    @reliancejio @JioCare hi, I need a Jio Fiber connection for my organization. Have tried contacting the helpline & it always gets connected to the mobility services & they don't help any further. Have used the contact me form, tried sending emails but no response.Can someone call?

    Highly disappointed with the service. The engineers are highly unprofessional and the last time they visited, it took them 3 days to resolve the issue. Didn’t expect such unprofessional behaviour from @JioCare
