    3 entire months of atrocious internet service is completely unacceptable. We are paying for a service you are consistently failing to deliver. Fix this ongoing connectivity issue immediately or I will be escalating this to the TRAI and taking my business elsewhere😡 @JioCare

    @JioCare i will tell you what @JioCare is doing. It is making people pay in advance for 5 months with false promises and never delivering the product, nor the customer service and every time you raise service request they resolve it without visiting the premises and (1/2)

    @reliancejio @JioCare I'm facing slow 5G internet speed at my home from past 2 days. I've been contacting the customer team on calls and emails but the they are very unprofessional. They don't even listening to my query, aren't taking any complaint and disconnecting calls. #jio

    In the country, in the name of 5G service, whether it's Jio or any other company, they take the full money but there's no facility in the name of service. On Instagram, one video of 20 seconds takes 10 minutes to upload, and we're recharging for 5G. Waiting for reply @JioCare

    @JioCare I had recharged for my jio airfiber 912513561517 but still the plan has not been activated. I tried calling customer care also tried chat on myjio and WhatsApp but no live chat has been started.
