    @JioCare Your network in my town is worst no 4G speed is in kbps. Please look into this. I have ported to jio from airtel for internet speed which was my wrong decision I think.

    @reliancejio now we are going to port that in other networks which are better then jio we would enjoy good network and speed of net if we are unable use our data then why we stay with it

    @shyam_br They won't and their service have become worst. I would suggest you to switch in @reliancejio . The service is really good

    @abhisekhpatnaik I know they will never respond to existing customers & focusing on adding new connections. That's the reason they have lost many users to Jio. On the other hand @JioCare provides good service comparatively. You can opt for Jio's service over them.

    @DCP_CCC_Delhi @JioCare @reliancejio Someone is using my personal email id to register new jio numbers. I have contacted jio customer care but they didn't help. I am getting many mails on daily basis. Plz help in this case.

    @reliancejio my present bill cycle is from 14th to 15th every month. It is causing me inconvenience in my claim process at my work. Need a bill cycle change so to 1st of everymomth. If the same is not possible, I may have to port out to other flexible network

    @JioCare please reply, there is no way to reach you people, no ome replies over here, the bot is not connecting, troubleshooting doesn't works, there is no customer care number, when emailing they redirect us to the app and warns us not to send a mail. Please help!
