    @JioCare When i used vpn udp protocol than my internet speed increased 0.3mbps to 50-60mbps. fix your routing

    @JioCare Installation wasn't even completed today, kindly process my refund as soon as possible, I don't want your terrible service anymore. Put an agent in touch with me and let me know what formalities I've to complete to get my refund processed.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Urgent:Paid ₹2,221.46 for Jio AirFiber on 7Aug (UPI Ref:621901080229,Order No:NO0001F2PNRO). Payment is deducted, but support claims no booking exists against my number. Kindly schedule installation immediately or process a full refund ASAP. DM for details.

    @JioCare Hello @JioCare my wifi installation is scheduled for today at 12 PM, it was rescheduled from yesterday. I have ot received any call or messages from your team. Customer care is still not reachable as it doesn't give me option to connect. Hope I don't have get another reschedule.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Extrmly frustrated with the daily conflicting statements from your customer care regarding my SIM port order (Ref: NO00015JALY1). Since you cannot deliver the SIM, please process my full refund immediately without any further delay. I don't want SIM now.
