@JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

@JioCare (continuation for my previous tweet) So due to low data balance I am not able to watch any content. They suggested me to use all remaining data immediately and recharge a higher plan. Can you please help to fix the problem ASAP#JioFiber

@JioCare If I had provided them that money I would have got the connection, but since I was not ready so their top people discussed something and told a new box will be fixed but when no one knows and no one was giving clear answers, neither customer care not the local representative.

@JioCare I have been asking this from day 1 when they denied connection if there is any mandate for limited wire for connection, but none confirmed anything. Neither customer care nor the local guys here. And it’s day 3 none even tried to contact me or even tried to retain.

@JioCare . Jio mobile networks are the worst networks and also their support service staff . Since last 6 months I am facing issues with calls/Networks and after so many complaints they have done nothing. I am waiting for recharge period to be complete that I can port to AIRTEL.
