    What is happening but even with 350 rs of recharge on Airtel and jio. I get **** like 5G. When I don't recharge, company guys call me ask is it good ! While playing games the ping is unstable, youtube lags. And I'm using a damn good device @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @JioCare

    1/2 Need help from @JioCare regarding reclaiming a permanently disconnected postpaid number. However, when I now try to reclaim the number through the portal, it shows: "Entered account & mobile number are not linked."

    @JioCare sim delievery guy from jio gave me jio postpaid instead of prepaid. Charged 400/- 349+50(sim delivery). Orde id NO0001DQT5QE. Pls help. I booked prepaid sim not postpaid.

    @JioCare This is a village-wide network issue, not a problem with my individual connection. All Jio users in our village are experiencing weak signals, loss of 5G, and poor network coverage. Whenever there is a power cut, the network drops further and stays on weak 4g.
