    @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN Maybe it’s time to rename it from Jio AirFiber to Jio AirNoFiber. Three days without internet, countless “we’re working on priority” messages, and still no service. The only thing being restored consistently is the estimated restoration time.

    Still no resolution on my JioFiber issue. Complaint ID: SR00003BG01N, pending since 16th July. Despite repeated daily calls to helpline, service remains non-functional. This delay is unacceptable. @JioCare please take immediate action!

    @JioCare If this issue cannot be resolved by the Jio network team, please let me know. I can consider switching to another service provider with a stronger technical support team that can handle such issues more effectively.

    @JioCare This same issue keeps happening again and again. The service works fine for a few days, then it becomes terrible. All you do is give the same useless responses, but nothing actually gets fixed. @JioCare #JioAirFiber

    @JioCare I recharged my number 79923XX038 with ₹899 for JioHotstar till Aug 2026. Unknowingly, an in-app ₹1 upgrade terminated my main plan. Hotstar asked me to contact Jio. Please show goodwill & issue a new activation code/coupon. ​(Payment screenshot attached)

    @reliancejio @JioCare Your broadband connection is blocking me from accessing the government official websites. This problem comes often in few days. I want a working resolution for this. We are unable to access Income tax and other govt. websites. @TRAI

    @JioCare @JioCare There was no delivery attempt on this order. I never received any delivery-person contact info. This order was cancelled from your end before it ever reached the delivery stage. Kindly check with your internal team.
