@KumarNavin82 @JioCare Hi, am not able to make/receive calls on my jio sim. It's urgent and the customer care representative asks me to change sim slot always (mob supports dual VOLTE) and this doesn't make sense. Also, I tried all possible ways wit no success. Have DM'd my contact details.

@JioCare I'm not able to access internet via Jio fiber, raised a complaint SR0000137MOL, have been getting different time lines from CC for technician visit, nobody visited. Very pathetic and disappointing services, Jio needs to learn from @airtelindia on handling customer issues
