Having a pathetic experience with JioFiber in Noida (Sector 137). 5G gets disconnected frequently and the maximum speed in 4G is even less than 1 Mbps. Even after replacement of the router several times, the issue persists. @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare Almost I canceled it 10 times, but I got a message today that its now activated. As usual, I again called customer care to cancel it. Dont you think you are just taking customers for granted? What kind of customer service do you have? Is there any escalation matrix?
