    @JioCare I've been experiencing network issues with the Jio Air Fiber device from May 29 2026. it has been close to a week and no technician has visited our home to rectify the issue. The Jio Customer Care number is just closing the call without taking my complaint.

    @JioCare I was not able to contact the customer executive also due to my fiber connection already disconnected. I should have cancelled and install airtel fiber @airtelindia .

    @JioCare No come has visited yet ? Complaint after Complaint but no service, will you compensate my business loss because of this ?

    @JioCare This outage has severely impacted my work and left my internet-dependent security systems offline. After waiting for more than 10 days, I am still being asked to wait without any accountability. (3/3)

    @JioCare @JioCare still the issue is not resolved. Engineer from Jio in the morning said he will escalate the issue but no one has attended the complaint as yet. @reliancejio

    @JioCare, I run a lodge near Sanjay Dubri Tiger Reserve, Sidhi, MP, and the network and internet are very poor here. We host many guests from indian as well as out of India, and nowadays you know how important the internet is, please help on this and there is a tower in 1 km

    @JioCare my jio landlines number 7652 796000 , i have complained 2 times in a week about slow connection speed , still no one repaired or corrected it , am thinking to switch to airtel

    Paid for @JioCare Fiber on May 28. Was promised installation in 2-3 days. All I get are replies promising 2-4 hours that never happen. 48 hours since last false promise! Send a tech to Ahilya Nagar TODAY or refund my money! (Order: NO0001DPUP8U) @reliancejio. 3rd class service.
