    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI @rsprasad in my location weak signal now. Starting Complaint to Jio CC several times, but no use. I not get the value for my recharge. I also recharge same amount like town people but they got strong signal, i got poor signal. Rectify this issue

    @reliancejio @JioCare From past 12 days my JioFiber has worked for just 2 days. I have sent message to @JioCare but response is always same "We are working on you concern". This is 2nd incident where internet is down for more than 10 days in last 8months.

    @JioCare If you can provide some details about the In-flight packs here it can be really helpful to other customers as well as these details are not clearly mentioned in the terms page about the service
