    @TRAI it seems like in the hurry of 5G ..both @reliancejio and @airtelindia has totally neglected the current network operation....call drop at its highest...some time its frustrating too.

    @JioCare It's been 3 days and my internet connection is still not up. Nobody approached me till date. Haven't received a call from a service engineer yet. For 2 days I have pushed you hard to resolve my issue but no luck from ur side. I don't want to go with Jio anymore.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice Worst service by the agents. Took money for Jio fiber plan..not responding calls...giving different dates to install..Aaj ayenge..kal aayenge...and finally they came And Said "bhaiya setup box me jgeh nhi h..2-3 din or lagenge".So disappointed

    @JioCare This is the worst senerio of Jio inspite of three time payment made my service are debard my important meeting is ruined by jio care as they are unable to restore my number on repeated requests for few hours only. phathatic service. Mandeep 9013920851

    @JioCare @reliancejio internet is not working and on raising this, call centre representative says “sorry sir engineer not available till tomorrow” on repeat mode. @reliancegroup can you help?

    @JioCare My patience is just over. Because it is not 1 or 2 data. It became more tan 12 days. If you cant give proper service then please return my money. I need full compensation as you waste my time and money both. @jagograhakjago
