    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI @rsprasad in my location weak signal now. Starting Complaint to Jio CC several times, but no use. I not get the value for my recharge. I also recharge same amount like town people but they got strong signal, i got poor signal. Rectify this issue

    @Soni18670476 @JioCare @reliancejio Same problem for me too it's look like scam they hv deducted 1200 rs and no response at all even customer care ppl cutting calls abruptly in btw calls no mail reply also . Pls if you u know let me know whether we can complaint it somewhere TRAi like ombudsman etc

Despite multiple calls,emails & X posts,I keep getting same reply. Mumbai→Ahmedabad relocation 6Jul. Pl escalate to competent officer & correct address urgently

    @JioCare hi, I have raise a relocation request on 30th June which is schedule for july 1st till today I haven’t received a call from any of your service engineer….. if you can confirm the relocation can’t be made I can change my Internet service provider.

    I ported my SIM from Vi to Jio because I expected better internet speed and improved call quality. However,after switching to Jio,I have been facing very poor network performance. The internet is extremely slow,and voice calls frequently drop or have poor audio quality. @JioCare
