@JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

@JioCare Worst signal, No Signals Here & calls as well as internet connectivity also interruption occuring in our location. I had Informed many times to customer, but still the issue was not solved

@reliancejio @JioCare poor service I have disconnected connection on 1 Aug 2021 and device will be picked up in 4-7 days as told by @JioCare but device was not picked up till 18 aug I have complaint again and device was picked up on 20aug.Till today no refund was issued.

@JioCare took 10 days of many complaints, jio took to send me entitlement code to run prime video. First a wrong ID was sent & put me to inconvenience. Later a correct ID was sent & issue resolved. COMPLETE LACK OF COORDINATION BETWEEN DIFFERENT JIO SERVICE AGENCIES !
