    @JioCare Have given you my ID and complaint ID yesterday. What has happened to that? How many more opportunities you people want? Sorry to say that your service is much worse than BSNl. It seems that getting service from your company one has to approach Prime Minister.

    @JioCare I'm current location is 100mtr from installed location. If your engineer call I can assist. If your engineer ask to come for installed place , I can go within 3mnts. I know your engineer will never call me, coz you guys are don't have control to your engineer.

    @JioCare Today I called your CC and the CC person told me the refund date as 10-June, but it was not refunded. She told me the status as Refund in process. How long it will be in process. Since status is in process, she cannot raise complaint. Then why CC people are there @reliancejio

    @JioCare How long do we have to wait? The time for engineer assignment was yesterday!!!!!! Still waiting for same. If you guys are unable to provide services why don't you just issue us the refund. We would switch to other service providers.

    @JioCare I want to port airtel in jio postpaid 599/- plan. I raised request yesterday but request is diverted to prepaid connection provider he isn't able to help me. I raised request for postpaid. Can you help me here?
