    Hi @JioCare I have some issue with data utility. 2gb of data exhausted without doing any activity. Could you please look into this issue. I have tried to reach out to customer care 199,198, 1991, 1800 889 9999 but couldn't. Assistant bot is not able to help. @reliancejio

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio there is a lot of lag in the internet connection , I have been trying the customer care number since morning "unfortunately we are unable to connect the call" -- this what I get to hear at the end. Please have a look at it on urgent basis.

    @JioCare I had raised a ticket with you to have a jio number closed permanently. You informed me that the number will be closed automatically once the recharge plan on it is over. Now the number for which the complaint was raised does not have a recharge plan and the number..
