    @JioCare Worst signal, No Signals Here & calls as well as internet connectivity also interruption occuring in our location. I had Informed many times to customer, but still the issue was not solved

    @JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

    @JioCare Hi few of my OTT subscription is not working which is part of my plan have tried all options like data clear etc but not working then I raised a SR on 23rd Aug its been 25days issue still not resolved . I am paying 999 plus tax which is of no use .

    @JioCare This is all that you guys give - fake assurances. Pathetic is an understatement. It’s been over 24 hours and you can’t service a simple issue. One literally has to fight a battle to connect with customer care.
