@JioCare, What a pathetic service you guys provide to your customers. I have been trying to get my issue resolved for the last 10 days but you guys have not provided any solution. I would not recommend using jio fiber services at your home.

@JioCare Working to Resolve this promptly. @JioCare it's already 2 weeks now. I lost all hope that service will resume. Till date no one from fault team have called. Daily ticket will be assigned with engineer automatically and end of the day ur team change to hold.

@JioCare I surrendered my 5 year old jio fiber wifi on 7 may and the engineer took my bank account details to get a refund of my security money. Still I haven't received and in the self refund link it shows no due . Please help me out I'm frustrated by ur incompetence.@JioCare

@reliancejio Jio connection air Fiber and Internet in Ghatkopar is worst then MTNL Hopeless staff , no communication, Advance payment made but no connection on promise time and no service , no call back. No one should take new connection in such pathetic service by local team.

I am not saying that a day or two of down time is not something horrible but 15 days... That too without any communication. Not accepted @JioCare @jio_fiber. Location is Darbhanga, Bihar.
