    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI @rsprasad in my location weak signal now. Starting Complaint to Jio CC several times, but no use. I not get the value for my recharge. I also recharge same amount like town people but they got strong signal, i got poor signal. Rectify this issue

    @JioCare @JioCare I have surrendered my Jio connection and still getting ebill & pending amount reflecting on app. I’ve called customer care and they assured me that it will be removed but still reflecting. Please check and remove these charges.

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio, urgent attention required! 🚨 There are over 1,500 Jio users in our village suffering due to ZERO network coverage. We are facing complete signal loss and no internet connectivity at all, making emergency calls and daily communication impossible.

Every day we’re recommending Airtel to customers because Jio doesn’t work inside

    @JioCare @JioCare took money. Made me do kyc. Stored my private data. Didn't send sim for three days. Now port code has expired. And Jio will ask me to send sms for port code. I'll have to recharge that sim. I'll say **** off to Jio. Now refund my money. And take your sim.

No indications lights We have been facing service disruption since many days And Now TV and internet is not working due to Jio Air fiber shut since last 3 days Service request raised nothing solved Kindly help @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare also, I am going to sue you. I have camera recording that shows that your man came to check power and messed up the main box. Due to this, I missed my 2 days work office and face finacial loss. This will not going to fix today as well. Terminate my connection
