    @JioCare since almost one month your service at my place is zero. No one to listen. No caretaker of your services. Really pathetic. Can you attend and set it right please. Give some attention

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI @rsprasad in my location weak signal now. Starting Complaint to Jio CC several times, but no use. I not get the value for my recharge. I also recharge same amount like town people but they got strong signal, i got poor signal. Rectify this issue

    @JioCare no internet since morning in Jio fiber. Getting this issue for last few days and starts working when I reboot. But today this light is not turning green. Can u plz help asap since work from home and kids classes are impacted

    @JioCare @reliancejio How much time does jio needs to solve my issue.. every time I am informed it would take some time but it is eternity.Please let your customers know if it is not possible for Jio to service its customers..Please let us know if Postpaid isnt your cup of tea

    @abhinaba_bhadra Facing Similar Issue,Customer care is also lame,takes weeks to rep with no solution.I ported mine in @JioCare and facing no isssue at all.would suggest you the same

    @VodafoneGroup worst network every unable to give exam , interview just because there is no proper rangeof network in Malad Mumbai Guys plz don't take vodafone instead just port it to other networks as u may face lot of issues @airtelindia @reliancejio
