    @reliancejio I have purchased a jiophone on 4/4/2021from jio retailer. I get some issue after 6month i go to jio point and replace jiophone but the jiopoint employee didn't entry the complain and replacephone.MyIMEI-357606534025021Replace IMEI-352912700010960 mob-7322055149.

    Day 10 @reliancejio , Mukesh Ambani Mobile data issue in Trichy 620020 Things i learned since 16 Oct 2019 is Jio will make no effort in solving customers problems. they will keep asking for the adres and contct details and will reply with a same copy pasted msg to everyone

    @JioCare since last 2 yrs we are having jio network issue in our area. Net and calling isn't working inside everyone's house.there are many jio users here.Not getting resolved even after giving complaint.Distance from house to tower in air isn't more than 1 km.@reliancejio
