    It was my urgent online meeting and I was not able to attend my meeting because of one of worst network by @reliancejio and i suffered from loss as I was not able to attend my meeting. There is no solution in cities for network what will happen in rural areas .

    @JioCare one of the pathetic and very unprofessional service provider in India, they deactivate number whenever they feel and don't even intimate client the reason behind it.@Airtel_Presence I am ready to switch my postpaid connection kindly help me out.

    @JioCare is your engienner alive. Because according to you he will be installing fiber in my location.. And I can't even ask for refund. Because in offline store they are asking me complaint no & you do not have any jio customer care no....

    @JioCare Because of wrong commitment, 3 times request hold without my consent. So I am scared about your services. If I will continue with you then I am sure will face such issue in future again and jio will not provide service, that's the reason to disconnect your connection.

    The internet speed on jio sim card is slower than 2G. Whenever we call jio customer care, they say everything is okay in your are. You're charging the same but the service is so bad. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare You are giving me the link to redirect to WhatsApp number where nobody replies. I have given you the alternative number no one called to fix. Just replying to a tweet stating I am covered does not solve the problem

    @reliancejio Outgoing calls not allowed for three days. Need to switch off mobile and keep trying. Callers get msg that calls are forwarded to other network and not able to connect. Any network issue?

    @reliancejio @JioCare. My services for postpaid no. 9636086111 have been stopped as Rs. 79 is pending with previous operator which also was Jio (Delhi Circle). Now none of your customer care and emp of Jio Store Sec 12, Dwarka, Delhi is able to tell that how to make pmt of Rs 79

    @JioCare I am trying to download recharge invoice for my JioFibre account (now surrendered due to relocation). Unable to do so. Tried your customer support but no help received, pls look into and help. Can dm account details.
