    Pathetic service from @reliancejio @JioCare. My internet is dodgy again and it has been impossible to get in touch with their customer care. My work is being affected because of this and it's so frustrating.

    Both times disconnected on its own after selecting there all IVR options to connect with some HUMAN support. Totally disgusting experience, its been more than half an hour jiofiber services are not working here and i paid 3 months rental to them such a shame @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Just like yesterday, I've been unable to access internet for the past half an hour. Red LED blinking on the router. Restarting it didn't help either. Why are we getting such poor service from Jio?
