Shame that I had to port to @airtelindia from @reliancejio due to pathetic service post moving to 5G. For every call, I switched off my wifi > put phone on flight mode > back to network and then call. More than 95% call drops if I don't do this. I was Jio's 8 years old customer.

@JioCare Why am i unable to contact or even hear any computer generated voice if i call the jiofiber customer care from my registered mob no? Am not even receiving a device pick up call after cancelling my fiber services but the computer generated voice says they tried-
