    @JioCare As mentioned in the earlier tweet, stb is connected to jiofiber via ethernet cable only. It is this ethernet cable that is not proper, this cable is loose with the black coating of the wire all removed. This is causing the issue

    @reliancejio is a very bad and irresponsible company, No improvement in jio telecom services even after doing lots of recharges and waiting for lots of years, Jio customer care executives don't register complaints and talk rudely, always talk about waiting for 120 days every time
