    @JioCare Thanks for giving the same robotic answer I have bought the new number of Airtel for myself as they are providing better speed during the same time which is peak hours for you. Hence good bye I will shut down my jio number now.

    @JioCare Poor and worst customer support from Jio and no resolution is provided from years. They will ask us to wait some more time, but how can they expect us to wait for years. I'm not asking for 5G, am asking network support to make and receive calls.

    @JioCare As mentioned earlier I need resolution time currently I am receiving less than 1mbps speed only one device connected, rather than putting add on newspaper please invest those money to improve network. Worth less and hope less company. Unprofessionalism, fraud.

    @JioCare @reliancejio yesterday service engineer came and took otp and active my jiofibre service But still no one come from field engineer for set up to my home... Already exhausted one day plan from 30 days free service... Worst experience

    @JioCare Do you have any understanding issue I have asked several time HOW MANY DAYS OR MONTH I HAVE TO WAIT TO RESOLVE YOUR SO CALLED NETWORK ISSUE. Why I am receiving slow speed how come my neighbour receive 10mbps speed, If its a low coverage are.
