    @JioCare We aren't jobless to keep waiting around while you cant keep up commitment on scheduled slots! Been over 24hrs and no resolution - you don't give a second extra on internet bill and you've taken over 24 hours from the time - which I actually pay for, including for incompetence

    @JioCare Please stop sending generic replies and provide: The exact reason for the delay. A confirmed installation date and time. Assurance that my order will not be cancelled without my consent. I expect this issue to be resolved on priority.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have been trying to reach customer care for installation of Air Fiber as money is paid but no one is coming for installation since a week now. Please do the needful.

    @JioCare The problem is simple: two Jio SIMs in my family (both purchased at the same time in 2016) cannot connect to Jio Customer Care. The IVR never provides the option to speak with a customer care executive. I have a screen recording that clearly proves this.

    @JioCare Ordered a new Physical SIM on 2/7. After 7 days & multiple follow-ups, no SIM, no resolution. Payment is debited instantly, but there’s no cancel/refund option - you must wait 30 days. Why the forced interest-free use of customers’ money? @DoT_India @jaagograhakjago #Jio

    @JioCare Almost 1 month completed still installation has been not done also no one contacted for installation, can some one look into this and get this resolved otherwise kindly cancel and process refund. @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    @JioCare I concern my problem on 2nd Jun, for refund my booking amount. but it's now 8th July, still I don't have any update on it. should you really want to refund my amount to my bank account.
