    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio It has been 3 days and there is still no proper restoration of my Jio AirFiber service. There has been no meaningful update or timeline shared either Will Jio compensate customers for this prolonged outage or simply ignore them and expect us to keep.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Their plans provide unlimited 5G data but even regular 2G internet speed is not being offered At least people should have access to 4G speed in the name of 5G I am facing this issue in Delhi. I wonder what network problems will arise in remote areas.

    Hey @JioCare @relianceji, whatโ€™s going on with the 5G network? I have an active 5G unlimited recharge plan, and my phone literally shows the 5G icon, but the internet isn't working at all. Page keeps loading. Please fix this ASAP! ๐ŸŒโŒ #Jio5G #JioDown #NetworkIssue

    @JioCare @reliancejio Why are you guys giving the same response again and again. Just send me an Engineer at my place. Is it that much hard for you guys? For installation, you guys sent your team immediately after booking and now this is your after sale service.

    if UPSC asks the question โ€œhow can a jio airfiber user cancel his connectionโ€ 100 out of 100 will fail the exam. @JIOAIRFIBERIN @JioCare pathetic tactics making it impossible yo cancel a connection with ease opting for new connection is sooo easy tho

    @JioCare have you gathered too many customers that your service speed has drastically reduced? Two incidents in two houses in a week. When I raised a service request, you assigned an engineer for the 13th. Should I wait without internet for so long or switch to other provider?

    @JioCare Dear bhadwo, I am facing internet issues on give. Address - earth , Moon , sky , universe even on your Telephone tower I was sitting like 6 hrs on your Tower but speed was only 0.18kb/S even tried to jump on sun but my spaceship ๐Ÿš€ got damaged

    @JioCare The JioCare bot then sends me back to the same number. My internet service is already down, my complaint is stuck at โ€œAssigning Engineerโ€, and now Jio is making it unnecessarily difficult to terminate a POSTPAID connection.
