    @JioCare Your customer care team and service engineer without resolving my issue closed my issue. I guess this is your habit I.e. take the money don't provide service and then don't return the money since that's not your policy!!

    @reliancejio @TRAI Jio team visited Bakhrabad urf Khatai, Bijnor-UP 246734, but network is still poor inside homes, rooms and streets. Please don’t just inspect—install a new tower. We urgently need reliable coverage. If Jio fixes this, the whole village will prefer Jio.

    Thinking of getting JioFiber? Don't make that mistake. If your connection goes down, @JioCare will leave you stranded for a week with only automated bot replies. Terrible on-ground support and zero customer care. #JioFiber @reliancejio

    @JioCare They never solve our slow internet speed problem, even if we complain again and again. They will answer with an inappropriate reply. Worst service ever. I will change my provider very soon.

    @JioCare Hello @JioCare @reliancejio ​"I went to the Jio store this evening to port my number, but the store manager refused, saying that the server is down. If this is the condition at a Jio store, what must be the situation in the rest of the city? My experience wasn't good.
