    @JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

    @JioCare Worst signal, No Signals Here & calls as well as internet connectivity also interruption occuring in our location. I had Informed many times to customer, but still the issue was not solved

    @TRAI @reliancejio @airtelindia Please take a side with customer problem first of all 2g ,after 3g launch 2g speed going bad And today we facing same problem in 4 g when company goes to launch 5g , Is company playing game with money And customer to update new technology

    @JioCare 9548295820. By the way there is no benefit of sending contact no.bcoz always u take contact no,bt nothing happens. Even jio care called multiple times without providing any solution.
