    @JioCare @JioCare It’s already been more than 3 days without service. Your engineer visited on 22 July and confirmed the issue is on your network side, not at my home. I was informed the service would be restored within 24 hours, but there has been no resolution.(1/2)

    @JioCare @JioCare just don’t understand one thing. What was the reason that a service engineers visit couldn’t be scheduled in 5 days? It seems deliberate. I am being harassed deliberately by @JioCare team for posting on X. It never took this much long to resolve such issue in past.

    @JioCare Team is providing execuses in DM. They are saying that I need to work just close to wifi for better connection. Also saying to buy speed extender for better speed. I don't expect these cheap excuses from Jio. I need to terminate the connection and my money back. @TRAI

    🧵 My terrible experience with @JioCare. I applied for a new Jio Fiber connection on 28 June 2026. On 29 June, a Jio salesperson convinced me to take a ₹10,000 two-year plan, promising installation within 2 days. I paid through official Jio channels.
