    @RIL_Updates @JioCare "It seems like a standard response that I receive every time. Every time there is a network issue, your team gives the same excuse about 'temporary issues in the area.' It feels like a way to avoid addressing the problem seriously. I am tired of being given the same vague response instead of a permanent solution. Please take my complaint seriously and fix this issue once and for all, rather than making excuses."

    @JioCare It’s my final ultimatum. Either complete the Jio AirFiber installation today or process refund by this evening. I have already waited more than a week with multiple missed schedules. If this issue is not resolved today, I will proceed with legal and consumer complaints. @JioCare

    @JioCare Check DM and arrange call @airtelindia if you give offers I take Airtel fiber or airfiber. Check your dm also. Call quickly if you want customer. I speak only in kannada or telugu language only

    @JioCare @JioCare Engineer Nitesh Kumar Singh [91134 71406], assigned to my complaint SR000035L5K1, is highly irresponsible. He has never picked up my call even once. Please take strict action and assign a responsible engineer who can actually support customers properly. #PoorService

    @JioCare I am sick of you guys ! Simply creating the service tickets and not refunding money ! It’s been 12 days now. Have some shame!! I have suggested my family members to disconnect from Jio fiber and port from Jio mobile

    @JioCare A few days is how many.. Your employee came to my house to complete his target, did everything online and made a building ID 2 kilometers away. Today it has been 1 month since that incident... Your air fiber has not arrived at my house yet, nor has anyone contacted me.. 🙏
