@JioCare My service request is not addressed for 25+ Days . I’ve been keep on calling customer care ended up getting fake promises every now and then. Even I’ve raised multiple SR’s which was closed noticeably without Service engineer visiting my place.

@JioCare while Mr.Mukesh Ambani talks and boasts about the achievements of the company and Service, you guys are yet not able to even handle a simple complaint of mine for the last 8 days. All the calls to the customer care landed with the mute executives who could not do much.
