  @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber Engineer visit after 5 days to resolve the issue is this kind of service we expect from Jio or who is responsible for non activation of plan since 19/08/26 to 27/08/26 who will pay for this period as I have recharge for 30 days

  Jio, please fix the 5G network in my area. I’m near Mata Amritanandamayi Marg, Pocket 3, Sector D, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi 110070. My Jio 5G keeps fluctuating between 5G+, 5G and 4.5G, with 4.5G being the most common. Even on 5G, speeds rarely cross 90 Mbps. This is especially frustrating on the ₹349 plan, where 5G data should actually be usable without constantly falling back to the daily limit. Please look into the network quality in this area. @reliancejio @JioCare

  @JioCare The issue is clearly not permanently resolved. I have already restarted the router, run diagnostics, contacted JioCare on X, and shared my JioFiber ID & registered mobile number via DM as requested. Still no proper response or resolution.

  @TRAI @JM_Scindia Even @JioCare is not taking any action against reported spam through TRAI DND android app. This is an update on DND Service Request number SR00003EOH3D for your Jio number. Basis details mentioned in your complaint, defaulting telemarketer belongs to other operator. As per their investigation, no call was found from the telemarketer to your number on the reported date.
