    @JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

    @JioCare Worst signal, No Signals Here & calls as well as internet connectivity also interruption occuring in our location. I had Informed many times to customer, but still the issue was not solved

    @JioCare I have been updated that service might not available after taking money, doing survery, after one week being told that service is not available is really pathetic service. I don't whom to reach and what to do as customer service number is not responding as well. Please help !!!
