@JioCare It got fixed after 2 day's and guess what problem was not even in my house connection it was some outside connection I need a compensation for this somehow I don't know what but I suffered for 2 day's after paying or else I will literally switch to other connection

Can't believe jio services will act like this. The Internet is not working and when I raised the ticket the person called but no one visited and the ticket was closed. We have work from home and are suffering with Internet services now and then. @JioCare @reliancejio
