    @JioCare How did u check n with whome? I have already written my problem than why this scripted reply. All customers must notice the standard of jiocare seevices n treatment to its customee services. Pls see my screen shots. I m still not able to make calls to other networks. Why?

    Jio Fiver worst service! Paid for 6 months postpaid plans for 100mbps speed & getting 30mbps! No responsible person to solve the issue. Every technician says reach to customer care & they cant help. CC is also irresponsible @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    Dear @reliancejio it’s been only a month since I have installed Jio business Wi-Fi in my office, Till now I have never recieced a permanent solution after complaining more than 20 times on the Jio business self care portal.

    @TRAI after tv services, it's time to take a look at mobile services again. Sometime ago, every network was offering lifetime validity, now that @reliancejio has dominated and almost every person owns dual sim phone, they r back asking to recharge to keep services alive -1/2

    Dear @reliancejio GET WELL SOON Y u started charging. @reliancejio before charging bhai phele NETWORK and DATA chk kr leta. I was watching 20 mins video.. n in 20 mins I lost 1 GB Data. Tera network aur Data Dono gaya n let me tell u people’s frm Chhattisgarh not happy at all.

    @JioCare It’s been 4 days since I completed self‑KYC and opted for SIM delivery. Now the delivery agent says he can’t deliver just because I did self‑KYC. This is unacceptable. Chat support isn’t helping either.

    @JioCare I wasted so much time waiting for installation, calls, and updates, but there was no proper support from the team. Honestly, this has been one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. After this experience, I don’t think I’ll buy Jio services again and I’ll definitely not rcmd

    @JioCare I recharged my Jio number almost 3 hours ago. Payment was successful, but the recharge is still not reflecting in the Jio app and services are not activated yet. Kindly look into this issue and resolve it at the earliest. #Jio #RechargeIssue #CustomerSupport
