    @JioCare I am listening to this for the last 8 days, apart from fake assurances you haven’t done anything. At the earliest will not help, you have to resolve it today, if not I would want to opt out with full refund.

    @JioCare Did all that still got the same msg whereas others in the group from elsewhere are able to access. Fail to understand where the problem lies as internet connection is fine

    @JioCare I don’t know the jioFiber service ID but the jio fibre number is 1135527575 and my registered mobile no is 9711003843

    @reliancejio I have been trying to port my jio prepaid sim to a postpaid one, for which I have been raising requests. But the executives are not responding. They have called me several times asking for appointments but later on no body came for resolution.
