    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI @rsprasad in my location weak signal now. Starting Complaint to Jio CC several times, but no use. I not get the value for my recharge. I also recharge same amount like town people but they got strong signal, i got poor signal. Rectify this issue

    ORN no. CO0000CPKYR9 No refund initiated even after uninstallation on 30th july 2021. Multiple mails and calls to jio care but all in vain. Worst customer service ever. Jio team mailed on 12sept saying refund initiated but still no resolution and no refund. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare We have raised SR000016VR1F with a visit appointment for today 9-10am. No update and no one from customer care line either are available. We understand the difficult times and resource availability, we don’t see the same understanding from you guys. almost 3 days no net

    @JioCare @reliancejio not even one week goes with out calling customer support which goes not work call will disconnect in-between only. If you can't give service why to start sales in that area
