    @JioCare What I want to highlight the pain customer is going through in getting own deposit money is really pathetic experience. While jio can do a fresh connection, within a single day...why same company is not able to close connection and initiate deposit of customer in single day???

    @reliancejio your sales guy pasted a poster on the gate of our society for installation of Jio Fiber. We have been trying that number but no response. Please help.

    @reliancejio Pathetic experience from jio.very bad connectivity even after repeated recharge.Especially when kids are having online classes and exams it s high time to switch to Airtel.Even vodafone has improved a lot with respect to connectivity and customer service

    @JioCare Hi Anuj i have deleted the messages as they were spam. So I don’t have date and time. It’s generally scattered throughout the day. Different messages at different times. Let me how else i can help.
