@JioCare I am not able to use my internet since past 5 days . Have raised it 3 times , each time engineer came and told me tht backend team will fix it but that has still.not happened. What kind of service is this @JioCare ? Hw many more times do I need to raise this? #pathetic

I have not been able to connect to any of your representative through call or chat once I raised the ticket to help expedite the resolution of the issue. Kindly help look into ASAP. Even the jio care mail option sent just a automated reply. @RelianceJioCare @JioCare (2/3)

@JioCare why have you made it impossible for customers to talk to a customer care executive? One had to be practically unemployed to go through the long long ling IVR setup, without any success. Paytm shows that your 155/-plan had been increased to 186/-whereas jio app doesn't!!

@airtelindia any idea how much your contact centre is ripping you off? Any idea of repeat complaints from same customers going to different agents, only to be closed without problem being solved? Any idea why @reliancejio would not get a single complaint for 6 months of porting?
