  @JioCare @reliancejio Hello, network in our area complete get's shutdown during power cuts and we have climb on terrace for calls, such horrible experience after charging these money from user's. We have about 7 jio connection and looking forward to switch airtel,if not resolved

  @JioCare So I’m today through out jio and order Airtel fibre so I suggested never install jio brand any product because jio service very bad

  @reliancejio @JioCare What kind of service is this? I booked a JioFiber technician for 8 Aug, 5–6 PM, but he came in the morning when I was working. Later he said he’d come again, but now he’s not answering my calls. My work is being affected because of this. Worst service!

  @JioCare @reliancejio My JioFiber broadband has been down for more than 24 hours. I raised a complaint, and an engineer visited but said a higher-level engineering team needs to involve this outage. I need to work today. Pls help. Ref: SR00003DEMX5
