@JioCare worst experience with Jio. Having fibernet. Bunch of engineers came and disconnecting internet 3 days in a row. When I call CC, no engineers r available right now. 24 hrs no internet. Only idiots do the same mistake again and again.

So everyone should leave this third grade company who is cheating with customer by providing fake discount n worst service after sale

@JioCare I raised the billing fault at your end 4 days ago. You agreed to it but went on to suspend my account. K'taka Appellate Authority call centre has people like Junaid who are rude. If you have any shame and respect for customers, your higher ups owe me a proper apology.

Having such a bad experience with Jio Sim, not even able to redeem the coupons, recharged my phone for data pack, it got Expired after few days, i don't know why! Tried filing a complaint on the app, no response. Bad bad experience. @reliancejio @JioCare @JioChat

@JioCare @JioCare The engineers have arrived and they are again refusing to resolve the issue. They blaming each other and returning without doing the work. Please do something asap.
