    @JioCare recharged my Wi-Fi bill on August 1st. It hasn't been activated yet. I complained to customer service. They said "Half an hour, half an hour, so please help."

    @JioCare @JioCare Your replies don't match your actions. First, you confirmed an engineer would visit. Then you claimed the engineer would arrive within 30 minutes of the appointment time. Yet nobody has come and there has been zero communication. Customers deserve real service.

    @JioCare By when it will be rectified? We cant call at Customer care . Your service engineer is continuously disconnecting my calls. What the hell is happening with Jio? I want my refund. This is not done. @jiocare

    @JioCare @JioCare Kindly confirm whether internet should work on inverter backup during a power outage. It was confirmed and working until 2 months ago. Please give a clear yes/no answer instead of wasting time.
