue with the activation or linking of my complimentary subscription.

    @JioCare @RelianceJio Order NO0001EC0EV0 - Installation 5 July, promises broken since then. Waterproof **** missing (deadline 8 July). Speed crashed 26.5 Mbps to 2.74 Mbps. Technician unavailable. Demanding FULL REFUND of Rs 2221.46 within 48 hours or escalating to Consumer Court

    @JioCare Look from 5h July your service is distributingly unreliable , it's so much disconnection that getting online during day is just delusional. Having said that don't come with standard excuses od rebooting router, just depute a service engineer and save your face .

    @_MukeshAmbani @reliancejio I got message temporarily issue what a fun last seven days ever day 5-12 hours outage is going on today also 3 hours gone no restoration and calling customer it says switch on off your router wait 30 minutes there is no issues you are making nice joke

    @JioCare My Jio Fiber has been down since this morning in Mumbai. Engineer visit slotted for 14th July — that’s over 60 hours of blackout! In 2026, when connectivity is oxygen for work, business & emergencies, this kind of TAT is completely unacceptable. Mumbai deserves better. Never faced this before.     Hi @JioCare and @reliancejio , Internet not working from morning. Complaint registered and engineer visit slot allocated 3-4pm. It's almost 5pm nobody came. In my prv SP(ACT) any internet issue resolved in 1hr. In JIO Engineers also not picking the call SR N0-SR00003B117X
