Babuji Katta (@kattababuji) reported@JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber When I requested escalation, they refused to connect me to a supervisor, saying all supervisors are "busy." Being a prepaid customer doesn't mean I should pay for days without service. This is unacceptable customer support and poor service accountability.

I've already escalated this to the National Consumer Helpline (Docket: 9826659). If this isn't resolved immediately, I'll pursue every available legal and regulatory remedy.
