    @JioCare Your network in my town is worst no 4G speed is in kbps. Please look into this. I have ported to jio from airtel for internet speed which was my wrong decision I think.

    @reliancejio now we are going to port that in other networks which are better then jio we would enjoy good network and speed of net if we are unable use our data then why we stay with it

    @JioCare As a retailer I joined here more than three years but unfortunately I've never met any senior executive of sales team other than local JPM.Why do they hesitate to meet the retailers, the real promoters of JIO? I think the retail chain here is of no importance to them.

    I wonder how exactly on weekends that jio Services goes down in our entire locality, a trick to reduce user consumption during weekends? Customer care only repeats IVR messages that services are down, and @JioCare responds back saying services are up with some silly workarounds

    @JioCare My number 9890516137 is not getting ON in Jammu region. All others near me has Jio and they are getting network. I am recently moved to postpaid from prepaid @reliancejio

    @JioCare whats wrong with jio cinema whenever adds runs it run well but whenever match started it starting buffer. Same as FIFA worldcup.why don't u guys work with ur network??? Instead of buying this digital right.I don't face this kind of issue on hotstar.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice new connection takes 2 days to get installed and replacing a postpaid with a prepaid takes 20 days. Who made this policy and why? Serious autocratic notions are on the rise. Customer satisfaction? who gives a damn 'bout that!

    @airtelindia I have raised internet issue on 3rd April and till now no resolution. Will you fix the issue or should go for jio which is supporting proactively @reliancejio ??
