    @JioCare @JioCare This is unacceptable. Please don't send automated replies. I relied on your confirmed appointment and took leave from work, but no engineer visited. Rescheduling to Monday is not a solution. I need the installation tomorrow. Escalate this to the concerned team Immediate

    @reliancejio Facing call connectivity issue for several days, tried to call customer care but it didn't help. Multiple users in my surrounding facing the same issue. Could you please check the issue on urgent basiss.

    @JioCare I raised a service request in the morning and was assured that someone would visit. However, when I called customer care again, the IVR now says the issue will be resolved only by 4th August—almost 4 days later. @TRAI @_MukeshAmbani
