Faizan Ali (@faiizanaly) reported@JioCare The problem is simple: two Jio SIMs in my family (both purchased at the same time in 2016) cannot connect to Jio Customer Care. The IVR never provides the option to speak with a customer care executive. I have a screen recording that clearly proves this.
