    @JioCare Now it's like bad to worst. The I complained about internet issues, the network quality has gone to more than poor. Shame on you @reliancejio, @reliancegroup Such a pathetic service and customer setisfaction. Regrettably jio user.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Dear jio team, already recharged on 13/07/2021, For 777 rupees,plan is 84 days validity and 1.5 gb/day,&Disney+hotstar subscription for 1 year, Till not received Disney hotstar subscription, And costomer care doesn't help, I called from Last 2days, Plz Help

    @JioCare I think I had uploaded my aadhaar card front and back. Any reason for this to get rejected? Can you confirm if it was the same document or something else. If it was something else then why didnt your customer rep suggest me to raise another request?

    @JioCare @iamtk129 "Please login again your IP address has changed" Seems Jio doesn't have a resolution to this issue. Consistent and big problem in Jio connections. Inspite of putting it to Jio so many times it still remains unresolved. No other option than to shift from Jio @JioCare

    Now @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence says that I have to pay 102 rs and they are sharing link,doesn’t even go through it is asking for my account details what account I have to fill and for what is this payment for no support received. System failure @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio what's happening with the customer, no any jio executive is ready to take their responsibility. No call is going through, every call ends without any notification. If u can't give proper service plz don't give us hope.
