    @JioCare It’s alright. I’m honestly tired of explaining the same issue again and again. Called support 17 times for one single problem and still ended up here. But thanks for finally showing concern anyway. Hope no one else has to go through this experience.

    @reliancejio @JioCare It has been more than 10 working days since we raised the request. Either give us an estimated date for resolution or either say you can not handle it. Since we have been following up from 22nd April.

    @reliancejio My service experience was very unsatisfactory. I lodged a complaint on May 10, 2026, which remains unresolved. The ticket is currently held, preventing me from contacting customer care to arrange the disconnection.

    @JioCare I ported my no. from Vi to Jio expecting better service, but unfortunately the experience has become worse. Facing poor signal strength, frequent call drops & very slow internet speed in my area. Kindly look into this issue and improve the service urgently. #Jio

    @JioCare Hopless JIO Fiber i was having 7 days remaining for bill payment they disconnected my connection of jio fiber i paid now started cheating with customer my fiber number 2079619253 call back expected

    @JioCare "I am extremely dissatisfied with the service. Please consider this my final warning: if this issue is not resolved within the next 48 hours, I will be disposing of my Jio Fiber equipment and terminating my connection permanently. I expect an immediate resolution."
