    @reliancejio I have not received any complaint number, SMS, or email update. This level of service is unacceptable. Three days without internet is causing serious inconvenience. Please provide an immediate resolution and a valid complaint/ticket number.

    I had bad experience with @reliancejio internet. Five days without internet! No response from @JioCare False scheduling ! If any one opting plz bd think thousand times! I switched to @ACT Waiting for refund. #CustomerServiceFail #reliancejiofraud

    @reliancejio @JioCare never port to jio, they make a fool out of anyone. Initiated MNP with self kyc and i am supposed to put the last 6 digits of ICCID. Now the system is not identifying it and unable to activate it. If its not feasible dnt do it instead of simply pushing it
