@JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

@JioCare Worst signal, No Signals Here & calls as well as internet connectivity also interruption occuring in our location. I had Informed many times to customer, but still the issue was not solved

@reliancejio I am sorry to say sir but your online recharge sucks. Tried, phonepe, gpay, and custom upi, Fails. Tried Credit card & debit card, shows something went wrong. Went to phone pay and paytm broadband recharge section, Jiofiber doesn't exist there. I am in a sorry state.
