@JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

My fathers mobile number was alloted to some other person without any intimation as i could not recharge due to some personal reasons. Many bank accounts, atm, e-banking,etc are linked to it. How could the service provider be so careless. @reliancejio @DoT_India @AshwiniVaishnaw
