@reliancejio @jiocare I had requested for a New Jio Fibre connection, was assured of installation in next 24 hours. It's been more than 30 hours and after multiple follow ups I am yet to receive an update on installation. Customer care says reach out to sales..sales is blank🤯😡

@JioCare I launched service request for disconnection of my jio fiber connection on 4 April before expiry of free trail period i.e. 7 April. But till now router and set top box have not picked up even after suspension of account. Kindly resolve issue.
