    @JioCare I raised a service request on Friday to resolve my internet issue, but no one has visited yet. The ticket was put on hold with the remark that my house was locked, even though I have been at home the entire time until posting this tweet. This is very disappointing.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I am facing my Wifi Issues since may10th I am constantly tried to call many times and adherently they lied on my faces No technician reached my house neither came to check the condition My neighbour WiFi is working absolutely fine Only we are facing πŸ™

    @JioCare No you don't understand my concern, else, you wouldn't have kept me running in circles. I am logging ticket your system is bisy closing them without providing any resolution. My office work is hampered because of your inefficiency.

    @JioCare @Real_Divyanshi I have been using Jio broadband for over five years now. While the service is dependable and useful, the charges and quality are, unfortunately deceptive. When I pay for 300 Mbps, I get the additional OTT channels and other options, but the speed remains within 90 to 100 Mbps

    Extremely disappointed with @JioCare and @reliancejio. I completed my SIM port reques online on 2 July, but I still haven't received my physical SIM. Worst service jio😑
