    @JioCare Porting from Vi to Jio is the worst decision I’ve made this year. In South Bengaluru, call quality is terrible and mobile data barely works at my home or office. Completely dependent on Wi-Fi now. Can’t wait to port back to Vi after 90 days.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Your call center number 18008969999 is also not accepting my service closure request. The call gets disconnected immediately after the confirmation message stating that there is a network outage in your area and thanking me for calling.

    It's been over 1 month since I placed my JioFiber order (LR00001DH34N) and paid ₹807. Your team even called and took an OTP, but after that there has been no installation, no update, and no resolution. How can a customer wait this long for a connection? Please explain. @JioCare

    Fiber servic is down since afternoon. MyJio app is hopeless and there's no way to complain about this. Only info I got from your toll free number is a recorded voice saying that there is a network issue at my location. No further updates. Fix this @JioCare

    @JioCare How can you confirm that the issue was resolved. Are you saying that I am making false accusations to your company. Nobody ever tried to contact me regarding my complaint. Even after complaining again & again.
