@reliancejio your 5G network and Jio fibre are one of the worst services. 5 G on mobile hardly attain speed of few kbps. As For Fibre customer care doesn't even bother to depute a technician to solve the issue.

Today is day 8 ....still the issue is not resolved....no set top box received....call center still just calls and says engineer will solve...engineer says call center will resolve....full circus at jio ....atleast have courtesy to either resolve or refund...@JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare It is very shocking that you are talking about 5 G services. We are not able to get 2 G data speed in 4 G services. It's doesn't matter how many times we call to customer care, they have only one same dialogue that we are working on it and sorry for inconvenience.
