    @JioCare Not even a single executive called me till yet what kind of 24x7 service the customer care dept is providing to us worst worst service by jio never ever going to purchase any equipment. I am having my classes tomorrow and because of loosed service from the jio I facing the issue

    My jio fiber is not working from last 3 days. I have registered my complaint with customer care also but no technician visited my location to resolve the issue,what am getting is visit reschedule message. This poor customer service is not expected from @reliancejio @JioCare

    The worst network by jio in this area. Very poor service of internet, even a single message can't be sent. Please solve the issue @reliancejio No response from customer care , what's this??? Very sad

    Airtel install their wifi set up box in those areas where no one stay but they can't install their wifi setup box in crowded area where they will get more suscribers.. @reliancejio could you please look into this matter and provide wifi service. I am from New Delhi

    @JioCare Without attending complaint at site only sending fake messages to customer is very easy work. If your team realy working on problem they do visit at site and the problem would be solve but all your company is full of shameless people.
