    @JioCare That the thing i am reiterating what is and why the criteria comes in picture now?? If you guys failed to offer me service that your issue why should i suffer for your mistakes. Before taking my money have you verified all the things if not then its your responsibility.

    @CRED_support @JioCare I hav made a bill payment via cred for my jio connection on 15.6.26 but till date its not updated with jio &services are disabled I raised the issue on 16.6.26, ticket id 24732920but nothing resolved had I made a mistake using your platform Shame on Jio too

    DAY 2 of absolute blackout by @reliancejio and still ZERO response! My television is a blank screen, my home office is completely paralyzed, and my job is actively being sabotaged by your pathetic service. @JioCare how can you leave a customer stranded for 48 hours? (1/2) @TRAI

    @JioCare Postpaid Airfiber number: 8035971551 Since past 4 days, our Airfiber is not working. This is the 3rd time in last 2 months that it is not working. Unfortunately, helpline only says it will be fixed in 4hrs. But ticket is not assigned to any Jio service engineer. Pls fix

    @reliancejio It's not about ₹807 anymore, why give them our hard-earned money for free? It’s a fraud pattern. I know 2 others in my area with the same issue: pay money, cancellation over 'frequency issues', and no refund. This daylight robbery must stop."

    @JioCare customer care people have no clue about my problem. I have been calling them every day. They keep telling me settings. Phone is working fine. Service profile is the issue.
