    @JioCare @dineshcrazy9 Every time we call to customer care they have simple statement written in their notepad, there are multiple users are using at the same time - 1. If multiple users are paying at the same time, definitely they will. 2. Customer care should have proper info how vendors are working

    @JioCare Pls refund my recharge amount for 7001625035. No need to continue with poor service which giving less than 2kbps. No need to argue. Bcz you're always ready for excuses like Rush hour & all that. We're not paying for 2G & if you failed 2 keep promises then u shld refund.

    @JioCare transferred my esim to my spouse phone successfully..now when trying to transfer to a new device I'm not getting the new esim number by sms..called cust care but they are clueless & keep pointing me to the user guide..please help cancel the open req so I can reinitiate

    @imrankhanfit @reliancejio Pathetic Service of Jio Fiber i have also taken the connection in 30 day trial and i disconnected the service under 30 day and now they are saying no security deposit is their so you don't get any refund
