    @reliancejio @reliancejio Every time we reduce the volume on JioFiber, the volume automatically increases when an ad starts. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Ads should NOT override the volume set by the user. Please investigate and fix this issue. #JioFiber #Jio

    @JioCare I think now jio fiber internet is worst then before..not able to watch any vedio stable to 5 min.. Shared photo via message..no response.

    @JioCare Why don’t you cancel it immediately and process the refund?? I’m sure you’re not going to pay me extra compensation for delay in refund. Let’s say you’re blocking ₹349 per customer for 10000 customers, how much money are you actually keeping without paying any interest?

    @JioCare @reliancejio Since 2:00 PM this morning, my Jio Air Fiber (1203255990)have suddenly been blinking red and not working. I've called customer service several times. They say it will be fixed, but it hasn't been fixed yet. Thanks for this poor service.

    @JioCare My JioFiber connection not working because the fiber cable has been physically cut/broken. I had already scheduled a technician visit, and Jio provided a specific time slot for the technician, but no one came. Service Request No.: [SR00002NOIDQ] [Mob:7909015457]

    Hello @JioCare , @reliancejio @reliancejiohelp It’s been 2 days of repeated follow-ups with JioCare. Payment is already made, yet my JioFiber connection is still not restored. I’ve reached out plenty of times with no resolution. Such a pathetic and disappointing service.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Repeated excuses around “audit” and “unavailability” have caused severe frustration and mental distress. I no longer require the service and request a full refund to the original UPI immediately, along with the refund tracking/reference details. 2/x
