@reliancejio the store keeper gave a sim, took photo and told the sim will get activated within 3 hours. i could finalise new mobile by night inserted jio sim and vodafone. vi started functioning but jio sim not active why such poor service

@JioCare #jiocare & urvi - Share the confirmed date and engg name. Its more than a week and you are looking for co-operation from me. I believe i am facing issue cause jio team was asking for 1000 rs on same day for urgent resolution against no reciept. I denied so i am facing this issue.
