@JioCare I just got off the call with JioCare customer care & I was told that the SR has been closed because it is mentioned that the device has been picked up from place already. I am appalled with what I had got myself into. My money is stuck & I don’t know how to ge the refund!

@JioCare It has been 6 months repeating the issues to different agents. Two more days gone no action, only lengthy lipservice. You guys are shameless with zero accountability and professionalism. Even appellate authority is sleeping on emails. Why should anyone pay for JioFiber?

What the hell is going on Last 5-6 months our jio network is so poor like no net. When we complain again they set something for 10-15 days and after that net going poor as well And now it's worst now we see call problem also so @reliancejio what we do next @jagograhakjago

@JioCare Hello. I and mine many office colleges are using Jio Network. Since last 25-30 days facing major issue with the network. Also lodge complaint on 30/04/2022 but no response at all from your side. While contacting helpline number they say it would take around 6-7 months.

@reliancejio Please stop adding a reminder for recharge 3 days earlier even before the pack has expired it's so frustrating to hear the reminder before i have to make emergency call..! No wonder why people prefer Airtel over jio.
