    I am having a lot of issue in using data & calling of our JIO ,for complainning about this to jio executive are not helping &said "this problem will be shorted in next 3months,our net sites are ready in your locality"Worse service provider. @reliancejio @RealAmbani

    @JioCare I also understand that it can't be changed manually then why your system changed my data renewal time. I think you guys do this just because customer have to buy more data add on packs as we can't use data for late night. @jagograhakjago @DoT_India

    @JioCare @reliancejio my jiofi number 8076876429 is very slow I bought 4 wfh package but it's not giving me proper speed it giving me around 200-600 KBps but earlier it was giving around 10-15Mbps!Can u please fix it.

He immediately arranged for the SIM to be sent to my home and resolved the issue quickly. He continuously followed up until the SIM was delivered to my home.

    Shambolic service by @JioCare @reliancejio in Rajasthan! Paid in full, but getting ZERO internet speed & endless call drops. Standard customer care closes complaints with the stupidest excuse: "Network Congestion". If your infra can't handle it, stop looting customers! Fix this

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence was facing network issues, went to your store, got the e-sim replaced.... it worked for 1-1.5 hours and now no signal..... This is how you deal with your postpaid customers. Need to switch to @reliancejio I guess....

    @JioCare @JioCare I've already generated my UPC to port my number due to the unresolved network issue. Kindly resolve the slow internet speed and 5G connectivity problem within the next 48 hours. Otherwise, I'll proceed with porting my number to another network. @reliancejio
