  @JioCare Honestly, I’m extremely frustrated with @reliancejio at this point. What was promised as a 48-hour SIM delivery has turned into weeks of follow-ups, multiple service requests, unanswered calls and still no clear delivery date. All this trouble just to get a SIM. @JioCare

  @reliancejio @JioCare Installation order was paid for on 18 Aug, with KYC completed. Despite 13+ calls to representative sales, 7 calls to engineer, and 3 calls to customer care between 21–25 Aug, there is still no installation, proper update, or call response. 1/x

  @reliancejio seems to be enjoying the loot, tarrif charges keeps on increasing but not the service. Everyone can now notice frequent call drops and related issues in all location. ******* at @TRAI are sleeping 😴

  @JioCare @JioCare I want to see my ticket reopened. Why did you close the ticket. When I have never asked for the closure of the ticket. The issue from the time I have taken the connect ie.e from 1 month. Reopen my tickets. Need FTTH con in Eden Garden Society, AirFiber is a flop.
