    @TRAI dear trai I booked connection for jio fiber from @reliancejio on Monday and they promised installation on Tuesday but even after 7 days they have not installed and no response from customer care @JioCare please help us in this regard.

    Hi @JioCare , my internet disconnected and raised the complaint on 26th January 2.30 pm. As of now it's not resolved. My service request number is SR000018JNWC. Whenever I called to customer care they are saying wait for 24 hrs. Iam going to cancel my account. #jio #JioFiber
