    @JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

    Hi @JioCare , @reliancejio, On 28 March 2026, I raised a request to relocate my connection. As a part of this relocation, the technician was supposed to visit my home on 1 April 2026, but did not. I kept calling the customer care and they kept rescheduling to no avail.

    @JioCare @AAcharjee59660 I m frustrating with jio service because 3 to 4 times in a month jio fiber is not working due to wire work due to technical issue due etc etc please go to airtel there service and customer care is better than jio service

    @JioCare Are you seriously saying your service is so overwhelmed that no technician is available for 2 days? This only shows how unreliable the service has become. Customers are left waiting endlessly while still being charged. Completely unacceptable.

    @JioCare Facing serious 5G network issues in my area (Dehradun). The network keeps fluctuating between 5G and 4G, speeds are extremely slow, and internet frequently disconnects. This has been happening repeatedly, . Kindly look into this and resolve the issue ASAP. #Jio #Jio5G

    @JioCare Since 2+ years, the plan had 2 tv connections and internet service. Now suddenly one of the set top box stops working and the engineer comes and says that in my plan only one tv connection will work. How is it fair?
