    When again called @reliancejio Fiber customer care and called about this issue , he asked to restart the router I informed that I already did that , than he said OK and disconnected the call . How rude and unprofessional behavior.

    @JioCare THANK YOU JIO FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEM. IF 1 PROBLEM CAN BE SOLVED IN COMING DAYS. I.E. IF U CALL SOMEONE THEIR R TIMES VOICE DISSAPPEAR AND COMES BACK IN 30 SEC. SPECIALLY WHEN CALLING BSNL. USERS. WORST SERVICE IS BSNL. HATE TO CALL THEM. 📞

    @JioCare U guys know very well nowadays are Exam time m Online school exams r going on. Students r facing lot due to Jio poor infrastructure. My child failed to upload his answer sheet on time due to poor data connectivity by Jio. Govt ko bol deta hu ki abhi exam na lo, jio so raha h abhi

    @JioCare Your service is also not so good . I have Jiofibre at my office . Weak signal outside the room where my Modem is ? Higher plans don't work . I had bad experience when i chose 150 MBPS plan but got only 10 to 15 MBPS speed last year

    @aditiraval @airtelindia Jio has really a good network coverage. We all must port to Jio. And we all should not forget that Airtel, Vodafone & other companies charged us 250rs per month for just 1 GB data. Because of Jio we got very cheap and good internet connection. Thank you @reliancejio

    I am facing a lot of issues using jio network. A lot of time even if my phone is showing full network people are unable to contact me. If someone is calling me they find me unreachable Plz help jio team @_MukeshAmbani @JioCare

    @JioCare I have network issue and complaining about this since 2 years, no improvements till date..... always assured me within 180 days ...... but it is never ending 180 days ......😐

    What a rubbish network of jio? I haven't seen before? It's provides speed of 2G instead of 4G. Can't sent a message on WhatsApp, even Facebook app is not open.If you will not improve your network then tell us we will all switches to other network provider. @reliancejio @JioCare
