    @JioCare How it works: In 2017: ₹399 for 84 days internet speed was 2MB/Sec In 2026: ₹899 for 84 days, internet speed is 20KB/Sec (Now 5g has rolled out, 5g unlimited plan but no network) How depressing it is, other countries doing for betterment but india running backward.

    @JioCare Whenever I lodge a complaint, I am told it is a temporary issue and the team is working on it. However, I want to clarify that the JioAirFiber field engineer has connected my line from a different location, which is causing the problem.

    Paid in advance, but @JioMart refuses delivery & denies cancellation! Order JM6A7C28AE01B19D7042 stuck "Out for Delivery" for 3 days. Support says "just wait" & denies refund. Filed complaint with National Consumer Helpline. @reliancejio @JioMart_Support #ConsumerCourt

    @JioCare You guys are just wasting my time and yours. Please send your technical to resolve this issue. If you can't do that then take useless router and pathetic service, and refund the total amount back. It has been a week my WiFi is not working.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI Installed on Aug 14 & down already! First promised restoration today, now delayed to Aug 22. Brand new connection completely dead. ServiceID: 2653557045 Fix this outage TODAY or compensate for downtime! Unacceptable service.
