    @JioCare and this is happening during a time when everyone’s work is dependent on internet. My brother is working from home and he is struggling to attend office zoom meetings with mobile internet. I had to take 2 days off from my online internship ‘coz of this issue.

    @JioCare Dear Vidhi, I don't what substance are you on. But I am not jio user. I am a Vodafone India customer. And I am getting constant sms from jio which are spamming my inbox. So, stop those sms. Else I'll have to take necessary action under Indian laws.

    @reliancejio you all have truly made it impossible to wfh without disruptions. This amounts to a deficiency of service and there seems to be no explanation from your customer care either. This is extortion and I will escalate this

    @JioCare is this is 4g or 1g stupid network and not worthy for taking money for recharges @TRAI Even the 2g is better than jio 4g every time you saying more users are using at the same time then why don't you build an extra tower or increase the bandwidth 😡😡😡
