My office in ahmedabad SG highway on 19th floor and i get zero jio network. Its one of the reputed commercial area of ahmedabad with all high class office and we get zero network of jio forces everyone to port sim or have alternative service provider @reliancejio @JioCare

Dear @JioCare, please close SR00001FA7CA immediately. Despite my explicit instructions to your 1-800 team, everyday some engineer is turning up at my residence to "fix" some non-existing issue.

Now when I contacted customer care i was told to reach out to jio care with aadhar copy as my father had major surgeries and cannot move. I was told in Jiocare that number cannot be given back.
