    @JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

    @reliancejio Your call center executives at 18008969999 do not even raise a ticket and acknowledge a problem. I had called this no the lady refused to generate a ticket and disconnected the Ph, however she said she will take this offline with seniors but not register complaint.

    @reliancejio @JioCare jio is going to launch 5G. However it can't handle the ongoing 4G. There's only hype in the market. It is advised that please you should run the 4G smoothly first. It was complaint many times but nothing done by them.. Thanks
