Sakshi Sugandhi (@SakshiSugandhi) reported@JioCare @JioCare I even emailed your team on 12 April with proper screen recordings and proof of the issue but I only received a delayed reply on 18 April saying the issue was “escalated” and would be fixed soon. Till today, nothing has actually been fixed. Stop giving false promises and improve your service. You keep increasing prices, but your service quality keeps getting worse. If this continues, I will openly escalate this everywhere and file complaints with higher authorities and telecom consumer forums. At this point, I want a complete refund for both my old and new connections. I paid properly for the service but never received stable internet or proper usage because of the continuous issues from your side. Today, I am discontinuing my Jio connection due to this poor service experience.

Either process the refund or stop fooling customers with automated replies.
