    @JioCare too worst service given by jio in vasnat enclave area not working since last 15 days and whole call to customer Care they making auto recording that there is an conjunction in your area What the hell is this Why not resolving should we close the connection

    @JioCare @RelianceJio I re-registered for autopay at 9 AM today. Your promised TAT is 3 hours, it's been over 9 hours and my mobile services are STILL barred! This is absolutely unacceptable service. Why give a TAT if you can't honor it? #JioisTorture #CustomerServiceFail

    @JioCare @JioCare Ok thank you, and from the past month I raised multiple service requests which aren't shown on my login, but I am getting messages in my email like they were closed. However, because not showing in my account, I am unable to verify the outcome. (1/1)

    @JioCare @reliancejio It has now been exactly 1 month since I paid ₹3332 for Jio AirFiber (Order ID: NO0001D08Q5C). No installation, no technician visit, no proper response - only repeated false promises like “future date” and “soon.” Multiple service requests were falsely marked as “processed” without any action. Even after filing complaint with National Consumer Helpline (ID: 9228818), there is still no resolution. I no longer want the service. I want full refund immediately. If this is not resolved, I will proceed with legal action for deficiency of service, refund, harassment, and related expenses.

    Complete downtime on #JioFiber. Customer care voice calls fail & app forces a 2-day wait for an engineer. Unacceptable. @JioCare please expedite! Since I pay for daily service, my billing validity must be extended for this downtime.
