    @JioCare No Network. Complaints unresolved even after 2 days. Why such bad service ??? No complaint no for reference too. The customer care guy are like robots. They ask the same questions repeatedly but never resolve the issue.

    @ConnectBB You have the poorest connectivity in Punjab. Your broadband never works in continuity mode. Everytime have to take complaint route to get it work. Thinking over to change to Jio Broadband @reliancejio. My business is suffering. In next 7 days, will think to change.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am very sad to inform that I am facing lot of problems due to not getting proper network since last 1 month now jio network is facing problem only and only on my home address. is running fine outside while the internet is working properly inside the house

    @JioCare really pathetic network by u since last 4 days my 2 no. not able to receive or make a call only message is getting u have missed call tried to call customer care everytime connected with representative call get disconnected in just 5 second same happening with other call

    @reliancejio Bad Service. No network in our area. Complaints unattended since last 2 days. Mail to nodal officer Orissa also not acknowledged. Customer care ask same qns like robot. No complaint number given too.

    @JioCare It's not speed related, there's no network since the last four days. I have already messaged the details. The concern is about the number ending with 4133.

    @reliancejio i have purchased jio sim yesterday but till time sim not working on phone it shows not registered on network.And the vendor has charged Rs 250 money for new sim and package now he is not ready to change the sim card. Very worst service given by you its been 12hr

    Usually I avoid mobile on sunday, so I took it in hand at 11 am and Ist msg I saw that I have used 100% data of my daily pack. I was surprised. I called customer care at 198 but they refused to take complaint on phone. Now a days speed of jio is also not that high.@JioCare
