    Hello @JioCare,The ₹349 recharge plan advertised 5TB cloud storage, but I have not received the benefit even after successful recharge. This is misleading if customers have to chase support to get the promised offer.Please resolve this issue and activate the 5TB storage

    @JioCare @JioCare I am done following up. After 15+ days of unresolved issues, missed visits, closed tickets, and no permanent solution, I no longer wish to continue with JioFiber. Please raise a request to permanently disconnect my connection and arrange device pickup. (1/2)
