    @JioCare Experiencing extremely weak 5G signal and poor indoor coverage at Idgah Marg Purana Bazar, 458339. Data barely works without switching back to LTE. Kindly check tower capacity/coverage in this sector and resolve ASAP.

    Extremely disappointed with @JioCare @reliancejio. Raised a service request on Aug 27 . It’s been over 48 hours—no technician visit, no calls, despite multiple customer care follow-ups. Daily work is completely disrupted. Please assign an engineer

    @reliancejio @reliancejio_care @JioCare I’m fed up with JioFiber. I’ve raised the ownership transfer request 3–4 times, App bug: ownership transfer constantly failing with junk characters loop. but it keeps getting rejected for the same reason. Please resolve this issue

    @JioFiber Think twice before choosing JioFiber. My internet issue, SR00002NS3PW, is still unresolved despite repeated follow-ups. It was escalated to SR00003FCA4X, but I only receive automated responses and no clear technician update, I’m switching providers. #JioCare

    @JioCare STOP lying on social media platforms for your so called reputation and take some action irl. Reslove the actual issue. Despite multiple complaints, your team continues to automated responses like "temporary issue," which is inaccurate given the weeks-long duration of this issue.
