    Human Connect > AI Support, any day. Was looking for WiFi service in Pune. Had 3 options – @TataPlayBinge, @JioCare and @Airtel_Presence. Called all 3. Tata and Airtel had human reps who connected, showed up, gave plans etc. Jio had an AI voice call which I responded to... 1/4

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have been a loyal Jio customer since 2019. My JioAirFiber service was blocked/cancelled, and I was initially told that it could not be resumed and that I should take a new connection.

    They have #bots everywhere that will keep pushing out standard messages. No resolution of problems to their customers. They just don't care. You have to plead to them if you are their customer. @reliancejio @jiocare @jiofibre

    3 days since taking my money for JioAirFiber (Order: NO0001FB6TPU) and still ZERO installation. Taking upfront payments and stalling with zero ETA is pure fraud and cheating. Install this TODAY or issue a full refund immediately. Pathetic service @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI_India
