    @JioCare I have dropped all relevant details over dm,please take it seriously and help me and fellow jio users in this area can access to a basic necessity of jio network accessing internet is too far but atleast provide a fu*kin jio network indoor coverage.

    If my Wifi expiry is on 10th of June. Why do you have to start playing bad games from 5 or 6th by disrupting my internet?? Why get so shameful? Why harass un necesarily? @airtelindia @airtelnews @JioCare do you do this as well?

    @JioCare I want you to reopen the existing ticket and resolve my issue as early as possible. Please be informed that Jio is not the only provider available to me, so please resolve the issue today itself before i consider moving away. Mind you this is 5th day running

    Hi JioCare, I already contacted via email, Customer service and Jio chat but got no clear resolution. I paid ₹1060.82 after changing from a 3-month to 1-month JioAirFiber plan. Payment is already received, but the app still asks me to pay again. @reliancejio @JioCare #JioFiber

    @JioCare @reliancejio My internet is completely down. I requested a permanent termination, but your support team logged a fake 'browsing issue' ticket SR000037BNL3 and just marked it 'RESOLVED' without doing a single thing. Stop stalling my closure. Account: +91113551930

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare the issue is not resolved yet. No engineer assigned for pickup. Kindly resolve the issue at earliest else I will have to apply for complete cancellation of connection instead of only set top box
