  Shame on @JioCare. Worst JioFiber service in Raipur. Relocation requests on 24 Jun & 2 Jul. You took my recharge, today is 17 Jul, and still no connection. Daily it's "Sir, kal ho jayega" but no one comes. Now you hide behind a useless toll-free number instead of giving a refund.

  @JioCare Worst network experience for months. Calls drop, 4G barely works, and True 5G is unusable. Despite repeated complaints, no Service Request (SR) is even generated—only copy-paste replies. Please register my complaint, generate an SR, and resolve the issue permanently.

  @JioCare @reliancejio I had purchased a validity plan + jio hotstar subscription integrated for my jio number and now while logging in to hotstar through that number it shows no subscription I tried calling the customer support but there also my issue was not resolved

  @JioCare Service requests are getting created from past 10 days. Daily the request status will be updated as rescheduled. Today as technician supposed to visit at 12 to 1 pm. Till now no one reached me out. In another 2 hours status will be changed and tecnician visit rescheduled

  @JioCare No Jio Fibre connectivity since last 4 days. complaint lodged on 14th July and following up daily for an engineer visit.Although engineer has been assigned and a time slot confirmed, no one has visited us so far.number of engineer also switch off. really pathetic service
