    @JioCare Why has the original service request SR000016MH59 been closed? It says that the issue is resolved whereas as its now 5th day and the connectivity is not restored? Please reopen SR000016MH59 and provide a timeline for issue resolution immediately. @DoT_India

    @JioFibre @reliancejio @JioCare I am very much dissatisfied with your services. I have requested for relocating my fibre connection but after passing 4 days there is no response. Customer service representative give false assurance that it will be done within 24 hrs. Shame on u.

    @JioMart_Support I will never order again with Jio, as delivery is not improving at all and getting worse and worse. No one is available on call. Why i will order if i get an item after a week? If you can't fulfill don't take order. Amazon and BB better @JioMart @reliancejio

    @JioCare It's a very slow speed, my joining number is 9692773943, and my alternative number is 9970870807. Why there is no jio Fibre connection in jagmohan nagar area , jagmara after 1 year of launching in bhubaneswar .
