    Amazing how @JioCare can send appointment confirmations and β€œwe’re looking into it” messages, but somehow an actual engineer never arrives. 5 days of bad internet and zero accountability. Customer support feels like an endless loop with no exit. Resolve SR0000357VZH.

    @JioCare Hi, your team has been working on resolution for the last 1 month ..have any TAT time to resolve customer issues always reply that the team is working on that..in between company use my money without any service.

    @JioCare All complaints are closed automatically without attending the problem.. till now I have rescheduled around 20 times and all are closed without a visit... And the message shows the engineer visit completed
