    Even after paying double the amount monthly being postpaid customer your services are pathetic. You guys can’t even activate an simple Esim which @reliancejio did for me in just 15 mintues on my secondary number, no wonders why your user-base is declining.

    I will change the service from @reliancejio to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . As you people are not keeping your commitment of recharge. If I have recharged for something and you have took extra RS 200 for one year of hotstar then give that or don't take extra amount.

    Kudos to your ****** IVR there's no option of talking to customer care, it's really very amateur behaviour. If this isn't gonna fix in coming 2 days I'm going to Consumer court. and @JioCare please come ASAP to my locality so that i can have a fiber connection with you guys.

    Hello @JioCare @reliancejio this slow network has put us in deep trouble, customers in my countryside are facing difficult times since a month almost. The technical team has literally disappointed us. Kindly intervene and fix it ASAP. Would be highly obliged.

    @JioCare @JioCare your team is still not able to provide any help. They are just scheduling the device pick up again & again. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO SUBMIT THE SET TOP BOX WHEN YOUR COLLECTION ENGINEERS ARE NOT READY TO ACCEPT IT?? you guys just dont want to return the security, thats it.
