    @JioCare It is been a week aftr the above message,haven’t received any response frm ur team neither the call centre no is getting connecte, pls note am not going to pay u this month bill unless loss days r compensated .Also let me know when can I expect network to resume or to be normal .

    @reliancejio @JioCare SR00002MKOPC Ticket raised for Broadband down. Technician rescheduled without confirmation. No response from technician. Canned replies from helpdesk. 12 hours plus my Broadband is down.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio It’s been 8 days and my issue is still unresolved. I no longer wish to continue with this service. Please explain the process to discontinue my JioAirFiber connection and initiate the cancellation.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani I've been complaining about slow internet speed consistently for the past 7 months, but haven't received a solution yet. I hope I won't in the future either. So please refund my ₹3599/- 5G recharge. I don't want to stay on your network.
