    @JioCare my jio fibre not working from last 10 days after multiple service request and customer care calls , still there is no resolution of any kind. It seems like jio as a company is not even interested solving the issue. Service request no : SR000037HXHH

    It's really disappointing." It's midnight now, and my Jio network is completely down. Even in the quiet atmosphere of the night, Jio's signal is so disturbed that I am not able to use the internet at all. This problem is not only with me, but also with many other users. My work is being completely disrupted due to the breakdown of this network of Jio. Hopefully Jio will fix it soon, otherwise people will face serious problems.     @JioCare No internet since Saturday. It's Monday now. Multiple follow-ups on calls and X, yet no resolution. Three days of downtime has directly impacted my work. Extremely disappointed with the service. either restore the connection immediately or process a refund for the downtime. @reliancejio @JioCare
