    @reliancejio @JioCare My fiber is not working since morning after raising multiple complaints no solution has been provided. In this particular case at least give a 10GB voucher till the time you fix it. After all we are paying for the services. Case no SR00003A0XMV

    @JioCare I used the free Amazon prime (mobile) subs via jio recharge! Couldn’t upgrade the plan by myself. Now jio could neither cancel the prime plan nor the actual jio plan! And stupid AI bots are frontier and couldn’t talk to the customer care. How stupid this management is!!!

    Hello @JioCare, My jio fiber is not working in my area since 4 days and whenever I am calling jio fiber customer number, they says that services will be restored soon but when would be services be restored. Please look into this issue immediately. @reliancejio @jagograhakjago

    Dear @JioCare, I have already paid ₹2221.46 for my JioAirFiber and the connection has been installed, but my service is still on hold. Internet is not working and I am unable to use any service. Please activate my connection immediately. Service ID: 0542 3596005 #JioAirFiber

    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare I recently ported my SIM to Jio after seeing so many ads for Gemini Pro. But your network is terrible. I'm not even getting 4G. You can't even provide reliable internet in a Tier 1 city like Chennai, & NIRF #1 campus, IIT Madras. Pathetic experience

    Four days, two reschedules from your engineer. One promise from your escalation team that this’ll get resolved today and still no resolution @JioCare. @nch1915 for a recourse since there’s been no resolution post an escalation.

    @JioCare I would appreciate immediate intervention to resolve this issue. If this is the level of support I can expect for a critical service outage, I will unfortunately have to reconsider continuing with JioFiber.

    @JioCare when i had a jio airfiber connection with my 8248791321 mobile it had frequently went dead and as adviced by their employee mr Sabari at kanchipuram i surrendered their connection i applied new connection with this number 7871156609 and the service is v good.
