    @JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

    @JioCare Worst signal, No Signals Here & calls as well as internet connectivity also interruption occuring in our location. I had Informed many times to customer, but still the issue was not solved

    @JioCare Yes, same address. 5G speed is awesome, no issue in that. But when there is incoming call or if I make an outgoing call the signal goes into 4G+

    @its_atharva_04 @utsavtechie @reliancejio JioFi is at least battery operated. AirFiber requires constant power supply so if there’s a power outage then internet is gone. 5G mobile hotspot seems better.

    @Anwesh_Odisha @utsavtechie @reliancejio Yep, if you do a lot of travelling then 5G hotspot makes sense but I guess it won't be as cheap as fixed broadband and also have a daily limit just like JioFi had. With speeds like 5G a data cap would be disaster. Talking about power outage, you can buy a cheap 12V router UPS.

    @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare I have submitted 7-8 requests for postpaid sim home delivery but your team always rejects the request saying postpaid sim is not available. There is no way to track the request on the app, lot of network issues also, pls help. @Akash_Ambani.

    Improve your service first. Your customer care is also difficult to connect or talk to representative. Two transactions were done and still it doesn’t reflect on your app. Shameless service @airtelnews @reliancejio
