    @JioCare Wtf is going wrong with your network, unable to use internet, indoor coverage is poor. Upload speed is always below 0.1 Mbps.

    Talking on DM with @JioCare from last 2 days but no luck in getting resolution. One of the worst thing that can happen to you is getting problem with the jio sim card. Yesterday customer representative really said she can't do anything :( even store said the same today :(

    @JioCare @reliancejio I'm facing internet issue(Kolkata) since 22nd April & still the issue not solved. Request Number: SR00001JJYOV. Service team rescheduled the job without any information. This is very frustrating when you got such service from JIO. Please look into this ASAP!

    @reliancejio @JioCare it is completely unacceptable for you to give a 1 week resolution timeline for an international roaming issue. There is no way for the customer to verify if the issue has been resolved if they are only abroad for a week. @TRAI
