    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI @rsprasad in my location weak signal now. Starting Complaint to Jio CC several times, but no use. I not get the value for my recharge. I also recharge same amount like town people but they got strong signal, i got poor signal. Rectify this issue

    @JioCare I have got the same answer from your customer care that post 30days. They were helpless for the customer and they could not able to adjust anything on the billing cycle. Perfect in cost cutting and clever management answers

    @reliancejio @RIL_Updates I applied for a fiber connection on 6 April 2026, but it has not been installed yet. No technician has visited, and repeated attempts to contact support have not resulted in any resolution, which is highly unsatisfactory. mobile- 9799087659
