    @JioCare Taking this much time merely to identify the issue is completely unacceptable. The network has been down for two days, causing significant inconvenience. If your team faced a similar outage for two days, would you consider that acceptable?

    @JioCare DearTeam, jio network is not working in whole area. Pincode - 560100 and 560105. Requesting you to check and resolve the network issue and jio Airfiber issue. Pls assign engineer for tomorrow as we have office tomm.

    @JioCare Neha Pls help me, as per the details provided I was supposed to get the update for SR000038CAAR in few hours but that has already passed now. No update, No #jiorefund progress. So many no. of SR = delay refund = no claritY on refund. HELP ME & SAY THE TRUTH NOW

    Did everything what u have replied ma'am! Still not resolving otp issue. Now tell me the next harassing step to a customer which i would follow until u guys get bored of me n I go suspending this connection forever @JioCare @reliancejio waiting for ur fast reply lol :*)

    @JioCare I prefer all communication regarding this issue to be in writing via email only. My case has been pending since 22 Jan 2026, and all required details and proofs have already been shared. Kindly provide a written update and resolution instead of requesting phone calls.

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with Jio AirFiber. As a 100 Mbps subscriber, I'm getting only 10–20 Mbps every day for the last 10–12 days. Daily complaints get the same response: "outage" and a new timeline, but no actual fix. Paying for 100 Mbps regularly.

    @JioCare @JioCare Extremely disappointed with the service. I received a confirmation message stating that my JioHome installation (Order No. NO0001DT69G0) was scheduled for 13-Jun-2026 between 7:15 PM and 9:15 PM. However, no engineer visited, and no installation was carried out. (1/2)
