    (1) Dear @JioCare, This is beyond frustrating. I can’t use either my JioFiber Wi-Fi or my Jio mobile data—both are down. I’ve called customer care 4 times today. My call was answered only once, and I was told I’d receive a callback from the Jio assistance team in my town.

    @JioCare A particular number within my corporate plan keeps losing connectivity. I was told yesterday that there is a network outage. Had it still not been resolved? Please resolve.
