    @JioCare It is still on Hold. Never shifted to Open. Stop providing incorrect information. Also no engineer has been assigned yet.

    @JioCare I should really consider changing my wifi provider now as you guys are good for nothing. It has been 4 days since the Jio Fiber has gone bad and your engineers are nowhere to be seen. Simply bad service.
