    @JioCare @reliancejio I have done recharge of an international data pack at 4:42 AM yesterday and to my surprise the Jio network is offline. Since then I tried your customer care umpteen times but no use. I have raised compliant SR000015KUXQ at that time only.

    @JioCare @JioCare Yesterday a technician came and said that if they change the port the connection can be done. And asked me to take permission from customer care, and the customer care executive said that they done have authority to permit this. Now what to do? #poorcoordination

    @JioCare The executive of Bikaner, Rajasthan Mr. JITENDRA TOLD ME TO CANCEL MY REQUEST AFTER 13DAYS. @JioCare yout support is worse and your services are even worse. I WILL DEFINITELY TAKE FURTHUR STEP TO GET MY 2DAYS SALARY CUT AND FULL REFUND. @airtelindia you service is better. #NoJio!

    req. takes weeks and still remains in processing? Tell me what else to do since obviously youre either incompetent or unwilling to process it through, is there no reasonable tat for processing requests through, pls provide the resolution instead of these daily excuses @JioCare
