    @JioCare @reliancejio The 5G network in my area has been performing very poorly. The signal frequently disappears, internet speeds are extremely slow, and call quality is often affected. Kindly investigate and resolve the network issues at the earliest.

    @JioCare @JioCare Engineer was already assigned earlier but the visit was repeatedly rescheduled. 10 Jun โ†’ 11 Jun โ†’ 13 Jun โ†’ 14 Jun Please confirm the 14 Jun visit will not be rescheduled again and escalate to the concerned service manager.

    @JioCare Your technician says my AirFiber speed is low because there is no strong 5G tower near my home. If that's true, why was the connection installed in the first place without verifying signal quality? Customers shouldn't be sold a service that cannot deliver the promised speeds

    Extremely disappointed with @JioCare . Complaint SR00037ZWCJ was raised on 09 Jun 2026 at 10:05 PM for a service disruption. Despite waiting for hours, there has been no response, no update, and no resolution.Customers deserve better support and communication. Please resolve this
