  @JioCare Problem still not resolved. Let me know if you people are not able to handle the traffic.. @reliancejio We will reduce the traffic by porting number. I have recharge left for 6 month and daily data 2.5 GB. But of no use. Speed is worst than 2G.

  @JioCare how to talk to Jio customer care executive? I’ve been trying to call since last night but 199 and 198 only has IVR responses. Its urgent.

  @reliancejio Getting server unreachable message quite frequently while using jio mobile service. Followed up directly with jio but no response. Finally no option and posting here for resolution. Please help.
