    @JioCare So if no refund will be provided no extension will be provided why we are doing so much delay in fixing the services, when we recharge we recharge for a month but service disruption happens than we will not exten or refund?

    @JioCare @reliancejio Thereโ€™s huge net speed issue at my place. I have tried calling customer care and chats too. But there is response from Jio CC. I had changed my plan from 30mbps to 100mbps but since I have changed the plan speed is not even near 10mbps.

    And in the middle of all these, to my utter shock received a message that my connection was kept on hold and when contacted customer care, was told that was on hold as 'no payment received'. More reasons to hate the service! @jagograhakjago @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio Formally approached the Appellate Authority seeking: โ€ข Accountability for the repeated service failures โ€ข Validity extension โ€ข Compensation of โ‚น25,000 for the prolonged outage, inconvenience, loss of productive time and deficiency in service NCH Docket No. 9542098.
