But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

They keep asking to do foolish things. It is a big hassle when no senior technical team understands it or calls us on same number or alternative number. Orange, San Bernardino, Los Angeles and Riverside county don't get connected to your partner network company, be it Verizon Wireless or T-Mobile. Very unfortunate. I have almost four different Jio connections and none of them work. @reliancejio
