@JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

@JioCare Customer care is sometime saying different building ID, sometime refered person is postpaid customer & more & more. Local jio fraud agent is saying tech issue or problem in box, no idea customer care will help you. (2/3)

What exactly is the cause of latency in WhatsApp on top of a @reliancejio network. Had observed this from the time they launched their cellular network. It still continues in Fibre. The “Connecting..” status is visible on WA b4 outgoing mesg is pushed. DNS?
