  @JioCare @reliancejio what type of liars and irresponsible people u have. I paid 1200 2 days back and the person (Amir) told me that the Internet connection will be done same day but till now there is no update. Shame on such a pathetic service

  I have 9 Jio SIM cards at my home, and I regularly recharge all of them with 3-month plans costing around ₹900 each. Despite that, the 5G network and internet service are extremely poor in my area. Now I am port my sim to Airtel @JioCare @reliancejio

  @JioCare Extremely disappointed with the service for my Jio AirFiber connection. Since this morning, I haven't been able to access any apps or watch TV. The internet is completely down, affecting my office work as well.

  I escalated the matter to Jio’s Appellate Team. Their reply referred to one closed service request and asked me to restart the router and share the LED status. They ignored the mis-selling, repeated outages, staff conduct, refund and cancellation request.@reliancejio @JioCare

  @reliancejio @JioCare I m ur postpaid customer. I stay at Hyderabad Hitech city. Tell me one reason why should i use ur network!? I changed from Airtel coz ur network will be good. But ur network is more than worst.. can you do something or shall i jump to Airtel again!
