    @JioCare Also I received reply on twitter from Prichit and confirmed that it will be credited by 3rd Oct. Then how you check it, either you make fool the customer or boast or twitter to escape from help of the customer.

    Tweet 2: Instead what we get is repeated mails of installment rescheduling, unprofessional behaviour by the jio representatives and several false promises about "the matter being looked into" by an absolutely incompetent customer care. @JioCare

    @JioCare I have done this already, you gave me a false date. That too ha Passed. Your local person says that you do not have staff to service orders. He gives me your GSMs number who doesn't pick the call.

    @JioCare @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio Nothing works on jio care for relocation. iOS app, webpage, call centre etc. With great difficulty managed with android phone. Managed to register CO0000EZAAJ8 but their team says cannot execute. Totally hopeless service.

    @JioCare May I know Why I am not able to make calls even after doing a recharge of Rs 50 on 2nd Oct. I can see account balance 73 Rs. But constantly getting message that my jio plan is over. Your customer care toll free number is not reachable.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Got a new jio fiber connection 4 days ago. However, there’s connectivity issues &no 5G since day 1 People who fixed aren’t responding and your advisors hang up the call. Disappointing experience. Kindly refund as I’m switching to ACT fiber. +91-8913595031

    @JioCare I live in a location where there is no network of jio as well as no internet connectivity. There is no network inside or outside my home. Do something so that i can atleast use internet or make calls.
