    @Udta_parinda_ @reliancejio Jio Fiber is the worst! I got it disconnected. Device was picked up on 12th March. More than 1 month, no refund! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days. @Airtel_Presence

    From last one month i am facing slow data speed. More than 20 time i have raised issue to cc. But i am not getting any solution. I request @TRAI to take necessary step against @reliancejio.

    @JioCare Cheaters jio.. any update on refund??? What the hell you are taking time.. is your entire company checking the device and then you will start refund!!! At least heave courtesy to call customer and apprise the status of refund..

    @JioCare Don't know , why jio services are getting poor day by day . I am unable to use jio data since the last month everything I tried search its just revolving. Just because of the poor service, I forced to use airtel internet.

    @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice I am searching & talked with your executive that If I want to logout my fiber account from another linked devices through jio app...there is no any opinions to do logout. May I know the reason why? Its a big issues related to privacy and security.
