    20 days and counting with no usable @JioCare signal at VPKBIET, Baramati. Is the goal to get your customers to port out? Because it's working. If this isn't fixed ASAP, I'm switching providers. @reliancejio, you're about to lose a lot of customers here.

    All trouble shooting done on your app still no internet connection since yesterday. Resolve the issue. Send technician. Your App seem to have deliberately complicated service related issues. Poor services by Jio Fiber @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio disconnects internet connection even when there is a delay of 1 min in bill payment but customer need to cooperate with you technical difficulties for hours unacceptable you guys just are trying to hog money call your customer care just to listen to AI

    @JioCare This is the reason all customers avoid being part of jio Without service just getting bill generated At any cost they will never listen to customer I don't understand f** logic 1st get stb installed Then raise request for cancellation Then only plan will change

    Worst customer care services given by jio …when a customer is facing WiFi outage issues they tell the customer that WiFi engineer will visit the place after 24hrs ..when told why it takes so long the @JioCare representative tells not my problem you deal with it..

    @JioCare 500 for what? This is a corporate connection the invoice amount has already been paid, your representatives are avoiding phone calls. Is this the quality of service some user should expect? Can you resolve it or not? @reliancejio @jio_fiber
