@JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

It was my life's worst decision to buy a @reliancejio phone number. It was used by some goon before me and now I am being harasses constantly by police officers and collection agents and receiving death threats asking me to repay money. Shame on @JioCare (1)

@JioCare This was the message I got from you ppl. Due to Temporary outage, JioFiber services for Service ID 4435517266 are impacted in your area since 07-08-2022 09:36 AM. This is expected to get resolved tentatively by 07-08-2022 01:36 PM. Yet to the issue has not fixed
