    @ANKITSAWLANI94 @JioCare Jio Fiber is the worst! I got it disconnected. Device was picked up on 12th March. The refund is not processed yet! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days. @DoT_India

    @JioCare @reliancejio hello just wanted to ask being such a big company is it fair and ethical to lie to customers ? It's been one week since I paid the full amount in advance I was promised a jio fiber connection now the staff is telling me to wait another week and being rude!!

    @JioCare What a worst service your are providing where Internet Package is available on y Number . Internet not connecting than after your service advisor told Problem are coming due to heavy rush on my current location. What a ******* information you are sharing with customer..
