    The company is unable to catch up with two giants @airtelindia and @reliancejio and is losing behind subscriber rate as well as service offerings. In 2020, Reliance Jio added 38.76 million subscribers followed by 11.41 million by Bharti Airtel and 590,000 by BSNL.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence worst service by your Xtreme Fibre team Jamshedpur namely Nirbhay Singh. Complaint 10014016239 closed without issue being solved. He didn’t even bother to visit or answer calls. Mistake that I opted for your services while @reliancejio was available

    My Sim was lost and arranged a new Sim but there is an issue with Aadhaar Authentication. Can't it get rectified with the new aadhar number as we are unable to get the exact one which was used during the first time. @JioCare kindly solve this. Thanks!

    @ViCustomerCare Worst service by VI. Not getting Internet as per prepaid plan and pack expires few days before the actual exhaust date. Plus too much of confusion by tons of messages and spam calls. Porting to @reliancejio soon.

    @reliancejio @JioCare despite of complaint Jio company didn't bothered to take care since last 25 days in our complex majority jio numbers loosing network with message displayed "NOT REGISTRED WITH NETWORK" and have to resume by restart or flight mode area will be informed later

    @JioCare I cancelled my JIO fiber more than a month back but JIO is not refunding my deposit amount. @DoT_India pls help as there is no response from their call center too.

    @JioCare Mr Dhaval, i have mentioned the details. If you did not understand, i repeat: service engineer did not show up after calling me from a distance of 200 metres from my house that he is on the way. The connection is down since Friday. I hope you understand I'm paying for down time
