  .@reliancejio @JioCare 80+ HOURS outage in Naubasta, Kanpur (SR000034KMEF) and still NO resolution. This is complete negligence. No ETA, only copy-paste replies. My work is severely impacted. As per TRAI regulations, outages beyond 24hrs require compensation.

  This is to raise a very serious complaint regarding the extremely poor network coverage in vill.-Dhaneti,Kutch,Gujrat-370020. For the past several months @JioCare in our area has been suffering from no proper signal, frequent call drops and very slow internet. done MNP by me.

  @reliancejio @JioCare you’ve such a poor network in Goa. At MOPA couldn’t pay by UPI after several attempts. At Marriott Miramar, it’s even poorer. Couldn’t even make calls from most of the places. Btwn, Airtel works just fine. Time to port! #poorJio

  @TRAI I understood. But why do @reliancejio comes with a resolution of DND not registered even when it is already activated fully on my number? This has been observed only for telemarketers having Jio number. For other service providers, a proper resolution is been taken.
