    @JioCare Internet in my area is not working for last 2 days. It's shamli 247776. This happen every now and then. I am a postpaid customer and expect some good service . Btw, this the situation in urban area.

    @reliancejio I want to get a connection of jio fiber. Some distance from my house, the connection is available. The wire on the pole next to my house is available, but I cannot find a connection. Please help me.

    @JioCare The issue is not resolved yet. It's past 4 days already since the WiFi is completely dpwn. How many more days till we have to stop our work and wait for you to fix the WiFi? @JioCare @reliancejio It's an absolutely waste calling, tweeting and messaging y'all.

    @KarwaKomal @reliancejio @JioCare You are asking dodo (it is an extinct flightless bird ) to FLY. The fact is - it has issue even in walking. On top this, these dodoes (jio employees) don't bother about your problem, they just want you to...keep paying. By the way, dodo means also - dumb/stupid people.

    @JioCare I think I have given my number enumber of times yo you I don’t face that much problem because I have a wifi connection at home but some situations when I go out and doing the payments it’s being taking so much long time.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Hi, I didn't used my phone from last night 10pm(19/05/2021) to today morning 7am(20/05/2021). But, I received message from your end that1.5GB data for 20th May was exhausted. I'm facing this problem form last month. What is the reason?
