I have purchased a jiofiber connection more than 10 days ago and still waiting for installation. Called the guy for more than hundred times and getting no response from him.what kind of service is this? Getting no response from @JioCare also. @reliancejio @reliancegroup

@JioCare I paid 46/- rupees on 8th Dec 2020 and it shows deemed. Till now that price is not refund to me or processed to the Merchant’s account. Regarding this issue I sent a mails to service care on 12th Dec 2020 and I’m not getting any reply from there yet. Kindly look on this matter.

@reliancejio even after soo many complains and mail still facing the network and calling issue in my area.. The problem has been there since from the beginning and you people come up with the same excuses.. Is this the way to treat a user?
