    @JioCare Your network in my town is worst no 4G speed is in kbps. Please look into this. I have ported to jio from airtel for internet speed which was my wrong decision I think.

    @reliancejio now we are going to port that in other networks which are better then jio we would enjoy good network and speed of net if we are unable use our data then why we stay with it

    @JioCare Your team keeps changing the resolution date without fixing my internet. My work has completely stopped because of this. Either provide a confirmed installation/repair date today or process a full refund immediately. This level of service is unacceptable. @JioCare #india #jio

    @JioCare My Jio Fiber has been down since this morning in Mumbai. Engineer visit slotted for 14th July — that’s over 60 hours of blackout! In 2026, when connectivity is oxygen for work, business & emergencies, this kind of TAT is completely unacceptable. Mumbai deserves better. Never faced this before.     @JioCare You cannot even commit a fair deadline for your service, cannot even speak to your customers before taking decisions of your own, keep rescheduling your own given dates and expect me to reconsider the decision.
