    @JioCare Hi, i have jio air fiber at home. frequent outages in Nanganallur, Chennai. Horrible servicd. Have emailed many times. Get only std recorded response. Not able to reach over phone as there also recorded message after which call is cut.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Urgent need of Jio 5G tower & JioFiber at Village Gaindatola, Block Chhuriya, Dist Rajnandgaon (CG). It's a commercial hub for 40+ villages. 100+ homes currently facing worst speed on BSNL & waiting to switch to Jio. Please help! #Jio5G #JioFiber

    Jio's tower was closed again in the middle of the night 🚨 At night, when people need it the most, Jio network was completely shut down in our area. It seems that the DG was also shut down as soon as the power went out, due to which the entire tower went down and the internet and calling services came to a halt. People are facing a lot of trouble due to the disappearance of the network in the middle of the night. Whether someone needs to make an urgent call, work online, get an OTP or contact an emergency — everything gets affected. When customers do the full recharge on time every month, then at least basic network facility should be provided in return. But repeatedly closing the tower and turning off the DG is a very irresponsible attitude. We demand that Jio Customer Care⁠ and the concerned authorities find a permanent solution to this problem and take immediate action if the network is closed in this way at night. Please understand the plight of the general public. @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani

    JioFiber has been down for 3 days This is the 27th outage I've faced. Your team refuses to register a complaint or provide a ticket number, saying there's already an ongoing issue. Pls provide a complaint no and resolution timeline immediately.@jio_fiber @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Daily internet outages have become a routine issue. Multiple complaints, multiple technician visits, but no permanent resolution. Very poor service and lack of accountability. Customers deserve better. Resolve this issue urgently. #JioCare @jio_fiber

    No electricity and absolutely zero Jio signal in [ DAHEWAN,BORSAD,ANAND, GUJARAT ] right now. How are we supposed to get updates when the network drops the second the power goes? @reliancejio @JioCare FROM LAST 6 MONTHS THIS PROBLEM 😡😡😡😡😡
