    @JioCare In my city 5g is available already . I have a 5g smartphone and 239 recharge . But I don't get any invitation from jio . Please fix it 🙏 asap .

    @JioCare The issue was wire snapping! Same incident happened last month. Why was it not checked properly last month? Why Jio's wire is snapping so frequently? Hownis the quality of the wire then? Today engineer complained that it was not done properly during installation!! It was Jio

    @reliancejio 5G calling not working. The worst experience with voice calling. When I received a call the network drop down to 4G. I intentionally kept my settings on 4G only.

    I asked customer care to discontinue the jiofiber service not for single time but 5-8 time and tweeted also but no action has taken yet.I really want to remove the jiofibre box am not joking . Pls take the box and give my security money ASAP. @JioCare @reliancejio
