    @JioCare Worst signal, No Signals Here & calls as well as internet connectivity also interruption occuring in our location. I had Informed many times to customer, but still the issue was not solved

    @JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

    @JioCare (continuation for my previous tweet) So due to low data balance I am not able to watch any content. They suggested me to use all remaining data immediately and recharge a higher plan. Can you please help to fix the problem ASAP#JioFiber

    @TelecomTalk Nothing happens, first ask @JioCare to provide a complaint acknowledgement number to customers..it's huge, then indoor coverage..#vi has more sites compared to other operators, but poor indoor coverage.AGR case to be disposed of at the earliest, So that customers will not suffer

    yesterday raised another SR with senior team who committed to resolve the issue in 8 hours but it's more than 24 hours now! No executive called or visited. I raised a complain over mail on 24 April and sent a reminder yesterday but no reply to that as well! @JioCare @reliancejio
