    @reliancejio @JioCare can’t believe I am having to say this after being an ex employee, and an advocate of Jio for past decade. Your wi-Fi experience has become a 3rd grade torture. The customer service guys don’t even come after booking appointments. Seriously poor!

    @reliancejio @OfficialJioPC customer care seniors are useless they have a recorded response since 2nd July my net is not working .. now its 14th and they have assigned technician for 19th July .. no seriousness they dont give damm about their customers

    Dear @JioCare, JioAirFiber in Baharagora, East Singhbhum, Jharkhand has become almost unusable. The internet is extremely slow and keeps disconnecting. We're paying for the service but getting a very poor experience. Please fix this issue urgently. @reliancejio

    @JIOAIRFIBERIN @JioCare i have air Fiber connection and have done multiple complaint as Internet is not working even having recharge still no one is attending and tried two time to resolve through toll free number but not received any resolution. Please look into it .

    @JioCare @JioCare Extremely disappointed. I paid β‚Ή1,200 for JioAirFiber, and today the plan amount was also collected, but there's still no installation or proper update. Customer care keeps asking me to visit the store instead of resolving the issue.

    @JioCare I have been following up since 09 Jul 2026 regarding my non-functional JioFiber connection. Multiple service requests (SR00003AVQX7, SR00003B4DZF, SR00003B98VT) remain unresolved. Kindly escalate this on priority and restore the service immediately.
