    @reliancejio now we are going to port that in other networks which are better then jio we would enjoy good network and speed of net if we are unable use our data then why we stay with it

    @JioCare Your network in my town is worst no 4G speed is in kbps. Please look into this. I have ported to jio from airtel for internet speed which was my wrong decision I think.

    @tanyachawla31 @reliancejio Stay away from Jio at all costs. Once they take your money, it will be you only who will get exhausted. I have faced this during my connection cancellation as well. Raise a consumer forum complaint

    Disappointed with @CareJpb ! Placed an arbitrary lien of -₹83.50 on my Zero-Balance A/c (xx472067) against RBI guidelines. Support says quarterly fee is ₹29.50, but neither explaining math nor closing account (Ticket #9543828). Reverse lien & close A/c ASAP! @RBI @reliancejio

    @TRAI First, tell me: what programs are in place to raise awareness among regulatory officers and to enable consumers to reach you? I have been complaining since last December that the @reliancejio service in my area is absolutely pathetic, yet you officers are just taking it easy.🤐

    @JioCare I applied for Jio Air fibre on aug 5 with order number NO0001F10WME. No eng visited and it was never installed. There was no option to follow up too. I got a different service provider in the end.

    Jio Customer Care promised my pending refund would be credited within 24 hours, but there is still no refund or update. This is unacceptable after repeated delays. Please process my refund immediately and share the transaction details @JioCare
