@JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

@JioCare I feel the delaying tactics is that customer would finally give up chasing n the money. I use JIOFIBER, 4 connection Family mobile plan & a JioFI data connection. Pay JIO Rs. 2000+ every month but the Co. doesn’t bother to refund the hard earned money of loyal customer.

@shiny_ashi @reliancejio Pls think twice before taking the connection brother. If you need to shift or disconnect it for any reason..,they will never come and take it back. You will never get your refund. Just a friendly advice. 🙏
