    @reliancejio now we are going to port that in other networks which are better then jio we would enjoy good network and speed of net if we are unable use our data then why we stay with it

    @JioCare Your network in my town is worst no 4G speed is in kbps. Please look into this. I have ported to jio from airtel for internet speed which was my wrong decision I think.

    @JioCare @JioCare Your reply is still not addressing the issue. Your own official policy says a standard recharge can be cancelled within 3 hours. I attempted cancellation within that window, but your app showed “not eligible for cancellation.” Please investigate this (1/2)

    @JioCare U did nt state d reason 4 disconnecting your connection. I will inform X people about this. Aftr 28 days of follow ups & complaints, u were unable 2 resolve d issue. Unfortunately, I had no other option but 2 disconnect d connection.This was a prepaid connection, so you owe me 💰

    The 5G network of @reliancejio is pathetic even at corporate areas of NCR. In fact, even their 4G network is too slow. Instead of forcing into the latest technology and charging a premium for that, telecom companies should work on improving the existing ones.

    JioFiber has been down since 11 AM yesterday. Almost 24 hours now, and still no resolution. Local team isn’t responding either, saying they don’t work outside office hours. Absolutely pathetic service. @reliancejio

    @jio_fiber has a worst service..from last 15 days or so I m facing connectivity issue...after various complaint it still persist..don't know about the qualification of #jio engineers...but they r doing fishy temporary work..fed up of jio..@reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare i registered for JioHome wifi service, the employee made me pay before hand and was supposed to come by 10 am and since then he has not been picking up my call

    @JioCare @reliancejio Please don’t send generic instructions. My JioFiber has been DOWN for 3 days and appointments have repeatedly been rescheduled. You now say “after 3 hours” — please take ownership and confirm the engineer visit and restoration today. SR: SR00002NBFNI

    @JioCare It's been three days. Have you been seeing this problem in my area for three days? If you've been seeing this problem for three days, why hasn't it been fixed since then? How can it be fixed in a few hours?
