  @JioCare For 4-5 days, both 5G & 4G speeds are absolutely terrible in prime Ahmedabad (Prahlad Nagar). Regretting my 1-year recharge—feels like a total waste of money. Fix this network issue ASAP! 😡👇

  @JioCare pathetic customer service. Have jio fibre at my home, since last two months every week the connection goes and technician is also not coming within time. Either take your jio fibre connection from home or give a permanent solution. This is very pathetic service.

  @JioCare Very poor response from your team... In my village @reliancejio number is ready to PORT the @airtelindia .. bcz the 5G network signals is very good even the electricity off time. Where as Jio Network is very poor during the Electricity power off. No g Power maintenance in tower

  @JioCare 3 days and still an engineer is not assigned against the complaint . I have already registered a request to cancel and surrender my Internet connection as you guys are not responding.I’m also requesting this on public domain ,please don’t go for Jio #jioscam #jiofibre

  @JioCare Please fix our internet connection immediately—we cannot do any work without it. Why hasn't the engineer resolved this yet? We also require details on how we will be compensated for the two days of lost work.

  @JioCare My JioFiber complaint has been unresolved for 50+ days now. Support marks issue as resolved from backend without fixing it, have had 6 engineer visits, without resoultion. Please escalate immediately. SR #: SR000037JM9L Location: Delhi NCR
