    @JioCare Stop this crap, no rescheduling option appears nor there’s any kind of update for engineers visit. I somehow managed to call one of the past engineers directly and pleaded them to fix the issue. One more time the issue occurs and I shall throw away your connection.

    @JioCare If wifi is not working, you should sent the guy immediately, but nooo there will be unavailable slots, now my work is hampered due to your issue. Now your executive is still not here. 2days without internet. In you have audacity to tell me call your executive. What you're doing?

    @JioCare @reliancejio 🚨 Every time there is a power outage in our area, the Jio mobile network completely disappears or becomes extremely weak. Requesting the technical team to kindly resolve this tower backup issue at the earliest. Location: Bypass Road Sheopur Pincode: 476337

    β€œWe will fix it, we will fix it” β€” for 18 days straight. No fix, no refund, no communication. @JioCare @reliancejio this isn’t a network issue anymore, it’s a customer service failure. Fix this or refund me. Simple.
