    @JioCare Your network in my town is worst no 4G speed is in kbps. Please look into this. I have ported to jio from airtel for internet speed which was my wrong decision I think.

    @reliancejio now we are going to port that in other networks which are better then jio we would enjoy good network and speed of net if we are unable use our data then why we stay with it

    @JioCare @reliancejio @fiber_jio my connection 1135534829 installed on Dec 9 has not gone live even once despite multiple visits by engineers(Rajesh, Bilal and Umesh). The installation is partial, wiring is poor and there is no connectivity. To my dismay, the app shows otherwise

    @JioCare I m having very poor experience with Jio care..I m the resident of Adityapur, Jamshedpur (Jharkhand) contact no. - 9199470383. Jio Fiber is newly installed in my house. The Jio team member Mr. Ashish is not responding my call. Since our basic problem is not resolved. T-1

    @JioCare After almost 1 week, the internet connection is still not fixed. #CustomerExperience is so bad it's not funny. Every day I call, there's a new story. Now, apparently, the person has guaranteed a "phone call" before 7 p.m. Most likely, your #incompetence will shine!
