    @Ramanand06X @JioCare Consider switching to Vi 5G. Vi is much affordable and service quality is too nice. Don't try to think about BSNL, they are the worst to provide mobile services.

    @TRAI @airtelindia @JioCare SMS Service must remain active atleast for 15 days post recharge expiry. This is essential for bank, upi and other OTP based verifications. Someone might even need OTP to recharge and this becomes a dead end.

    For a long time I thought that IRCTC was a very bad app. But then i came across @reliancejio My Jio app. It makes you exercise every single patience nerve in your body.

    Where to escalate if the irresponsible customer care @reliancejio @JioCare team closed the request without even reaching out to me. I think it's time to part ways now.

    JioCare@JioCare The network quality of jio fiber is really pathetic for the last fifteen days in the Dwarka sector 3. I am really very upset with the service from it. Flat 281, Heritage Tower Sector 3 Dwarka, ND 78 -9560572885

    The engineer also tried to complete the required pole-photo verification using another phone instead of properly following the installation process, which apparently wasn’t accepted by the Jio system. Since then, no resolution. @reliancejio @jioca Please look into this urgently

    @JioCare But there's not even such obstable to block the network coverage. Even if its the lower band like the 850MHz it should be able to reach 1km easily and my address is lesser than that distance and I guess the operators allocates 1GHz which is far better.
