    @JioCare I want to get in touch with your customer care department to know why is it taking so long to fix. Your reps are FRAUD. Few homes like mine are facing this outage, while others are enjoying normal service in the same society. A 48 HRS window for resolution is unjustified

    @TRAI yes it is....@reliancejio @reliancejiocare My 100 Mbps Jio AirFiber plan is still giving me just 16–23 Mbps. My service request was reopened with a promised resolution but nothing has been fixed. Complaints keep getting closed/reopened without any actual resolution.

    @TRAI Yes but @JioCare doesn't care. It's been 2 months since I raised service requests and numerous escalations but they didn't give a damn. All because regulator doesn't take any action.

    @TRAI Yes Currently iam using @reliancejio 5G Sometimes internet speed reduce to 0kbps For 20 to 30 seconds, signal strength shows 3-4 bars still i face internet issue voice calls didn't affected. Its affecting my virtual interviews and projects too.. @TRAI

    JioFiber has been down for 1–2 days with no proper response or resolution. This is not the first time—just 2 months ago, a similar issue took 10 days to resolve. This repeated negligence and poor customer support is unacceptable. Please resolve it urgently. @reliancejio @JioCare
