    Migrated my jiofiber prepaid plan from Rs 399 to postpaid plan of Rs399+200 (ott)=Rs599 plan on 25 April 2022. But still no STB voucher is available in MyJio app to redeem . Past 6 days that I’m facing the problem and no response from customer care team. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @Apple @reliancejio Hello Apple! Calls coming to Apple iPhone XS and higher frequently don’t land on handsets, instead we get a text that such and such calls were missed. Happens only when Jio sim is used. Jio replies that this is handset issue! Is it possible? Or Jio is lying?

    @JioCare Already sent DM with alternate number. Please look into the issue immediately & assist me getting the Rs. 799 corporate post plan connection without Security deposit and furnish my company's GSTIN NO on the monthly invoice. Awaiting reply. Never accepted such a treatment from Jio
