    @JioCare @reliancejio Thereโ€™s huge net speed issue at my place. I have tried calling customer care and chats too. But there is response from Jio CC. I had changed my plan from 30mbps to 100mbps but since I have changed the plan speed is not even near 10mbps.

    @JioCare I fail to understand where should we raise this issue? Why these firms have right to use our money without providing any services. I am literally frustrated. How many times should I beg for my money ๐Ÿ˜ข๐Ÿ˜ขWhy we do not have strict actions against them? Why am I not receiving help๐Ÿ˜ข

    @JioCare @JioCare It is unacceptable that my JioFiber issue has been marked as "resolved" without providing any actual solution. Closing complaints without resolving them only adds to customer frustration. Kindly reopen the case and provide a genuine resolution immediately. @DoT_India

    @JioCare @JioCare my issue is not fixed connectivity is intermittent service technician comes and says there is no fault whereas for 2 minutes i'm able to browse and then net goes off, please send some qualified technician to fix the issue.

    It's been 3days and @reliancejio has not been able to fix the issue, neither are they sending anyone, just keep on extending the time technician will come. Now can anyone suggest a good fiber optics connection which won't trouble me like these jio sloths?

    @JioCare Same message again and again and again, stupid automated messages are not solving my problem, the engineer or someone needs to call and confirm the timeline, earlier it was 1 PM, then 3 PM then 7 PM and now no timeline.....it's been 48 hours + @reliancejio @JioCare
