  Hello @JioCare @reliancejio , I have been having issue regarding the jio fibernet. I have not been receiving internet since 22nd September 2021. Though making several complaints to the jio customer care all they could answer that site engineer would come within 24hrs.

  @reliancejio @JioCare I don't know whats the problem with you guys! Who decides the data renewal timings? From 12 pm to 12:25 & now 12:45...? It's pathetic! I want my data renewal timing back to be at 12.00 pm.!! Who keeps it at 12.45? NOTE: I NEED A FIXTURE OF IT, PERIOD!

  @reliancejio @JioCare 311/1 gram-gotha , tehsil-jawad , jila-neemuch, is the address of my factory , all employees,me&nearby village people are using jio service , there is no tower near by ,call dropping is the main issue here , we have applied on myjio app
