    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI @rsprasad in my location weak signal now. Starting Complaint to Jio CC several times, but no use. I not get the value for my recharge. I also recharge same amount like town people but they got strong signal, i got poor signal. Rectify this issue

    @JioCare That earliest may be too late because I have to work from home. Can you at-least give me some additional cellular data on my phone so I can create a hotspot to work? It will be easier to wait for the fiber resolution that way

    It seems @JioCare is very busy in increasing customer base but has taken existing customers for granted. No one is there to listen to issues.. Let's move on to others..

    @JioCare @reliancejio Team I have issue with my phone network from last 2 months and issue is not fixed. When I call customer care to report this they always say issue will be resolved in 2 hours. I just spoke to Dhanalakshmi & Sme Vinu who were not ready to listen to my issue

    @JioCare i booked a 1mth demo pack with deposit Rs.2500 id 300849802958. after expiry on 10/feb/2022, i have yet to get refund of the deposit. you don't have a helpline. you local servicemen lack support capabilities. pls confirm when u wl be refunding my deposit amount. Thanks.
