    Hey @JioCare, I recharged with a plan that includes a @JioHotstar subscription, but I still can't access JioHotstar. It keeps asking me to upgrade my plan instead of activating the included subscription. Please resolve this issue. #Jio #JioHotstar

    15+ days. No resolution despite repeated calls, emails, and follow-ups. Only bot replies and false assurances. I've now filed a formal complaint with @jagograhakjago (Docket No. 9765478). @JioCare @reliancejio, I hope this finally gets resolved.

    @JioCare Hello @JioCare . . What is the status of my service request for new connection? I haven't yet recieved any update from engineering team for installation of the Jio air fibre connection. Please look into it

    @JioCare I already shared last week.. 5G not working.. mobile network is always in LTE Even in open areas.. its not just in one area.. check your network in entire hyd Jio fiber also not working properly

    @JioCare @reliancejio the last customer service rep that I spoke to, "Dharmendra Vishwakarma", has "escalated" my service request with the promise of resolution in 1 hour (highly unlikely) ... I betcha that this issue will not see the light of the day for another 24 hours

    Hi Jio team, I recently subscribed to your Jio Airfiber service. But my installation is not progressing. Even Mr Atul is not responding now (+91 79770 78395). If this is not taken seriously, i am happy to cancel and take back my money. @JioCare
