    Dear Jio Team, Jio internet speed in our area (Dulalpur, Payrachali, Purulia, PIN-723131) is very slow, and 5G coverage is almost unavailable. Please look into the issue and improve the network service as soon as possible. @JioCare @jio #Purulia #manbazar @reliancejio

    Hi @jio_fiber @JioCare My Wi-Fi has not been working since yesterday afternoon. I tried several times to register a complaint, and it was finally logged, but no technician has been assigned yet, and I have no information about when a visit will be scheduled. People who depend on Wi-Fi for their office work are facing serious issues. Your service has been extremely disappointing

    @reliancejio @JioCare I complained yesterday yet the issue is not resolved now we have current but today there's no network on my sim as well as jio air fibre,what is this non sense,That's it, it's time to port to the best network of India which is Airtel...

    @JioCare That Service request is not visible to me in myjio app. Don't just give me the standard response that you guys are working on it. Installation must be done by today or else kindly refund me my money.

    JioAirFibre new connection pending since 30 May despite Rupees 1200 payment a week back. Customer executive everytime reschedule it to new time and day but no one comes. Later they provide rubbish excuses. @JioCare will you be able to provide me service after installation, seeing your installation process i doubt ? #jioAirFibre #poorService #airtelAirFibre

    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio fibre not working since 23 May 2026. Service request id SR000036ITCJ. No response, no engineer visit, No help from Jio customer care. Pathetic service !!!
