  @JioCare When government ensures seamless transition while porting, Jio is unable to activate number, provide support & blocked all text/call services WITHOUT NOTIFICATION. 9983766113. Pls note a 24hrs delay without notifying customer affects work and is against consumer norms.

  @JioCare Please help on ticket# SR000017CPDE closed without any rectification. It has been more than 5 days since I opened the ticket. I am living on 2G speed approx 14mbps on JioFiber connection having 150 Mbps subscription.

  Considering the bitter experience, I'm porting my number to @reliancejio from @Airtel_Presence ,cause airtel guys didn't take issue seriously. Used this number with airtel for 11years, now it's time to say goodbye 👋. I've also made my wife and mother port from airtel to jio

  @JioCare I have DMed all the information. Jio store representative asked me to PORT to another service provider which is not fair😐. and come back to JIO for updating correct DOB. What's this yaar..
