    @JioCare That's what is promised for last 9 times with lot of confidence by your service representatives. If you can tell me why the last 9 appointments were re scheduled it would have restored a little faith in jio

    @reliancejio poor network 2g bsnl network is better when compared with 4g service jio is providing Poor customer care service

    My experience with Jio Fibre is extremely bad. Their service team did not respond /rectify the problem even after several complaints . First complain was lodged on 12th august. My jio fibre no. 1203541870 @jiocare @jio_fiber

    @aroonkhuriyal @reliancejio The sorry state of #jiofibercare (@JioCare) is appalling. Customer care does not to much apart from rescheduling the visit. The technician never visits and when he does all he says is - he cannot do anything about it. And then they start dodging my calls

    @JioCare Please provide me process to refund my deposit. It's been more than 50 hrs I'm not getting Fiber service. I want to switch @airtelindia in Ranchi. If u can't fix the problem in 50 hrs in Ranchi then u need to pack ur bag . worst customer support @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have registered several complaints in 4 days, my JIO fiber has not been fixed. getting messages of an engineer visit but no one even called me about my problem. getting frustrated now.

    @JioCare No one came today. Unexpectedly bad service. no value of your assurance. Dead since 6th August. your team probably made such a commitment 25 times in the last 15 days.

    @Rahulg54l @JioCare @TRAI It's better then waiting for engineers, take your device and submit this nearby service center. And take all details about your refund with proof. Because they give multiple statements don't believe without any proof.
