    My JioFiber issue hasn't fixed yet. It's been a week now. No engineer has visited my home. I am tired of constantly connecting with advisors because they are also doing nothing except providing empathy. I have sent them a DM as well but no response. Pathetic! @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare This has been close to 4weeks. There r >1lakh users here, I am sure most opted for the True 5G are deceived by Jio's careless attitude here. I, who is happy with local fibernet but wanted to explore Jio Fiber is dropping the ball now due to this careless customer support.

    @JioCare 4.Restarted STB 3-4 times 5.Tried with different HDMI cable & different TV port Issue still not resolved. TV shows 'No Signal'. Request you to please escalate this to technical team and arrange technician visit in Chennai ASAP. WiFi is working fine, only STB HDMI issue.

    @JioCare since 29th my internet has stopped i am continuously complaining no action is taken this is horrible in today's digital time having no internet for so many days is just ridiculous...You are forcing me to switch over .....

    Jio fiber service is down from last 5 hours in south mumbai 400033, no efforts on restoration feom @reliancejio @JioCare and @TRAI must consider for penalties for such service provider who not able to manage customers SLA

    @JioCare You guys are simply irresponsible Why are you repeating the statement that a visit has been rescheduled What guarantee are you giving that he will come on the alloted slot He refused to come today and the same guy has been assigned for tomorrow WILL HE COME AND FIX THE ISSUE

    Hello @JioCare, My jio fiber is not working in my area since 4 days and whenever I am calling jio fiber customer number, they says that services will be restored soon but when would be services be restored. Please look into this issue immediately. @reliancejio @jagograhakjago
